"It was my first time to visit Lingshui. I stayed in this hotel and felt good. The room was very clean and tidy, and the quilt was very comfortable. I asked the front desk about the scenic spots nearby. The front desk was very hospitable, enthusiastic, and easy to talk to. They recommended us to go to the sea, the water park, and climb the mountain. There are many attractions. They are all very close to the hotel, with convenient travel and transportation. Recommended"

"Pros: The location is excellent. Our balcony faced the lighthouse, offering beautiful views of the first morning sun. There were many people fishing on the cliffside beach at night, and we fell asleep to the sound of the waves. Cons: 1. The facilities are outdated, leftover from when it was a Wyndham hotel. The hairdryer definitely needs an upgrade as it overheats quickly. The disposable slippers were of poor quality, and I wouldn't dare wear the shower slippers. 2. There are very few amenities nearby; it's quite secluded."

"I'm asking for help. We met this kind young man at the beautiful swimming pool around 10 AM on August 1st. He enthusiastically took our baby to the children's swimming area. After we came back, our baby kept asking where the young man had gone. I regret not asking for his contact information. I'm asking for his contact information. I hope his parents see this! I warmly invite you to visit Suzhou! PS: The hotel is very close to the sea, with beautiful tropical gardens and ocean views. It's quiet and uncrowded. The hotel has a dedicated walkway leading directly to the beach, which is also known as Xiaochiling, a fishing spot where you can collect shells and catch sand crabs."

"What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service from Helen at the front desk. When I checked in, Helen was incredibly friendly and efficient. She quickly got me settled into my room, and proactively informed me about the hotel facilities and hot spring operating hours. It made me feel welcome and at ease right from the start. What impressed me even more was overhearing her assist another guest with a billing inquiry while I was waiting. Helen's answers were detailed and professional, and the guest even complimented her, saying, 'You're very professional, beautiful lady,' as he left. This consistently high level of service not only speaks to Helen's individual professionalism but also highlights the hotel's dedication to staff training and service standards. Thanks to Helen, my stay was incredibly pleasant, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Lingshui!"

"The family went to the Ocean Paradise and chose the nearest hotel, which is an apartment type. It is in a community and has two bedrooms and one living room. The hygiene and environment are surprisingly good. There is also a 24-hour butler service. It is a great time A good stay experience, can recommend."

"The room was very good, and I had to give up the direct upgrade. The front desk and everyone in the hotel were very nice and enthusiastic. Because it was my first time there with a child, they enthusiastically recommended every place to visit to me. "Nice staff, gave us an upgrade to be seaside. Kid pool is getting old would need a lift. Good breakfast and great surf break just in front of the hotel if you like medium to big wave. We where there during a nearby typhon but all outdoors pools were kept open and clean."

"We originally just planned to stay the night, but ended up not leaving the hotel at all! We had a full two-day hotel vacation, with so much to do and eat – it had everything! It was raining the morning we checked in, so we went straight to the hotel. Even though check-in wasn't until the afternoon, we were able to store our luggage and complete the paperwork. Our child immediately went to the 4000㎡ V Park and had a blast all morning, burning off tons of energy. For lunch, we chose the hotel restaurant's group deal, and I have to say, the food was delicious and highly recommended, though the portions were a bit small, just enough for two adults and one child. Around midday, our butler, Taozi, let us know our room was ready. Without even asking, we were upgraded to a sea-view room! Watching the sunrise from the balcony was absolutely amazing! The accommodation was also very comfortable, extremely clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk service was great and check-in was fast. And Taozi, our butler, was so thoughtful! 😊😊"

"Our experience was fantastic, and we're already planning to come back next year! As soon as we arrived, they upgraded our room, and all the staff were incredibly warm and polite – the service was truly exceptional. The room itself was beautiful, though January was a bit chilly, so we could only brave the pool for a short while before getting too cold. Luckily, the hot tub saved the day! The bedding and towels in the room were very comfortable, and the shower was great too. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, but the absolute highlight was a sliced bread called 'braided bread' – it was incredibly delicious! Please pass on our compliments to the baker! There's an underground parking garage, and the beach is wonderfully quiet with nice waves, though swimming and surfing aren't permitted. The outdoor environment is stunning, especially at night with the beautiful lights and large trees. The heated pool was a comfortable temperature, and the underwater jet propulsion system, while a bit pricey, was a lot of fun. The only minor quibble is that the gym felt a bit old and neglected, and the ropes definitely need some lubrication. But this is a very small imperfection in an otherwise wonderful stay."

"What can I say about this place. The staff were so kind and welcoming. The staff at this location made everything better. The location is a nice break away from the hectic. The beach at your footstep and a nice shaded area by the pool. Did I mention the staff? So wonderful and went beyond what was needed or asked for. I will always remember my short stay there and recommend this hotel.. the only complaint and it’s not about the hotel but on the island is the lack of smoking regulations. People smoke everywhere, restaurants, the washrooms.. everywhere. I really do hope that changes. Again my thanks to the staff at this location"
