The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable, providing an excellent environment for rest. The service attitude is friendly, and the staff are responsive, able to promptly address guests' various needs. Overall, it's a highly cost-effective accommodation choice.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The service is excellent, and the breakfast is really good too. They have a great selection, including rice noodles, regular noodles, soy milk, milk porridge, sweet potatoes, and eggs – enough to get you full and satisfied. Plus, the air conditioning and hot water are available 24/7. The environment is truly wonderful; the staff provides impeccable service. There are lots of trees outside the entrance, making it very cool and, most importantly, very quiet. It’s perfect for a relaxing vacation. Getting around is super convenient, and you can park right at the entrance for free. I genuinely recommend everyone stay at this hotel!

We stayed at Yulinlin for our final few nights in Kunming and overall had a pleasant experience. The reception team was exceptionally helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Our driver had difficulty locating the entrance upon arrival, and the staff kindly came down to receive us and assist with our luggage. They also went the extra mile by helping us collect our Taobao parcels from nearby lockers when the delivery was not sent directly to the hotel. The location is one of the biggest highlights. It is located right beside Novotel, and we often used the Novotel lobby as our taxi pick-up point. There is a 7-Eleven downstairs, a large shopping mall just across the road, and plenty of food options within walking distance. The MRT station is literally at the doorstep and connects conveniently to the mall, which made getting around especially easy with young children. That said, housekeeping could be improved. Our Level 6 unit was not as clean as we had expected. The floor felt dusty upon arrival, and when we wiped it down ourselves, the cloth came back completely black. We also had to request that staff and cleaners remove their shoes before entering the apartment, which may simply be a difference in local practices and expectations. Despite these minor issues, the excellent location and responsive service made for a comfortable stay, especially for families looking for convenience and easy access to transport, shopping, and dining options.

Ronny/Rinny at the front desk provided incredibly thoughtful service, making the check-in process efficient and hassle-free! The KingKoil mattress in the room was just the right firmness, the Laifen hairdryer dried my hair quickly, and casting to the TV was smooth. Overall, the experience was fantastic! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming. Full marks! Check-in was effortless, the front desk staff had a great attitude, and the room facilities were complete. The mattress was very comfortable, and both the hairdryer and screen casting worked perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the overall experience and highly recommend it!

The hotel's location is a huge plus; it's incredibly convenient for getting around by taxi and for shopping and dining. The surrounding amenities are also excellent. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The hot water supply is consistent, and the toiletries are high-quality. The cleaning staff are meticulous and pay great attention to detail, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay.

The hotel was very clean; the hallways and corridors were spotless, giving it a refreshing feel. The room itself was decorated with simple yet elegant solid wood furniture and featured a small bay window with a view. The price was very reasonable, making it excellent value for money.

Traveling to Kunming with my child, I arrived late on the first night, so I was given a room near the elevator (which I understood). When checking in, I asked if I could switch to a quieter room further inside the next day, and the receptionist said she would keep an eye out for me. I was happy that they arranged it for me the next morning – it was a really thoughtful gesture! The room was cozy, the bed was large and comfortable, and it even came with multi-head charging cables and a cute delivery robot! It felt very safe and considerate. As for the service, you can tell this is a long-standing hotel! Every detail was thought of, and the staff clearly have many years of experience; they were very seasoned. Out of the three hotels I stayed at in Yunnan, this one gave me the greatest sense of security. One more thing: I highly recommend the hotel's breakfast rice noodles – they were super delicious, I ate them for three days straight! Oh, and the hotel's location is excellent! You can walk directly to Haigeng Dam, so no need to worry about traffic. Plus, there's a subway station right next to the hotel, making it convenient to get anywhere!

🚄 Found a hidden gem for an overnight stay in Kunming | Super convenient for travel near Kunming Station When traveling to Yunnan, choosing the right hotel for your arrival and departure in Kunming is truly key! This stay at Atour Hotel Haoyue Tiandi was absolutely fantastic! ✨ 📍 Great Location Very close to Kunming Station, no need to rush out early for a taxi to catch your high-speed train. Right downstairs is the Haoyue Tiandi mall, with hotpot, Yunnan cuisine, and milk tea – everything you could want. Shopping, finding food, and buying souvenirs are all taken care of just by going downstairs. A lazy person's dream! 🏨 Stay Experience The hotel is on a high floor, offering expansive views and a quiet, peaceful environment. It features Atour's classic minimalist wood design – clean and refreshing. The bedding is as comfortable as ever, perfect for a good rest after a long day of travel. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with stable hot water, making for a great washing experience. The public area has the Zhuju Library, where you can quietly read in your spare time. There's also a self-service laundry room and a gym, essential for long trips! Front desk staff Zhixue, Yiyu, and Yibei provided warm and enthusiastic service.

I came to Kunming for a few days to relax, and a friend recommended this hotel. It's conveniently located right across the road from the East Gate of Daguan Park, and you can also walk or cycle along Dianchi Lake. What truly impressed me was the hotel staff – from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant, almost every attendant I encountered was friendly and enthusiastic, which is quite rare. The breakfast selection was also quite rich. It felt a bit far from commercial and residential areas, making dining out a little inconvenient. This hotel is ideal for travelers who have ample time to slowly explore Daguan Park and the surrounding Dianchi Lake area.

I stayed here twice within one week 😊 and really enjoyed my experience. The hotel is very clean and convenient. The front desk staff provided excellent service and were very responsible. I’d especially like to thank the front desk staff member who was on duty on the 25th. They helped me contact SF Express to arrange shipping my artwork back to my home country. Unfortunately, the shipping cost was very expensive, so I decided not to send it. Even so, the front desk staff were all very patient and helpful throughout the process. If you need anything, you can easily communicate with the staff via WeChat. The hotel is very close to Kunming Railway Station, and there’s a large shopping mall right across the street. Everything was wonderful.
