"Hotel room was clean and staff were kind The temperature of the hot tub was lukewarm and jets barely moved the water, also the shower water pressure was very poor but otherwise a good stay. We didn’t opt into dining for there for breakfast just had other plans."

"Definitely very happy with our stay. Close to bus station to go to Banff. And 10-15min walk to Canmore downtown. There’s definitely closer locations but for the amount that we paid, we’re very happy with the stay. The comforters are super warm and comfy. But I must say the bathroom flushes are quite weak lol. Another thing is the key card that tend to deactivate on their own (it happened twice), which created an inconvenience to come down to get them to reactivate it. And when I brought it up to the front desk they basically blamed me for putting the card close to my phone which will demagnetize it, instead of educating and apologizing. But otherwise good stay! "

"LOVE the antique vibe and all the decorations were attention to details xo Spacious, clean, and comfy! Surprisingly quiet despite it was built on top of the pub. Front desk is NOT 24h available so make sure everything you needs are set before they close front desk. I walk from downtown to get there, 25mins walking. It was nice day so I didn’t mind but recommend to drive there. "

"Hotel location is very good, driving to the town supermarket is very close. The facilities are great, very warm, just like the feeling of home, the service staff is usually not at the front desk, will not bother the guests, but on call, I like this feeling! "Hotel was clean and very nice. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Waterslide was fun as well. The hotel is a 5 min drive from the town centre. Just a little too far to walk with kids but there is free parking at town centre so it wasn’t too bad."
