"I have to give this hotel a huge shout-out! From check-in to check-out, the service was incredibly thoughtful, and the staff were always ready to help. The biggest surprise was being able to do laundry, which is super practical for anyone on a longer road trip – it solved a major headache. Parking was also incredibly convenient; no need to hunt for a spot, you just park right downstairs, which is hassle-free and secure. The environment is really comfortable, clean, and tidy; the hygiene is impeccable, and the bedding feels fresh, making for a very pleasant stay. The owner is also incredibly warm and friendly, chatting with us like a friend and even proactively recommending great local spots. The whole experience was top-notch! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit, and I highly recommend it to everyone~"

"This is the first time in decades I've left a negative review on Ctrip, and this stay was an absolute nightmare, no exaggeration. I chose what's supposed to be the best hotel in Mohe, but I didn't get a wink of sleep. The hotel has large fans running at night, and lying in bed, my ear on the pillow, created a resonant effect with the noise (I wonder if anyone can understand or relate to that). I called the front desk to ask for a room change, but was told there were no other rooms of that type available. I said, 'If there's an issue with this room, it shouldn't be assigned!' Ultimately, no solution was found!!! The next morning, I had a splitting headache and tearfully complained to the front desk. They apologized and offered a late checkout until 2 PM, but my Ctrip benefits already allowed for a 2 PM checkout anyway!! I asked to speak to the front desk manager or lobby manager and was told the leaders weren't in... Again, no resolution! I had planned to stay three nights in Mohe, but ended up buying a flight to Harbin for that very day. My final checkout time was 3:30 PM. I was truly, truly, truly, truly, truly distraught! It's been two days since I arrived in Harbin and my head still hurts. Extremely disappointed! I hope the Ctrip platform can advocate for a loyal customer of decades. The photos are my own, taken directly at the large equipment downstairs that caused the noise. I showed them to the hotel front desk and suggested their managers stay one night to experience my suffering! They just chuckled and gave no response! I stayed in room 802."

"I booked a special room, which is really unique. The separate door is not big and very warm. The bed is very big and comfortable. It’s great to lie down and watch TV. The TV is from Xiaomi, which is very easy to use and easy to cast the screen. It’s just the regulator in the shower that takes some time and patience to adjust. Pet friendly. I told the boss about the situation and the precautions, and there was nothing else. The location is great. Go out and turn left to Mohe Dance Hall, go out and turn right to the No. 1 Big Bone Noodles"

One step through the door and the wife hugged me like a long-lost littermate. Tail wagging commenced immediately. 🐾 If warmth could melt Mohe’s cold, this household would be climate change. My downstairs room? Small. A little dim. Chosen for my sister’s convenience rather than my royal canine standards. But here’s the thing — when hospitality is this generous, the light comes from the people. I ate every meal at their café not out of laziness, but loyalty. Why brave the Arctic for repetitive food when home-style comfort is already waiting with a bowl and a smile? Youran lives up to its name: unforced, gentle, human. It felt less like a hotel and more like visiting relatives who keep refilling your bowl because you look “too thin.” This became the perfect launchpad for my Harbin expedition, three nights of settling in, warming up, and learning that charm travels better than luxury. Now, the honest bone (every good dog buries one): I’d give this a 4.1 stars if decimals existed. Since they don’t, here’s a conditional 5-star — contingent on tighter cleanliness under beds, chairs, and in the toilet. I raised this directly with the boss because I’d happily recommend this boutique stay to my pack… once the floors behave. All in, Mohe Youran Mountain Residence didn’t just host me — they claimed me. "A very friendly hotel, the front desk is a rich cat, gentle and relaxed. And the location is excellent, close to the passenger station, especially convenient. The hotel customer service lady is very enthusiastic and the planning route is clear. When we checked in, we planned to go back and forth in the Arctic Village on the same day. After we arrived at the Arctic Village, we wanted to play for another day. The hotel did not check out. I tried to call the customer service lady and see the two rooms. Can we leave one room? Miss sister asked us, are you not coming back? I said yes. Miss sister said that I will help you pack your luggage and store it. You don't need to keep one. When you come back, you can check it and take it directly. It is really warm and consider for us. In fact, even if one room is not refunded, it is reasonable. Back from the Arctic Village, we chose to continue to stay all the way north. The front desk lady also arranged a taxi for us to take us to the airport and informed the price. (Hotel bedding, all sun-dried, very safe) Special thanks to the customer service lady, ㊗️ Business is booming! Have the opportunity to stay again and introduce friends. I have to say that the fly in the ointment must be breakfast. In fact, the store has communicated with the breakfast store. We just caught up with the store and the breakfast reason. For the guests to eat well, add money to the breakfast. Breakfast is also available to guests until 6:30 in advance, catching the shuttle bus to Arctic Village or Beihong Village at 7:00. You can feel that the store is doing things very carefully."

"The room was spacious and very clean. Since it's newly opened, all the facilities were new, including a smart toilet. The room faced the sun, with a small birch grove outside the window. There was a wooden boardwalk where you could stroll or sit and have tea. The boardwalk had outdoor tables and chairs, and hanging baskets. The breakfast selection was plentiful, especially the various mixed vegetables, which were quite delicious. If you're driving, there's a parking lot right outside, as well as a small vegetable garden with tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, and even mushrooms, a specialty of Northeast China. Overall, it was a very satisfying trip."
