"First of all, a huge thank you to the owner for saving us a room. I wanted to stay on the first floor, but it showed as unavailable on Ctrip. I tried messaging the owner through the backend, and they arranged a first-floor room for us, so we didn't have to carry our small dog up the stairs. Also, the shower is a wet/dry separation, and you can charge your car right outside the door. Although the room was a bit small, the owner said we could arrange it ourselves. There's a restaurant right across the street and a supermarket nearby, and it's very close to the market. A very convenient hotel overall."

The environment is really comfortable, clean, and tidy; the hygiene is impeccable, and the bedding feels fresh, making for a very pleasant stay. The owner is also incredibly warm and friendly, chatting with us like a friend and even proactively recommending great local spots. The whole experience was top-notch! "It must be rated as a five-star hotel. The rooms are clean and warm. The location is also good. It is within 5 minutes of the square and a straight street away from where you can eat. The boss is nice and provides free breakfast. Because I got up late, he put breakfast in the incubator. He is considerate and attentive. "we're from Malaysia. normally a traveller will come and go from mohe with the travel package, i would suggest to spent a day or two to stay in their town as thats a good visiting place around, the attraction somehow i feel better than Harbin. thats few nearby hostel around the area but this hostel is very comfortable to stay, all amenities is new. the room and bed is super size, and its hv a private bathroom which is wide and clean too. the hostel is operated by a couple, and they are friendly. nearby thats plenty of convenience stall and restaurant, if you are muslim you may find some halal shop. i really have nothing to complain about. 5 stars !"

The most important thing is that it costs 40 yuan for other places to pour water to make ice, but here the boss does it for free. You can pour water however you want. There is a big yard in front of the door, so you can pour water as you like [haha]. The place is affordable, clean, and the boss is friendly. There's a large space at the entrance so you can have fun wherever you want [bursts into laughter] (If you want to go anywhere, the boss can tell you how long it will take, how many kilometers it will be, and the simplest and shortest way to get there). The boss looks like ** Qiang, hahahahahahahahahahaha). The guy was very nice. He said I came alone and added me on WeChat. He said if he saw I hadn't come back at night, he would contact me to make sure I was safe [burst into laughter]. "Easy to n from Mohe Rail stn. Cab to hotel in town n vice versa, Rmb 10/- each way. Food wise many family run eating houses. Shopping plentiful, esp dried goods n fruits in season. Hotel was ok. Staff friendly, helpful n accomodating to our requests. We were given a plate of cut frozen pear as welcome. Only BIG dissappointment was the TV. Its was really stressful trying to get the TV to ”work”. Had to use 2 different TV remotes. Sometime both work sometimes both doesn't. Even the Boss had trouble getting it to work. He needs to resolve this issue, fast. Overall I give hotel a 9/10."

"This trip was a spontaneous one. We went to the northernmost part of the motherland. We went north along the border road 331 to the Arctic Village and then to Mohe. This was the best accommodation experience during the trip. The proprietress was very beautiful, warm and clean. As soon as we entered the door, we could feel the neat and tidy environment. The room we booked on Ctrip was discounted after the peak tourist season. For some reason, the proprietress upgraded the room to a family room for three people without adding any extra charge. Thank you! There are food and drinks around, and it is less than 5 minutes' walk from the Polaris Square. I will stay here again next time."

"I stayed two nights. The place was clean and hygienic, and the room was very warm with heating, so I, a small southerner, wasn't cold at all. The owners, a husband and wife, were very welcoming, and there were plenty of snacks available for guests in the lobby. The mattress was comfortable, but the only downside was that the bathroom was a bit small. Overall, it was a very nice guesthouse!"
