"This is the first time in decades I've left a negative review on Ctrip, and this stay was an absolute nightmare, no exaggeration. I chose what's supposed to be the best hotel in Mohe, but I didn't get a wink of sleep. The hotel has large fans running at night, and lying in bed, my ear on the pillow, created a resonant effect with the noise (I wonder if anyone can understand or relate to that). I called the front desk to ask for a room change, but was told there were no other rooms of that type available. I said, 'If there's an issue with this room, it shouldn't be assigned!' Ultimately, no solution was found!!! The next morning, I had a splitting headache and tearfully complained to the front desk. They apologized and offered a late checkout until 2 PM, but my Ctrip benefits already allowed for a 2 PM checkout anyway!! I asked to speak to the front desk manager or lobby manager and was told the leaders weren't in... Again, no resolution! I had planned to stay three nights in Mohe, but ended up buying a flight to Harbin for that very day. My final checkout time was 3:30 PM. I was truly, truly, truly, truly, truly distraught! It's been two days since I arrived in Harbin and my head still hurts. Extremely disappointed! I hope the Ctrip platform can advocate for a loyal customer of decades. I showed them to the hotel front desk and suggested their managers stay one night to experience my suffering! They just chuckled and gave no response! I stayed in room 802."

"The room was very clean, and all the towels were disposable, which was super convenient. The owner saw that our booked room wouldn't accommodate a family of three, so she upgraded us to a better room for free. We arrived very late, and our child was hungry and we hadn't brought any food. Her daughter even gave us a cup of instant noodles – truly a beautiful soul with a kind heart! She was also incredibly warm and hospitable."

"This booking was super, super, super, beyond all expectations! I'd call it the absolute best hotel in Mohe! The first floor has the guesthouse's own restaurant, and the food was unexpectedly delicious! We ate there for three days straight! We had planned to eat out, but the landlady's cooking was so good that we didn't want to go anywhere else! The room was clean, with 24-hour hot water – it's a water heater, but the water gets incredibly hot. The underfloor heating in the room was super warm, so much so that you might even need to wear a short-sleeved shirt! The owners are really lovely people! And they even gave us frozen persimmons and frozen pears! As a Chinese saying goes, 'Chinese people don't trick Chinese people!' This really is an amazing guesthouse!!! Plus, the location is super convenient, basically right in the center of Beiji Village, very close to all the attractions, just a few minutes' drive away. I'll share a few photos of the guesthouse's food – it was so good it made me want to spin around and crawl on the floor!"

"I have to give this hotel a huge shout-out! From check-in to check-out, the service was incredibly thoughtful, and the staff were always ready to help. The biggest surprise was being able to do laundry, which is super practical for anyone on a longer road trip – it solved a major headache. Parking was also incredibly convenient; no need to hunt for a spot, you just park right downstairs, which is hassle-free and secure. The environment is really comfortable, clean, and tidy; the hygiene is impeccable, and the bedding feels fresh, making for a very pleasant stay. The owner is also incredibly warm and friendly, chatting with us like a friend and even proactively recommending great local spots. The whole experience was top-notch! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit, and I highly recommend it to everyone~"

"This guesthouse in Beiji Village offers a peaceful oasis despite being in a lively area. Its stylish decor makes it incredibly Instagrammable. The spacious common areas are ideal for unwinding with a book or some music. Each room boasts a unique theme. We booked the Pikachu room, which our child absolutely adored! It was the perfect size and spotlessly clean. They offer a fantastic array of unique and beautifully designed souvenirs. Guests can also collect various stamps, and our child happily collected dozens. Their newly opened Qilin branch is absolutely stunning!"

"Beihong Village is incredibly quiet and beautiful, a truly pristine and comfortable little village. Yuanfang Guli Hotel definitely stands out as a landmark in the village. Located right by the river, it's the perfect spot to watch the sunset and the beautiful morning fog. Upon our arrival, the owner's brother helped us with our luggage and even delivered a box of water to our room, ensuring we had plenty to drink. The hotel rooms are spacious; a triple room could easily fit four people. The bathroom and bedding were very comfortable and clean, giving us peace of mind. In short, the owner genuinely poured their heart into this hotel. It had a unique charm and quality reminiscent of the renowned Songtsam Hotels. The breakfast spread was decent, offering a variety of cold dishes, hot entrees, porridge, corn, eggs, and baozi. All ingredients felt genuinely local and fresh. I'd definitely come back to stay if I get the chance, especially to wait for the Northern Lights."
