"I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn during a weekend getaway, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my experience.
Check-In:
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home immediately.
Room:
My room was clean and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed and a cozy seating area. I appreciated the modern decor and the large flat-screen TV. The room also included a mini-fridge and microwave, which were convenient for storing snacks and leftovers.
Amenities:
The complimentary breakfast was a highlight! There was a good selection of hot and cold items, including scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, and a variety of pastries. The coffee was fresh and available all day, which I loved.
The fitness center was adequately equipped for a quick workout, and I also enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a nice touch for relaxation after a day of exploring the area.
Location:
The hotel’s location was ideal, situated just a few minutes from major attractions and restaurants. It was easy to access the highway, making it simple to drive to nearby sights.
Overall Experience:
For the price and the amenities offered, the hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s the perfect spot for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience without breaking the bank. I would definitely stay here again!"
"The room view was absolutely amazing! We had so much fun with the '潑水成冰' (literally 'splashing water into ice') game! Sitting by the window, with the curtains open, we could see the beautiful snowscape outside and even watched fireworks set off by other hotel guests 🧨.
The facilities are great, and I loved the toiletries—L'Occitane products, a big plus! 👍
Oh, and the owner provided plenty of teacups and tea sets in the room, which was really convenient...
The restaurant the owner recommended also had delicious food! 👍"
"The local girl was beautiful and kind, and she gave us a brief introduction to the history and scenic spots of Beiji Village. The hotel is located very close to the Oroqen Museum, and the surrounding area is very quiet, without any noisy vendors. When you open the window, you can only hear the wind and rain. The room is clean, spacious, and bright, and the wooden decorations give it a more atmospheric feel than ordinary farmhouses. The girl called to arrange for us to be picked up before we arrived at the scenic spot. She was very welcoming and had a great attitude. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. It's really great!"

"The hotel is centrally located in Arctic Village, very close to attractions like the northernmost post office and Seven Star Square. It's considered one of the best hotels in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even upgraded our room. If you're driving, you'll need to park your car at the free parking lot at the village entrance, then purchase tickets for the scenic area and the scenic shuttle bus before you can check in."
"The hotel itself was decent and quite new, likely a Trip.com-managed property. However, the Simmons mattress was surprisingly hard – I thought it was a renowned brand, but it felt just like a plank bed. Breakfast was okay, with noodles and wontons, and the sausages were particularly good; overall, a good variety. It's a bit strange why this hotel is rated five-star; at most, it's on par with a Ji Hotel. The oddest thing was their EV charging station, which cost 2.58 yuan per kWh. It's the most expensive I've ever seen in China, without exception."
"The location is superb, strategically located at the center of Beiji Village which is walking distance to all restaurants and post office. This accommodation was just opened in July 2025 and everything is new, highly recommended who wants to visit Mohe. You may also rely the owner to help you arrange for your trip in Mohe."

"The homestay is located on the bank of Heilongjiang. After the room is Heilongjiang. The river is Russia. The location is superb. There is free parking space in the courtyard. There is a separate bathroom in the room. It is very convenient. It is clean and tidy. The furniture is new. The bath water is hot. I like disposable towels and bath towels. The sanitation is very clean and cleaned in time.
The food cooked by the proprietress in the evening was also very delicious. I also experienced the food in the northeast. I recommended his chicken mushrooms, fried small fish, and heavy lip fish. They are all fresh fish in Heilongjiang, which is very delicious. The homestay also provides breakfast, which is also delicious.
The various vegetables and flowers grown in the front yard and back yard look very comfortable.
Behind the small courtyard is Heilongjiang. It is very close to the river. It is very close to the northernmost post and the northernmost observation deck. The living room is very warm. You can sit and drink tea and chat with the boss’s local family. The service is very warm and the family feels. What needs to be said to be done immediately, the boss is enthusiastic, Next time I have the opportunity to go and continue to stay."
"The hotel is brand new, clean, tidy, and comfortable. The bedding is cozy, and I loved the smart toilet and automatic curtains. The owner was incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful, even offering free pick-up and drop-off at the scenic spot entrance. The proprietress was lovely and efficient. This is a truly comfortable hotel. I even saw the Northern Lights from my bed – so lucky! The breakfast was delicious, and the kitchen and restaurant were spotlessly clean. I had a wonderful day at the hotel. Highly recommend staying here!"
"This wasn't the most expensive room I stayed in during this trip, but it was definitely the most comfortable and my favorite. The quality of the hotel amenities is evident in the details; the provision of disposable towels and bath towels eliminates any concerns about hygiene, which is often an issue with B&Bs. The toiletries provided in the room are also of high quality, and there are so many of them that even as someone in the industry, I worried the owner's operating costs might be too high. The room was quite warm, which might be unusual for someone from the south, so the landlady cooled us down with delicious ice cream, half a dozen bottles of mineral water, and frozen pears and persimmons. Both the interior and exterior of the building show signs of professional design. As someone who is very particular about hotels, I surprisingly found almost no faults. If I had to pick something to tell the landlady, it would be this: Was that light box in the courtyard with the big flame and the 'Beiji Village' (Arctic Village) lettering placed there by your designer? It really detracts from the overall aesthetic of your courtyard! Hahaha."

"Our accommodations on the twelfth day of our self-driving trip around the Northeast. We stayed three nights, visiting Beiji Village, Beihong Village, and Longjiang First Bay. The hotel says it'll open in 2022, but the facilities are quite old, and the bed creaks when you lie down and get up. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, but the washbasin leaks, so it's always wet. Breakfast is simple: soy milk and millet porridge, with steamed buns and rice as staples. The windows leak, and rainwater seeps onto the windowsills. There's a large parking lot downstairs, making it driver-friendly and convenient. The hotel is within walking distance of Polaris Plaza, Songyuan, Beichui Market, and Mohe Ballroom. The showers are large and comfortable. The rooms are soundproofed, and I slept well!"
