"Facilities: Simple and practical, though the smart Tmall Genie seemed a bit quirky, perhaps needing an update. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: Beautiful window view. Service: Friendly and welcoming. Arriving in Mohe on the Snow Country Train, we checked into a cozy haven, the eLong Hotel, nestled in a wonderland at the far north. As we opened the door, a 270° bay window offered breathtaking panoramic views of the snowy plains and icy mountains. The 1.8-meter wide king-size bed, comfortable sofa, and spacious bay window transformed the -30℃ outdoor chill into a wonderfully warm and familiar indoor sanctuary. This provided a safe and comfortable resting environment for my elderly parents on their first long journey. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, providing extra hangers, bottled water, and tea of the same quality, which gave my family great peace of mind. In the morning, we welcomed the sunrise with stunning alpenglow outside our window. The hotel's varied and delicious breakfast kicked off our invigorating trip to Mohe. We had a delightful interaction with charming deer, and to the rhythm of jingling bells and trotting hooves, we ventured into the natural ice and snow city. Gazing at the winding, extensive border of our nation felt like being in a fairy tale, truly purifying the soul. Thank you to the hotel for providing such a haven – it was more than just accommodation; it was a conduit for transmitting Arctic culture. As the horse-drawn carriage once again traversed the snow-covered forest, we eagerly anticipate the arrival of our next icy dawn."

"A very special experience, very happy to play, the room is very clean and warm, the store manager is super kind, introduced us to the attractions to play guides, told us a lot of fun, the only downside is that the aurora lost the arm, super regret, come a day late, the snow is not very thick when you come, I heard that it snowed as soon as I left. "Extremely satisfied. Everything at the hotel was new and clean. Most importantly, the owner and her husband were incredibly kind. They picked us up and dropped us off whenever we wanted while we were wandering around the village; they were so patient! Also, the owner's cooking of Northeastern Chinese dishes was absolutely authentic and delicious. Don't ask me why there are no pictures; the eight of us ate like wolves, finishing every dish as soon as it was served. We couldn't wait to take photos! We had seven or eight dishes, and every single one was completely devoured. It probably changed the owner's perception of how much Southern potatoes can eat. Highly recommended! Everyone should stay here. The owner even helped us negotiate prices for many of the activities we did. It was truly amazing! Everyone is welcome to stay here!"

"Although it was -40 degrees Celsius, the guesthouse was so warm and cozy. We even had to sleep with the windows open at night. There were free water-splashing ice machines to play with outside, and fireworks too. The owner was incredibly helpful, constantly assisting us with finding shared rides and group tours. They were so hospitable; they even gave us two bottles of water when we left, which touched me deeply. Although I won't be coming back to Mohe (too cold), I'll definitely recommend it to my friends!"

"The room view was absolutely amazing! We had so much fun with the '潑水成冰' (literally 'splashing water into ice') game! Sitting by the window, with the curtains open, we could see the beautiful snowscape outside and even watched fireworks set off by other hotel guests 🧨. The facilities are great, and I loved the toiletries—L'Occitane products, a big plus! 👍 Oh, and the owner provided plenty of teacups and tea sets in the room, which was really convenient... The restaurant the owner recommended also had delicious food! 👍"

The coffee was fresh and available all day, which I loved. Location: The hotel’s location was ideal, situated just a few minutes from major attractions and restaurants. It was easy to access the highway, making it simple to drive to nearby sights. "Spacious rooms and an excellent location. There was ample bottled water, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The bedding was fresh, and the staff offered warm, friendly service. My senior family members were very pleased with their stay. The central square is also just a 10-minute walk away."

"Arctic Township, Arctic Village, Arctic Family, three Arctics, it’s the ultimate, right? On the edge of the Heilongjiang River, I have an invincible river view room. I live in room 201, a suite, and the living room is very large. In addition to the large bed in the master bedroom, there are two single beds arranged on both sides of the living room near the window, which is definitely enough space. There is a balcony to watch the river view, and you can see the sunrise at 5 o'clock in the morning. It is reflected in the Heilongjiang River with sparkling waves, which is a bonus. The disadvantage is that the bathroom decoration facilities are relatively old, not very good, just enough, but if you ask for it as a five-star hotel, then you are forcing it. "An excellent two-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean, modern and well-heated for the winter. It was a welcoming place to return to after a long day. However the location is slightly away from the center and bus stop (I am sure you can ask them to pick you up for free). But if you don’t mind walking like I do, you will appreciate this place for its general space and vicinity. The reception is happy to provide you with a thermos and the pitcher for you to 泼水成冰。 there is no need to pay for this beautiful experience. I did it 7 times on my own 🤣."

"The hotel facilities are quite decent. The small courtyard area is very well-maintained and clean. We had a very comfortable stay; everything was spotlessly clean. Cleanliness: Excellent. Environment: Also very good. Service: Absolutely top-notch, couldn't be better. The only slight drawback is that the surrounding environment of Beijicun village itself isn't the best. But given its remote location, the overall experience was still very positive. This hotel is definitely recommended. It has its own restaurant, and the food served is all quite good."
