"This is the first time in decades I've left a negative review on Ctrip, and this stay was an absolute nightmare, no exaggeration. I chose what's supposed to be the best hotel in Mohe, but I didn't get a wink of sleep. The hotel has large fans running at night, and lying in bed, my ear on the pillow, created a resonant effect with the noise (I wonder if anyone can understand or relate to that). I called the front desk to ask for a room change, but was told there were no other rooms of that type available. I said, 'If there's an issue with this room, it shouldn't be assigned!' Ultimately, no solution was found!!! The next morning, I had a splitting headache and tearfully complained to the front desk. They apologized and offered a late checkout until 2 PM, but my Ctrip benefits already allowed for a 2 PM checkout anyway!! I asked to speak to the front desk manager or lobby manager and was told the leaders weren't in... Again, no resolution! I had planned to stay three nights in Mohe, but ended up buying a flight to Harbin for that very day. My final checkout time was 3:30 PM. I was truly, truly, truly, truly, truly distraught! It's been two days since I arrived in Harbin and my head still hurts. Extremely disappointed! I hope the Ctrip platform can advocate for a loyal customer of decades.
The photos are my own, taken directly at the large equipment downstairs that caused the noise. I showed them to the hotel front desk and suggested their managers stay one night to experience my suffering! They just chuckled and gave no response! I stayed in room 802."

"The location is very convenient, right on the main street. It's just a few hundred meters to Songyuan Park, Beiji Square, and Mohe Dance Hall. The front desk can help you call a taxi, and it's only 6 yuan to go anywhere within the town.
The front desk manager was excellent; they upgraded our room and even gave us a small gift. The service was warm and attentive.
The only downside is that the room's soundproofing isn't great, so it can get quite noisy when people are passing by."

"I had a wonderful stay in Youran. The rooms are in wooden but with modern amenities. The owner and wife are very friendly and providing a real great service. Youran also has a restaurant and the owner wife can cook very well. This brings convenient for guests so that do not need to walk out to look for foods under such an extreme low temperature.
The location of Youran is convenience and at the center of Beiji Village. Few tourism points can be easily reached out by walk. And you could get a driver to drive you to attractions in Mohe. Youran can help to arrange a trustable and good service driver at a reasonable fee.
As for the room, it is spacious, the cleanliness is very good and odorless. The heating system is excellence, I could wear T + short in the room comfortably and the water heater is 24 hours.
I will come back to Youran again to experience Mohe different seasons. Highly recommend Youran for travellers plan to visit Mohe!"

Miss sister asked us, are you not coming back? I said yes. Miss sister said that I will help you pack your luggage and store it. You don't need to keep one. Back from the Arctic Village, we chose to continue to stay all the way north. The front desk lady also arranged a taxi for us to take us to the airport and informed the price. "I only saw the aurora because I booked this hotel! When I looked up from the bridge leading to the hotel, everything around me was a bit bright. At first, I thought it was light pollution, but then I noticed several taxi drivers getting out to film it. It wasn't until many locals came over to look and take pictures that we realized it was the aurora. If I had stayed at a different hotel, I probably wouldn't have seen it.
The room was large, and the bathroom was nice. The wooden decorations looked a bit old-fashioned in photos, but they weren't at all. There was also a cat and a dog. The owner didn't actively solicit good reviews; this is entirely a subjective assessment."

The boss is nice and provides free breakfast. Because I got up late, he put breakfast in the incubator. He is considerate and attentive.
There is no blind spot in hygiene, the shower can illuminate people, it is bright and new.

GGuest UserThe owner was very kind; he picked us up from the bus station and drove us to buy tickets when we left. The room was really clean, and knowing we were sensitive to the cold, he arranged the warmest room for us. It had underfloor heating, and the toilet was heated and fully automatic. We heard there was an aurora borealis, and the owner said he would definitely let us know if it happened and would take us there, so we wouldn't have to wait there freezing. He was very considerate throughout the trip, even telling us where to go and recommending restaurants. Most importantly, they offer free water-to-ice water-splashing service, and you can do it for as long as you want, right in the hotel's backyard.

The heating in the room was hot and the room was very clean. We had to go to Longjiang First Bay early the next morning. The eldest sister prepared breakfast at 6:30! Really very very good!

True to its name, 'Muju' (Wooden Dwelling), the hotel boasts unique decor. The courtyard is also nicely arranged, featuring rabbits and various plants.
Breakfast was very simple, offering a few small side dishes. The soy milk had a distinctive, somewhat savory flavor, and the date cake was quite good.
The owner was wonderful, very friendly and welcoming. They even gave my child a small gift when we left.

The chickens are home-raised, the fish is caught in Heilongjiang, and the mushrooms are harvested from the forest—all delicious! Sister An even treated us to frozen pears when she heard we wanted them! All my friends said this is their favorite B&B they've ever stayed in; the atmosphere is so wonderful! Sister An hired a car and made great arrangements to take us everywhere. We even played water-splashing games in the yard! Mohe was so much better than I imagined! I'll definitely be back next time!

Mmaomao2001002This hotel is a haven for motorcycle travelers, and I could tell the owner would be enthusiastic, which he was! The guesthouse is about 300 meters from the northernmost post office, the bus station, and the village center. The room was very clean, and the young owner was incredibly welcoming. Our train arrived in Mohe after 6 AM, and we were in Beiji Village by 8:30 AM. The owner promptly arranged our room and even specifically provided us with two breakfasts. Plus, the restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the small pickled vegetables were delicious. I'm very satisfied and will definitely recommend it to friends.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness is exceptional; the entire place is spotless. All the amenities provided are of high quality, and it's incredibly convenient that they're disposable and can be replenished for free. The restaurant is also impeccably clean, with staff constantly tidying up.
Environment: Our room was very spacious, which was a huge plus, especially since we had a lot of luggage – it never felt cramped, a testament to the smart design. The weather in Beijicun (Arctic Village) was absolutely fantastic; the air was incredibly fresh and clean. From the hotel's second floor, we had a superb view of Russia across the river, which was quite unique.
Service: The owner was wonderful – not only did he help us with our luggage, but he also provided excellent recommendations on things to do, the best routes to take, and shared interesting local insights. His thoughtfulness truly shone when he came to pick us up in his car during a sudden downpour. The rest of the hotel staff were equally attentive and friendly, always greeting us with a smile and readily available whenever we needed anything. This made our entire trip truly enjoyable; we felt comfortable and had a fantastic time!

GGuest UserThe hotel helped us arrange a driver for our entire trip, making it easy for us to travel around Mohe at a cheaper cost. The driver are very helpful and helped us to book the attraction entrance tickets for us and we can pay him later at the end of our trip as the cost covered is mainly for him to bring us to attractions for our entire trip and it does not include attraction entrance tickets. Prepare some cash for easy payment back to the driver as for our country, we are being charged for extra 2% fees if we are using Alipay app payments above RMB200. So by paying them in cash for anything above RMB200, we can avoid paying the 2% fees. Also there are times when we make some payment while purchasing food, and we are having difficulties on the apps link which is another reason why cash is needed for the contingency period.

AAnonymous UserThe hardware facilities should be the best hotel in Mohe. There is also free airport pick-up and drop-off service. There is a river in front and a forest in the back. The scenery is very good. It is very convenient to take a taxi. It costs 5 yuan to go anywhere. The price is the same for locals and foreigners. It is very practical. The service awareness needs to be improved. There is no flexibility or accommodation. Check out at 1 o'clock. Even if the plane leaves two hours later, they will not allow late check-out. Late check-out costs extra money. You need to pay extra for mineral water. When you ask for cleaning for the extension room, they only change the bath towels. When asked why the bed is not made and the floor is not mopped, they just make it and mop it casually. I have to refute a few words, not to mention wiping the table top, repairing slippers and pulling paper. Overall, for the above advantages, I will stay in this hotel when I go to Mohe in the future because the hardware conditions are good.
