"I have to give this hotel a huge shout-out! From check-in to check-out, the service was incredibly thoughtful, and the staff were always ready to help. The biggest surprise was being able to do laundry, which is super practical for anyone on a longer road trip – it solved a major headache. Parking was also incredibly convenient; no need to hunt for a spot, you just park right downstairs, which is hassle-free and secure. The environment is really comfortable, clean, and tidy; the hygiene is impeccable, and the bedding feels fresh, making for a very pleasant stay. The owner is also incredibly warm and friendly, chatting with us like a friend and even proactively recommending great local spots. The whole experience was top-notch! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit, and I highly recommend it to everyone~"

"The hotel itself was decent and quite new, likely a Trip.com-managed property. However, the Simmons mattress was surprisingly hard – I thought it was a renowned brand, but it felt just like a plank bed. Breakfast was okay, with noodles and wontons, and the sausages were particularly good; overall, a good variety. It's a bit strange why this hotel is rated five-star; at most, it's on par with a Ji Hotel. The oddest thing was their EV charging station, which cost 2.58 yuan per kWh. It's the most expensive I've ever seen in China, without exception."

"There were three of us, and we arrived at the Arctic Village entrance by car on a pouring wet evening, only to be told that vehicles weren't allowed inside. The owner told us to park and said he'd come pick us up. Later, he also drove us to the restaurant and to the furthest attractions in the village. When we left, he drove us back to the main entrance. We were really grateful to him. He's been in this business for a long time, enduring hardships and persevering. He must have contributed significantly to the Arctic Village's current popularity and prosperity. The facilities in his rooms are complete and fully equipped, all brand new and very well-maintained, which was very convenient. The room was clean and peaceful, and the bedding was very comfortable. The TV was absolutely massive."

"The room view was absolutely amazing! We had so much fun with the '潑水成冰' (literally 'splashing water into ice') game! Sitting by the window, with the curtains open, we could see the beautiful snowscape outside and even watched fireworks set off by other hotel guests 🧨. The facilities are great, and I loved the toiletries—L'Occitane products, a big plus! 👍 Oh, and the owner provided plenty of teacups and tea sets in the room, which was really convenient... The restaurant the owner recommended also had delicious food! 👍"

"I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn during a weekend getaway, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my experience. Check-In: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home immediately. Room: My room was clean and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed and a cozy seating area. I appreciated the modern decor and the large flat-screen TV. The room also included a mini-fridge and microwave, which were convenient for storing snacks and leftovers. Amenities: The complimentary breakfast was a highlight! There was a good selection of hot and cold items, including scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, and a variety of pastries. The coffee was fresh and available all day, which I loved. The fitness center was adequately equipped for a quick workout, and I also enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a nice touch for relaxation after a day of exploring the area. Location: The hotel’s location was ideal, situated just a few minutes from major attractions and restaurants. It was easy to access the highway, making it simple to drive to nearby sights. Overall Experience: For the price and the amenities offered, the hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s the perfect spot for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience without breaking the bank. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Let me share my story: I was a bit worried because some online reviews of hotels in Beijicun (Arctic Village) weren't great. I kept searching and found this inn. Initially, there were no king rooms, but I patiently waited a day, and suddenly one became available, so I booked for two nights. I don't like bothering people, so from Mohe Station, I took a taxi directly to the front of the 'Northernmost Post Office' and walked the rest of the way! I met the owner, who was very enthusiastic and took me to rent a car (I'm a travel photographer: Jie Meng 3633). The car rental place quoted 400 yuan. The owner told me it was a bit expensive and advised me to go back to Mohe to rent, but I decided against it, not wanting to disrupt my shooting schedule, so I rented it. Later, I got stuck in the snow while driving. The owner drove out with a shovel and helped me rescue the car after a great deal of effort. Everything turned out fine. I'm especially grateful for his help in resolving the unexpected situation in -35 degree weather! The room was very clean, and the proprietress kept it very tidy. I travel with some equipment, and since the police station is right across the street, I often didn't even bother closing my door – I felt completely at ease. For friends who are into travel photography or have many safety concerns, you won't go wrong choosing this place!"

"This wasn't the most expensive room I stayed in during this trip, but it was definitely the most comfortable and my favorite. The quality of the hotel amenities is evident in the details; the provision of disposable towels and bath towels eliminates any concerns about hygiene, which is often an issue with B&Bs. The toiletries provided in the room are also of high quality, and there are so many of them that even as someone in the industry, I worried the owner's operating costs might be too high. The room was quite warm, which might be unusual for someone from the south, so the landlady cooled us down with delicious ice cream, half a dozen bottles of mineral water, and frozen pears and persimmons. Both the interior and exterior of the building show signs of professional design. As someone who is very particular about hotels, I surprisingly found almost no faults. If I had to pick something to tell the landlady, it would be this: Was that light box in the courtyard with the big flame and the 'Beiji Village' (Arctic Village) lettering placed there by your designer? It really detracts from the overall aesthetic of your courtyard! Hahaha."
