"The hotel is conveniently located near City Plaza Station on Shaoxing Metro Line 1, and just a minute's walk from the Supply and Marketing Building bus stop. We received a free room upgrade to a room with two very comfortable 1.5-meter beds. The hotel also has a gym and laundry room on the first floor, which was super convenient. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying. While Joy City is nearby, it was quite deserted. However, you can take a few bus stops to Intime Department Store, which was bustling. Overall, I made an excellent choice with this hotel. This was my second visit to Shaoxing, and it was super easy to get to Fushan Park, Cangqiao Old Street, Lu Xun's Former Residence, and the Former Residence of Wang Xizhi."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and highly recommend the comfortable environment and excellent service. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, and the overall service was equally excellent. The front desk staff was particularly enthusiastic, not only helping me find the place to go, but also patiently assisting me to print out multiple important documents. Overall, this is a hotel that is very good in terms of room quality and service, I will definitely stay again.

"I booked this hotel in Wuzhen at the last minute and was so impressed! Everything was great – the room layout, the breakfast, and the service. We had two rooms and two balconies, which made laundry and drying clothes super convenient. And to top it off, we even received a little gift when we checked out. My stay here was fantastic!"

"The room was spotless, and the large window directly opposite the entrance was a beautiful touch. The lobby decor had a very zen and aesthetic feel, and the smart amenities were super convenient. The service was excellent; from the breakfast staff to the front desk, and even the housekeepers we never saw, everyone was friendly, enthusiastic, and meticulous. When we accidentally left something behind after checking out, the front desk went above and beyond, communicating extensively to help us retrieve it.
Upon arrival, we immediately tried out the 'Jiu Jin Niang' Hanfu experience, capturing some stunning night photos. The staff at the Hanfu store were also very professional and thoughtful. Although we didn't get to use the complimentary tickets to the North Latitude 30° Pavilion due to time constraints, the hotel's other perks were all fantastic. Overall, the entire trip was very comfortable and offered great value for money."

It's clean, hygienic, and the food is incredibly fresh, with all the vegetables picked from the fields on the same day – absolutely delicious! 👍🏻 The housekeeper is exceptionally thoughtful, providing truly attentive service and always willing to help. They accompanied the children while picking vegetables and took great care of the elderly. We will definitely choose to stay at Yaojia again in the future! 💕

I loved the summer special drinks in the lobby and the convenient 'carefree corner,' which had everything you could need. The flavored afternoon tea, featuring huangjiu (yellow wine), was a delightful and immersive experience. The hotel's location is fantastic; Cangqiao Old Street is lively and convenient, while Fushan Park and the morning market offer a glimpse into local life. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast and late-night snacks were delicious. Plus, it's super easy to get around from here. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shaoxing.

Parking is super convenient with the hotel's exclusive parking lot, which is a huge plus for self-driving tourists – no need to stress about finding a spot, and it feels safe and secure. What really stands out is the service, from the warm and efficient check-in process where the front desk proactively helped us get our preferred room, to every staff member we encountered who greeted us with a smile. Any requests were handled incredibly quickly. The attention to detail truly shows how much care they put in, making us feel really welcome.

The service was just right, and it was so nice to enjoy a quiet bowl of congee late at night. Breakfast was well-balanced and tasty. The laundry room was also clean and well-organized.

MM294207****Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and relatively new. My room didn't have a fridge. A plus is that you can log in directly to watch anything on the TV box, and the internet speed is good.
Cleanliness: Generally quite clean; even the corners were taken care of.
Environment: The location is decent. It's near Cangqiao Old Street, close to Lu Xun's former residence and next to Xu Wei's former residence. It feels like it's in the middle of all the popular attractions. The distance is probably between 1-3 kilometers. If the weather were cooler, you could easily walk, but it's been too hot during my stay, except for Cangqiao Old Street which is very close. I really love the room; it seems like an old house? It's a Chinese-style room with exposed beams and pillars. Lying in bed looking at the high beams, I think it's beautiful and doesn't feel oppressive.
Service: Pretty good; quick responses on WeChat.
Shaoxing snacks: They even gave me a coupon for stinky tofu from a shop at Lu Xun's former residence, which was authentic. When I went, the sister there also gave me fennel beans.

Wanda Plaza is nearby for shopping and dining, and the stadium is right next door, making it a top choice for concertgoers. The front desk staff were very welcoming and attentive, always ready to help. They even provided complimentary breakfast for our group of three, which was great. The restaurant is on the top floor, offering a relaxing breakfast with a view. The only downside is that this room type doesn't have a sofa, making it less comfortable to sit or lie down.

GGuest UserWe stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers.
First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children.
Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted.
Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times.
While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating.
Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.

GGuest UserThe hotel is super close to Wanfeng. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhuji. There's also a delightful restaurant nearby with great food – I highly recommend it, especially their unique fried chicken which is delicious!

Firstly, it was very close to the attractions, with convenient transportation and easy parking for those driving. Secondly, the street in front of the guesthouse was beautiful, perfect for taking photos and exploring the surrounding area. Thirdly, the owner was incredibly welcoming. The complimentary traditional handcrafted Shaoxing wine was delicious. I absolutely loved this city; our time there was too short, but I'll definitely come back again.
