"Location: There is a big sign on the wall of the roadside building, and the hotel name can be clearly seen. The hotel is located a little bit on the roadside, and there is a large parking lot in the yard; there are many ******* restaurants across the road~ but there is no smoke and noise! Transportation: Cross the road to the bus station. It only takes 3 stops to take the bus from Barkhor Street to the hotel. It is still very convenient~ You can see a small square along the way. You can see ******* aunts dancing together at dinner time Environment: There is no air conditioning, but there is floor heating, so there is no noise trouble in the room. The room is clean and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is good, and there is plenty of hot water in the bathroom! The hair dryer will cut off the power at high temperature, and the safety awareness is very sufficient! The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and watching TV is also very enjoyable. The key point is the aromatherapy on the washbasin, the smell is really comfortable! It smells good and not pungent. I personally feel that it is more comfortable than most four-star hotels. The only shortcoming is that the bathroom overflows a little, but fortunately it is now unblocked. Feeling: Sister Ruyi at the front desk is very enthusiastic and helps solve problems. She also sincerely asks for suggestions and opinions on the room when checking out, which is helpful for the improvement of the hotel. The other service staff were also very enthusiastic! The elevator of the hotel was out of order during the two days I stayed there, but a service guy was very proactive and enthusiastic to help us carry two large boxes to the second floor, and helped us carry them downstairs when we checked out. He also sincerely explained and apologized for the elevator failure, and was super enthusiastic and smiling. Really, who doesn't want to be happy every day when traveling! I will stay in this hotel again if I have the chance in the future!"

"We recently stay at Lhasa Fanlian hotel. The room was so clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was well-stocked and functional. However, it was a bit small for twin sharing room. The butler was so friendly & helpful. He was very patient explaining the apparatus in the room & adjusted everything for us. I like the hotel architecture & amenities very much. They do provide hi-tea & supper for free, and the breakfast has a lot of variety & fruits were very fresh. I will highly recommend it to my friends & relatives if they come for holidays in Lhasa in near future."

"Stayed at this hotel in Lhasa for 4 nights and was very satisfied. There is a parking lot, the room has medical oxygen, humidifier, air conditioning, and the height of the sink. I think it is very good and will not be stained everywhere. Open the room air convection, very satisfied, the bedding is also very good, sleep well. Lhasa is easy to be high, the bedding is very important, there is free mouthwash at the front desk, body lotion, etc. Tibet is dry and these are used. You can also wash clothes for free. Li Najia at the front desk has a good service attitude. Before leaving for one night, I found that the hotel still has a free night's night. We ate dumplings and cola. It was very comfortable to eat desserts in Lhasa. Overall, I can feel that the hotel is very thoughtful for the guests, the details are in place, after all, the plateau is different from other cities. "Facilities: Very comprehensive, with a washing machine and dryer, which was extremely convenient. Cleanliness: Generally good, but the stool in the room wasn't wiped clean, and there was a hair tie (likely left by a previous guest) in the corner of the sofa. The hair in the shower wasn't cleaned for the entire 3-day stay, which makes me feel the cleaning staff's work needs improvement. Service: The front desk lady was very thoughtful and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was abundant – definitely a highlight! "The hotel offers both diffuse oxygen supply and nasal cannula oxygen in the rooms. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. On the first night, the room temperature wouldn't go down, but after discussing it with the front desk the next day, they promptly moved us to a different room. The butler was also very enthusiastic, showing us to the new room and explaining all the features and how to use them. They were also very responsive whenever we had questions. The hotel is conveniently located, not far from Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple; a 20-minute walk is quite manageable. However, the hotel itself is located down an alley, which made it a bit difficult to find and a tiring walk. Also, the breakfast was just average."

"The Return Manor Hotel was originally a monastery industry. The location is excellent, not far from the Tibet Museum, Robrinka, and Potala Palace. The diffuse oxygen supply system is very suitable for tourists who are new to Lhasa. The innkeeper is very enthusiastic."

"Many people, myself included, often debate between the St. Regis and the Shangri-La, as both hotels in Beijing are quite unremarkable. Ultimately, I chose the Shangri-La for its value for money. I had considered Songtsam too, but common sense told me to be a smart spender. Although the hotel shows its age, its architectural style is grand and refined, revealing luxurious material choices. Time has inevitably left its mark, but a classic car, even when old, is still a classic car. Moreover, service and quality require time to accumulate and withstand market scrutiny. While the Shangri-La may not have many existing locations, it still holds a strong market advantage, and it takes an discerning eye to appreciate it. My butler, Bowen, arranged my room before I even arrived. Looking out the window at the Potala Palace's silhouette in the distance immediately set the mood. He then meticulously delivered on all aspects of my package. I found Bowen to be a man of few words but very steady, highly responsive, and an exceptionally smooth driver. He never asked inappropriate or subjective questions, which I truly appreciated. Over three days, Bowen's accompaniment added a unique dimension to my Lhasa itinerary. Among the few Tibetans I've encountered, he was a definite plus. I sincerely wish him all the best in his work! The Shangri-La in Lhasa lives up to its brand's standards and enhances the reputation of its sister properties.
