My stay at Dali Yizhanxue Hotel was absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend it! The hotel is brand new, so all the facilities are spotless and fresh. The location is a huge plus, right next to a shopping mall, making it super convenient for shopping and dining without having to go far. The room was spacious and felt open, and the king-sized bed was wide and soft – incredibly relaxing to lie on. The bathroom had delightful little touches; the sandalwood-scented toiletries felt luxurious and had a warm, healing scent. The towels were Hilton-quality, wonderfully soft to the touch. The room also had a mini-fridge, which was handy for storing drinks and fruit. The hotel's public areas are incredibly well-designed, with Instagrammable spots everywhere. You can snap great photos without even needing a filter! Breakfast was consistently good, and the freshly cooked rice noodles were authentic and delicious. Staying here in Dali is a guaranteed win – I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The front desk staff were excellent – very patient, attentive to my questions, and quick to respond. Facilities: The room was well-equipped with amenities like a mini-fridge, coffee machine, water heater, safe, bathtub, and shower. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Dali Port. The scenery is amazing, with lake-view rooms overlooking Erhai Lake. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and patient, listened carefully to my questions, and answered quickly.

This hotel was great! The location is right in front of the erhai lake, with one of the most beautiful views I have seen yet. Dali is a gorgeous city with lot's to offer, and I think this is a great location if you want to explore a bit more, not just the ancient city. I loved that in the reception they offer free tea (lose leafs, good quality) and have an entire tea ceremony table with everything you need to enjoy the view from the reception. My room was very clean, and they replaced towels and whatever was needed daily. The reception staff was very sweet. The shower had great water pressure and temperature... 5 stars for sure!

This hotel is quite new, and the decor is excellent, easily meeting a 4-star standard. The room was spotlessly clean, with smart toilets and Hansgrohe bathroom fixtures, offering fantastic value for money! The hotel's location is very convenient, close to many popular attractions, making travel easy. The breakfast was also thoughtfully prepared, featuring freshly brewed chicken soup noodles and a rich selection of fruits and vegetables. For this price, it's far better than chain hotels, and surprisingly, it doesn't even cost as much as them. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Dali! They also offer a thoughtful 'Exclusive Privilege: High-Speed Rail Pick-up/Drop-off Service,' which is incredibly convenient! As a coffee lover who needs coffee every day, I especially appreciated the 'All-Day Aromatic Coffee Freedom: 24-hour Self-Service Bar' – a truly considerate amenity!

Dali Qixiang Seaview Hotel is fantastic! The sea view is absolutely stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a gorgeous view of Erhai Lake. A park is right outside, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It's also close to the city center. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The service was warm and attentive, and the location is convenient, close to a food street and Xingsheng Bridge. Great value for money, highly recommended! They even gave a small toy as a welcome gift for the kids.

What I liked about the hotel: I chose it because it's an American brand hotel, and I figured their operating principles would be more standardized. The location is excellent; you can take bus 8 directly from the high-speed rail station and it drops you right at the entrance. We used public transport to visit several attractions in Xiaguan, which was a relaxed way to travel without the crowds. Getting to Dali Ancient City, climbing Cangshan Mountain, and seeing Erhai Lake by taxi was also very convenient. What I didn't like 👎: The no-smoking signs were scarce and not prominent enough; this needs improvement. For example, the signs were small, the message was unclear, and they were placed in inconspicuous locations. The ashtrays integrated into the trash cans by the elevators are misleading and implicitly suggest that smoking is allowed. Non-smokers always outnumber smokers, so I hope the hotel will enhance its brand quality and strictly enforce smoking control measures. Otherwise, it will continue to be criticized for hypocrisy. Personal tip: When taking a taxi, choosing a female driver can reduce the frequency of exposure to second-hand smoke.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. My experience in the standard room last time was excellent, and this time, with friends, we booked a room for playing cards and mahjong. Checking in again felt like coming home. The hotel truly shows attention to detail in every aspect. The staff noticed we wanted to play cards and proactively replenished drinking water and disposable teacups; after sitting for a while, we casually mentioned needing cushions, and the staff quickly brought them. The room was impeccably clean, the card equipment was brand new, and the hot water and bedding were all in perfect condition. The service is full of thoughtful little details, especially the receptionist, who is always smiling and very welcoming. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I don't usually leave reviews, but this hotel is truly a hidden gem, a top choice for any trip to Dali!

First off, why did the room reek so strongly of disinfectant? It's not a hospital. Also, the bathroom wasn't designed for wet/dry separation, so water easily splashed out when showering. But the most outrageous thing was the drilling and renovation work that started at 4 AM! I went to bed at 1 AM, and at 4 AM, everyone on our floor was woken up. It only stopped after a guest complained. Then, just before 9 AM, the drilling started again. I wouldn't stay here even if it were free.

The room is clean and tidy, the lighting and ventilation are very good, the bedding is soft and comfortable to sleep, the facilities are complete and complete, the location is convenient, the landlord is warm and caring, the price is super high, and I will choose to stay next time.
