"I'd seen some less-than-stellar reviews online before checking in, but after just one night, I understood why opinions are so polarized: it seems they offer 'differentiated treatment'. Initially, I was waiting in the main lobby for check-in, but then I was escorted to an adjacent, VIP-style area. It was definitely quiet and air-conditioned, and the check-in process was very swift. It turns out that pool room guests receive superior service. When I first entered the hotel, it was bustling with all sorts of guests, many of whom were probably there for the 4000-square-meter kids' water park. Despite having a pool room, we actually ended up avoiding the public areas because it was simply too sunny, and our child was uncomfortable with the heat. Our pool room was on the first floor, and it was quite convenient as the food delivery drop-off point was just a left turn outside our door. However, there was a noticeable musty smell in the hotel's restaurant and elevators. The kids' club was very large and clean, offering plenty of entertainment, but some of the activities felt a bit half-hearted. Our butler was very responsive to our requests; they brought plenty of plastic hangers for drying clothes, and the bed rail was delivered immediately upon request. The bed in the pool room was also very comfortable. I was quite satisfied with these aspects. Right after dropping off our luggage, we headed to the all-you-can-eat beef buffet. Perhaps we went early, as it wasn't crowded, and there was pleasant live music. The food itself was of a moderate standard – plenty of variety, but the quality was just average. For over 200 RMB per person, it was acceptable. There are plenty of dining options available around the kids' club, so you definitely won't go hungry. My final recommendation is that if the hotel can more clearly delineate and differentiate its zones or services, allowing higher-paying guests to consistently experience a superior level of service, then I would consider the pool room to be truly worth the money."

"We brought our elderly parents and children here for the autumn break, and the hotel was very busy, filled with kids on their school holidays. First, my overall impression: it was pretty good, really not as bad as some online reviews suggested. I was quite apprehensive before coming, but the South China Sea Train and the aquarium were too enticing to resist. Ultimately, the hotel was actually quite good and offered great value for money. Let's start with the room: it was very spacious and bright, and every room had a large balcony. Breakfast: There was a wide variety of options. Tastes differ, of course, but the waffles were homemade, and the croissants were delicious. The only downside was how crowded it was – but that's to be expected during autumn break. As for activities: We didn't participate in any of the hotel's organized events, but the Ocean Park alone provided enough entertainment for two full days, and we still didn't get to do everything we wanted. We rode the South China Sea Train, watched the fireworks, used the gym, swam in the pool, played in the sand, explored the amusement park, visited the aquarium, saw polar animals, and watched the dolphins and belugas. From the hotel, it's less than a ten-minute drive to Li'an Town, which has many dining options with decent food. Overall, it was a great stay! Especially after moving to another hotel in Haitang Bay today, it really makes me appreciate the excellent value for money at Hyatt Regency Fuli even more! I already miss it!"

"I've been here for two consecutive National Day holidays. I absolutely love the hotel's connecting corridor. On the way to my room, I was mesmerized by the surrounding scenery, with mountains on one side and the sea on the other. I've read reviews that some guests complained about the corridor being too long, but on my second visit, I found it much quicker to use the exterior. Personal preferences vary; I always prefer to walk along the corridor, while my family always goes downstairs and out the door. The view is stunning, and the balcony is absolutely stunning. It's truly relaxing to lounge on it in the evening breeze. The only downside is that the pool is a bit small, and the amount of paddleboarding and surfing can interfere with swimming."

"This year, I've brought my child here three times. The parent-child activities are incredibly rich, running from morning to night. There are so many entertainment facilities: the soft play area, Haha Water Village, rock climbing, VR, and the sky bridge train are all must-dos for my little one every time we visit. Right outside the hotel, there's a beach, and the清水湾 (Qingshuiwan) beach is excellent, with fine sand and clear waves. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the butler service and general service are both very attentive. The only minor drawback is that the breakfast selection is a bit limited; I hope they can improve that. I'd also suggest putting silent caps on the dining chair legs in the rooms so that moving the chairs doesn't disturb guests downstairs."

The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful; it's a tranquil villa complex featuring a central swimming pool surrounded by lush, dense coconut groves. They offered convenient shuttle service for both arrival and departure, and even helped with our luggage. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful. Guests can rent bikes or scooters directly from the front desk, which is not only fantastic value but also super convenient for exploring Shenzhou Peninsula and Shimei Bay. I even accidentally lost the key to our rented scooter, but they handled the situation smoothly and professionally. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended! The service was excellent, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the complimentary summer desserts were both beautiful and tasty. The food was also good, especially the electric cart driver who was readily available and helpful with my luggage. Butler Li Hanguang contacted me in advance and readily communicated any room arrangements or requests. "Seriously, I was so conflicted after reading all the reviews, unsure if I should book the Wyndham, especially since I was traveling with kids. But once I got there, I wondered who wrote all those negative online reviews! There was no musty smell, and the room facilities were still quite new. What more could you expect for a price of 550+? Don't have high hopes for going to the beach for tide pooling; it's quite a walk. However, the hotel's pool downstairs is great and stays open until 10 pm. It's perfectly fine for a one-night stopover, and the hygiene was excellent too!"
