"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, especially from 彬彬, who was very responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The team also thoughtfully arranged a birthday surprise for us, which was a lovely touch. Since we had an early trip schedule, they even helped arrange an earlier breakfast for us, a gesture we truly appreciated. N helped to book a driver to take us out to 五指山. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea and a stunning sunrise in the morning. While the location is a little farther from the main areas, the exceptional service and relaxing atmosphere more than make up for it. Overall, it was a very memorable and pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the bedding so comfortable we slept soundly. What really surprised and delighted us was the hotel's awesome 'Haomeng Fun Castle' – it definitely deserves full marks! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the family-friendly vibe was palpable. The facilities at Haomeng Fun Castle far exceeded our expectations – with tons of slides, soft ball pits, and educational play areas. Our child didn't want to leave once they started playing! "For over 2,000 a night, the 'luxury sea view room' actually had its sea view blocked by a building. You can have a blocked view, but then it shouldn't be called a sea view room! The bathtub also had no cold water. My first day's experience was, in a word: terrible! They changed my room on the second day, which was much better. I came here because it was advertised as the 'ceiling of parent-child hotels in Lingshui,' but I'd suggest they go see how parent-child hotels in Zhuhai handle details. A playground should be a bonus after a parent-child hotel meets basic standards, not the *only* good thing that covers up other shortcomings."

"I stayed here three years ago and loved how quiet and wonderful it was, so I decided to come back. Some areas are showing a bit of age, especially that utility pole on the hill – the paint looks like it's peeling off! 😂 The room itself was great, but booking through Ctrip meant I couldn't earn points. 😅 The bed was super comfy, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly. There were hardly any lights shining in, so when I woke up in the middle of the night, I honestly thought I'd gone blind! 🤣🤣 The breakfast offered a good variety, and the taste was decent with good quality, including several local specialties. My only minor complaint is that the cutlery was too small and felt a bit cheap, being plastic. The hot spring pool was quite deep, which might not be ideal for elderly guests with mobility issues. I really enjoyed the swimming pool, and it was great that they provided free kickboards and back floats for use."

"Absolutely loved this hotel! I'll definitely be back to Sanya, specifically Lingshui, next time, just for Aloha. They don't force you to pay for travel photography, and the rooms are great – they have a baby co-sleeper, a fridge, and a washing machine. I booked a sea-view room and the scenery was absolutely stunning. To top it all off, they even gave us a complimentary fruit platter. I loved everything about it!"

"The hotel has been extensively renovated since my last stay. There is a cool new gym, a laundry room and the pool area is still top notch. Breakfast is generous and varied. Th rooms are really relaxing, with high quality linens, towels, pillows and mattresses making it very comfortable . The combination rain shower/nozzle shower is excellent and the room comes with a huge tv also. I had a courtyard room which has 2 more seats outside but a balcony room might have been just as convenient. Staff are really friendly and the room is cleaned to a high standard each day. Location is excellent. The hotel is across the quiet roadway from the beach which is being upgraded with new sand being spread. The Shaka Surf shop is just outside the hotel for lessons and rentals, and there is a really nice restaurant (Goofy Dog) just beside that. The noise at night might be an issue with small kids but if you want to be in the heart of the ‘scene’ there’s nowhere better to be. I would very highly recommend this as a place to stay in Riyue Bay."

"The hotel environment is fantastic and very suitable for families with children. All the staff are incredibly friendly, and the breakfast spread is rich and varied. It's a Chinese-style villa with its own pool, which I personally really enjoyed. The beachfront is expansive, and the photos taken there turned out beautifully. This hotel offers great value for money. The photo shoot service at Haibao was excellent. The photographer's skills were top-notch, and everything from shooting to photo selection went smoothly. The day before the shoot, the shop added me on WeChat to arrange the time. On the day of the shoot, they called beforehand as a reminder. The shop was easy to find, just opposite the breakfast restaurant. They had various outfits and accessories to choose from. Our child wore their own clothes but picked out a headband at the shop. The photographer helped us choose great locations that made for stunning pictures and guided our child on posing. Initially, our child wasn't very cooperative, but the photographer patiently guided them. The entire shoot went smoothly, lasting about half an hour. We only had to wait twenty to thirty minutes to select photos, and all pictures were professionally retouched. We could decide how many photos to keep ourselves, and the service was superb! It was a wonderful photography experience 💗"

Getting to the beach was super quick, the sand was lovely, and even though the waves were a bit big, my two kids had a blast playing in them. Breakfast was also decent and filling. I'd definitely recommend it; it felt like great value for money. There's a local street not far away with plenty of food options; I'd suggest trying the Northeast BBQ and iron pot stew."

"Cleanliness: The toilet area had a strong musty smell, but other areas were clean. Facilities: There are pool loungers and it's a beachfront location, a 3 to 5-minute walk. There's a tap by the sea to wash off sand. Service: On the first day, one room card didn't work. I called housekeeping, and they replaced it. On the second day, my friend and I left separately, and the other room card didn't work either. This is my first time experiencing such service at an InterContinental property 😂😂"

GGuest UserThe room was upgraded for free, the breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the facilities were good. The most important swimming pool is great. In the morning, I watched the hotel staff carefully clean the swimming pool for almost 2 hours, and then went in for a happy swim. The sea and sky were all the same color, lawns, woods, beaches, and sea water. Compared to the kind of seaside villas with unobstructed views , the progressive depth of different landscapes, and the sense of envelopment brought by the mountains and the sea, let people blend into the embrace of nature in a very safe state, and return to the most authentic state,,, through the woods When I saw the local people sitting or standing on the rocks on the seaside in the distance, Zheng Zhihua's sailors instantly came to my mind. The freedom and power shown in this picture will also become a kind of spiritual nourishment that will nourish the future. Life, this is one of the meanings of travel.

TTravertine_Cloud-05Hotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel. When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around. As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs). The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes. There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk. Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night. I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨

GGuest UserThe room was huge, bigger than any Sanya hotel I've stayed in before, and the balcony was incredibly spacious! The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a strong Southeast Asian vibe. There's even a waterslide by the pool, which the kids loved 🛝. The sand on the beach was incredibly fine, they even call it the 'singing beach' 🏝️. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with both à la carte options and a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. My favorite was the freshly made and cooked lobster wontons 👍. There was also a great selection of fruits. The hotel's Southeast Asian restaurant was also good 👍, with authentic Thai flavors. The Baiwei Chinese restaurant was decent too 👍, meeting our expectations! As a Trip.com guest, we received special treatment and were upgraded to a sea-view room for free! This stay was an excellent value for money, especially since I used my Trip.com member points 👍.

The hygiene was excellent; the room was cleaned daily. The environment was great, located by the sea with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, including a heated one. The service was outstanding. GGuest UserStepping into the hotel, I was immediately struck by its stunning oceanic aesthetic. Pearl chandeliers and fishing net-textured walls – every detail whispered island tales. Every photo I took looked like a scene from a movie. Our sea-view room was absolutely incredible, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the coconut groves and turquoise sea. I could lie in bed and watch the waves crash on the shore, and sitting on the balcony's lounge chair, even the breeze felt sweet. The room's amenities were thoughtfully chosen: a Dyson hairdryer, a Marshall speaker, and a mini-bar with complimentary refills of coconut juice and biscuits. Even the bathrobes featured exquisite Dan family patterns – the attention to detail was exceptional. Summer's service was truly outstanding! During check-in, she handed us a guest book, patiently recommended hidden local gems, and thoughtfully reminded us about sunscreen for the beach. In the evening, she took us to the infinity pool to watch the sunset; the sparkling sea paired with the orange-red twilight left us speechless in its romance as we quietly enjoyed the moment. Just a few minutes' walk away is the 'singing beach,' where the sand is as fine as flour – incredibly therapeutic to walk on barefoot. We could also rent paddleboards for free to enjoy the water. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, featuring Lingshui sour noodles, freshly baked bread, and Hainan specialty snacks. Summer proactively suggested a window seat, allowing us to enjoy breakfast with a sea view, starting our day with vigor. Returning to the room at night, we'd find small, thoughtful bedtime snacks she had quietly prepared – these unexpected little gestures were truly touching. Leaving was so hard. Thank you, Summer, for your companionship, which made our memories at Clear Water Bay unforgettable. Next time I visit Hainan, I'll definitely stay at Indigo again and reconnect with Summer for another dose of island romance!

GGuest UserLet me rave about this hotel! 🏨 The main reason is my butler, Kelly. I've been to Hainan at least 5 times and stayed at Sheraton, JW Marriott, Atlantis, Shangri-La, and more, but none of them had service as good as here! And I mean NONE. 90% of my wonderful experience at the hotel comes from Kelly~ From the moment I checked into the room, I was enveloped in a sense of relaxation. It's a top-tier ocean view room, and I could just lounge on the balcony sofa without worrying about getting sunburned, endlessly zoning out and enjoying the sea breeze. The room's temperature, humidity, and bedding were all superb; comfort is really important to me, and this place delivers. The breakfast variety was the richest among all the places I've stayed; the Lingshui sour noodles were super delicious, haha~ I also got some great shots at the popular cave bar. Next time I come, I'm definitely just going to chill here for a few days~ I've stayed at the Westin Lingshui, and now I don't want to go anywhere else~

My stay from April 19th to April 22nd, though brief, left me with wonderful, soul-nourishing memories. The moment I stepped into the Capella lobby, I was instantly captivated by the magnificent scene. The dome was vast and grand, with water cascading down from above, forming a serene curtain and filling the space with its gentle murmur. Entering here, all my fatigue dissipated, leaving only a sense of peace and wonder. Staying at this hotel felt like stepping into a painting. Whether strolling by the beach and pool or wandering along the dappled paths, every view was picturesque. Lush greenery intertwined with layered water features. It truly was “a view at every turn,” with every casual photo being wallpaper-worthy. I was completely immersed in the tranquil and luxurious resort atmosphere. Even more memorable than the environment was the service. From the front desk to the butler, restaurant, and housekeeping staff, everyone had a genuine smile, a keen eye for detail, and a heart for guests. Any need was anticipated and addressed promptly and appropriately, often without me having to ask twice. Throughout my stay, I felt utterly pampered and comfortable. Our room experience was an even greater surprise. The bedding was incredibly soft and silky, supportive yet plush. Lying down felt like being gently embraced by clouds, making sleep an absolute delight. Capella has perfected every detail—the scenery, the service, the living experience—making it an impeccable, gently healing, unforgettable retreat. I will definitely be back next year! Finally, I want to extend another thank you to the hotel's travel and culture officer, Diana, for her meticulous care and attention during our three-day stay.

GGuest UserThe B&B is a pleasant surprise. The environment is very good. The rooms are large and the equipment is new. The seafood porridge for breakfast is also delicious. The most praiseworthy thing is that the boss is really nice. He recommended us to feed the monkeys about 150 meters away from the hotel and catch the sea about 200 meters away. We were going to the pier to take a boat. The boss also picked us up and dropped us off. Go to the entrance of Daidai Island to watch the sunset. The boss doesn’t come to do anything, he just works silently👍🏻The children don’t want to leave👍🏻

IIngeliThis is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!
