Hotels with Breakfast in Jishou

The bosses are very enthusiastic, recommend the route to play, eat at the boss's house and free fruit and mineral water, the surrounding environment is very good, the air is fresh, the room is clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable, and I fall asleep in five minutes. We didn't have any guests behind us and gave us free time in the room until the afternoon, and also borrowed our umbrellas and sent us out to carry our suitcases. What else do you say? It is recommended to come here on a sunny day, there is a chance to experience the boss taking you to catch crabs. I wish the boss a prosperous business!

Exceeding expectations, our family of six booked two rooms to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The landlady provided excellent guidance on the scenic area.

Beautiful location, disappointing stay The location of this guesthouse is excellent, right in the center of Dehang Miao Village, with a lovely view of the river that runs through the village. The village itself is very charming and picturesque, and the setting could not be better. Unfortunately, our experience with the accommodation was not as positive. Compared with other places where we stayed during our trip in China, the room was not particularly clean. There were hairs on the bathroom floor and dead insects, which may have entered through the window after cleaning, but they were still there when we arrived. Our room was on the top floor, where renovation work was apparently still ongoing. Water was dripping from the ceiling directly above one of the beds. The owners had placed adhesive tape around the ceiling light where the water was leaking, which looked quite unsafe and raised concerns about a possible electrical short circuit. The larger double bed had an extremely hard mattress, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The air conditioning unit was positioned so that the airflow blew directly onto the bed. However, turning it off was not really an option because the room quickly became hot and humid. The owner was kind enough to pick us up and drive us back to the village entrance with his car, which we appreciated. We had also asked about breakfast for the following morning. We were initially told to wait until the next day because the owner’s wife was not available. The following morning she kindly offered to prepare breakfast for us, but unfortunately we had already planned to leave early. Communication was difficult because the only way to contact the property was by telephone. As we do not speak Chinese, we had to ask the receptionist at our previous hotel to call on our behalf. What disappointed us most was the complete lack of information provided about the village. Nobody explained what there was to see or do, nor did they provide any information about Miao culture, local traditions, or typical dishes. We discovered by chance that there was an afternoon performance taking place in the village, and we found the trail to the waterfall only after searching online ourselves. Despite the positive reviews, our stay did not meet expectations, and we would not choose this property again. On a positive note, we had an excellent meal at the restaurant in the main square, the one with the hanging corn cobs and fans outside. The two ladies working there were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food was among the best we had during our visit.

Perfect hotel if you want to do daytrips in the surrounding areas. If you want to see Jishou itself, book another hotel. The rooms were clean and breakfast tasty. Sadly roomservice was not everyday to bring out the trash.

The hotel boasts a super convenient location, with rooms offering views of Quanzhou Old Town. It's right next to Century Square, with shopping malls and supermarkets downstairs, as well as a street full of late-night snacks. The rooms were clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The buffet late-night snacks were fantastic; after a tiring evening out, a bowl of hot wontons was a delightful treat. The breakfast selection was also plentiful. Excellent value for money! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the room was very beautifully located next to a stream. Even though I didn’t speak Mandarin, the owners were very helpful and kind. They have a nice restaurant downstairs where you can have a lovely dinner outside. The town and the area is the most beautiful place I have ever been. 谢谢你!! I will be back.

Just checked into [Hotel Name] and I'm already impressed! The front desk service was incredibly warm and welcoming, and check-in was super quick and thoughtful. The room was spotless, with all new and complete facilities. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation and the hot water was consistent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!

It was truly a wonderful experience. The room was incredibly comfortable. On sunny days, you could see the Aizhai Bridge directly from the room, and when it was foggy, it had a tranquil, deep-mountain forest feel. The hotel staff were also very friendly. The cliffside infinity pool was stunning. Overall, the comfort was excellent, and I felt it was great value for money at just over 400 yuan. I rarely review resort hotels like this, but this one was truly exceptional. I felt the scenery and service were even better than some Hilton hotels I've stayed at abroad.

Facilities: The facilities and equipment are very new and convenient. It is worthy of praise that there is also a place to dry clothes specially installed in the air conditioner. Hygienic: There will be a little smoke when entering the door, and other hygiene is very clean. It is recommended that the disposable toilet cover should not be used for pads. It will be better to change it into a set. Environment: The environment is not bad, the floor will be much better. Service: Very good

Very firm bed, which for us was not comfortable, some people may like firm beds though. The host was very kind and placed an extra duvet under the sheet to cushion the bed for us. Unfortunately the bathroom really wasn’t clean, it looked like it had just been sprayed with water. Toilet bowl was brown in colour, clearly hadn’t used a brush, toilet rim had marks over it so also hadn’t been wiped, also the sink had marks all over it as well. As a final comment when we flushed the toilet in the morning we noticed liquid coming from the seal where the toilet meets the floor, not very pleasant. With the toilet fixed and cleaning improved this would get a 5/5
