"The hotel is in between Shinsaibashi Station and Nagahoribashi Station. The staff are polite and friendly. The room is decent size for two people, though 2 open luggages can only be done halfway open, but sti ok. There’s free hot & cold drinks at the lounge area which is open from 5am to 12mn.
The buffet breakfast is nice, mostly local Japanese foods (which we like), i can say that the cereal can be considered western. 😁
There’s a family mart just 2-5mins walk. And you can also walk to Namba from the hotel.
Overall, it is a good hotel choice when in Osaka."

"The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and they spoke Chinese, Japanese, and English. The facilities are very well-maintained; from the outside, everything looks impeccable. However, upon closer inspection, there were some minor cleanliness issues with the duvet cover and the fish tank. I was pleasantly surprised that the superior twin room came with a microwave and utensils, and the fridge had both freezer and refrigeration compartments. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful view and the wide selection of beverages. Overall, it lives up to its four-star rating."

"This hotel is really great. It's about 300 meters from the subway station. To the left of the hotel, about 300-400 meters away, is the Osaka Prefectural Police Headquarters – super convenient if you're a Conan fan and want to visit! A little further on is Osaka Castle Park, which is a lovely walk. The room was clean and not small; two 26-inch suitcases could lie flat. The front desk staff spoke English, were very patient, and communication was seamless. It seems to be a church-affiliated hotel, as many Europeans and Americans were staying there. They even have complimentary samples like facial cleanser and face cream at the front desk, which is a nice touch."

"Completely exceeded my expectations! The lobby decor is grand yet cozy 🏡, and the bellhop was super enthusiastic about helping with luggage 🧳. "I saw the weather forecast predicted rain and snow, and I was worried about JR delays affecting my flight, so I booked a night at Hotel Nikko. When I booked, I read reviews saying it was a bit old and dated, but it exceeded my expectations! The hotel is absolutely fantastic, it must have been recently renovated. It connects seamlessly to the terminal, and the toiletries are POLA. There's a Lawson convenience store right outside, and plenty of dining options inside the terminal. It's especially perfect for late arrivals and early departures. Next time I visit Kansai, I won't worry about late flights anymore. Hotel Nikko is truly awesome! 👍"

"The room's toilet was tiny. They didn't provide any bottled water at all, and the sheets weren't very clean. I strongly advise against the breakfast; the food was bad, the service was poor, and the hygiene was also an issue. I took two paper cups to get some warm water, and the staff member directly snatched them from my hand, saying paper cups cost extra. I was like, 'Excuse me?' You could have explained it nicely, seriously. It felt like I was stealing the cups. The fixed breakfast set menu was incredibly limited and unappetizing, and the tables and chairs hadn't even been properly cleaned. When I returned after eating, I found egg sauce all over my clothes and pants (and no, it wasn't from me dropping something)."

YYuexin IrisBefore my trip, I was torn between the InterContinental, W Hotel, Conrad, Waldorf Astoria, and The Park Hyatt, but I ended up choosing the InterContinental, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel upgraded my room, and both the view and the size were fantastic.
The hotel's location is impeccable, right above Grand Front Osaka. Stepping out, you're immediately surrounded by major shopping malls like Hankyu, Daimaru, Yodobashi Camera, Lucua, and Lucua 1100, all connected by walkways. From gourmet food to shopping and trendy brands, it was incredibly convenient.
Having such a spacious room in Japan is a rarity. Our upgraded room must have been nearly 100 square meters – incredibly roomy and practical, complete with an oven, induction cooktop, and a double-door refrigerator. The bathroom featured a bathtub and Byredo amenities; a soak with the hotel-provided bath salts instantly melted away the day's fatigue.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices, including Japanese cold dishes, Oden, and Western desserts, all with meticulous attention to detail. From the concierge to the front desk, every staff member demonstrated professionalism. At check-out, they even proactively helped load our luggage into the car and confirmed the address with the driver in Japanese. Plus, there were many staff members who spoke Chinese.
The only minor drawback was a noticeable smell of disinfectant when returning to the room each day, but it didn't detract from the overall experience at all. Whether it's for shopping, comfort, or service details, this hotel will definitely be my choice again on my next visit to Osaka!

But it was very clean, and the staff were very helpful. Check-in and check-out were self-service, and there's a McDonald's right next door, which was very convenient.

Hhuam****I initially booked for three days, and was so pleased with the hotel that I extended my stay for another seven. We ended up staying a total of seven days here. Besides the excellent location and convenient transportation, the room size was decent and didn't feel cramped. Plus, in addition to a shower, there was also a bathtub.

HHok Ming KarlFrom the photos provided by the hotel, I thought the room would be small, but after checking in, I found that it was big enough to open four suitcases at the same time, and the bathroom was also spacious with a large bathtub. The lobby has a nice smell, which makes people feel relaxed. The staff is also very friendly and polite. The hotel is very friendly to self-driving tours. There is already a parking lot next to it, and the price of overnight parking is very cost-effective.

ZZouzou..The room type was fantastic! My child slept in the middle, and the view was great. I stayed here once 8 years ago, and the room facilities are still very new, not outdated at all. My child loved looking out at the scenery from the windowsill, and at night, we enjoyed watching the clouds from bed.

KK3N2960A very cool concept for a hotel. A lot of amenities, restaurants, rooftop bar, resting cafe area and pool table. And theres even a DJ playing songs at lobby and free beer although Im not sure the timing but I saw. Room was very spacious, and the bathroom ambient is good.

VVinzy NgGood hotel with spa with mediocre services.
The room was neat, clean and feeling new.
However, staffs are not familiar with English, not even talking Mandarin. Using the translator with poor voice input was troublesome and sometimes it interpreted wrong meanings.
Room service if missed will not be provided again on that day.
Also, there were many spa-only visitors simply lying on the spa floor.
Parts of the male spa were under construction and one night there were no 40 degree Celsius or higher pool as they were all under cleaning at the same time.
The ground of the spa was very slippery, mostly because many visitors did not bother to rinse themselves well after using the conditioner.
The breakfast buffet is good in terms of food choices and environment. But I dislike the scrambled eggs, which had a texture tasted awful.

CCeres NgThis hotel is truly splendid! From the moment we arrived, a staff member guided us to the reception. Many staff speak English and are very helpful, which makes check-in smooth and comfortable for tourists.
The 2nd floor has a great common area with a pool table, gym, smoking room, and plenty of tables, chairs, and sofas where you can relax or hang out. There’s also a wide range of useful items available for guests to borrow — hair curlers, nail clippers, charging cables and more.
The location is unbeatable too. A convenience store is right outside the hotel, and it’s just a short walk to both Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori — perfect for shopping and food.
One thing I really appreciated: the room fridge doesn’t have a freezer, and I bought ice cream. The staff kindly stored it in their freezer and gave me a tag to collect it anytime. So thoughtful!

• Microwave, forks, spoons, and wet tissues available downstairs
• Daily mineral water and towel replenishment
We booked a family room and loved the convenience of having a washing machine inside — we washed and dried clothes every day! The shower and toilet are also separated, which is wonderful for families.
The amenities are top-notch too — hairdryer, curler, and shower head are all from Refa. Very premium and nice to use!
Overall, we had such a comfortable and happy stay. We absolutely loved it here and would definitely come back again! ❤️

AAnonymous UserNag-stay kami dito recently at sobrang nagustuhan namin ang experience. Malinis at maaliwalas ang room, very comfortable ang bed, at complete ang amenities. Maayos din ang aircon at tahimik ang lugar kaya nakapagpahinga kami nang mabuti.
Ang staff ay super accommodating at laging nakangiti—ramdam mo talaga yung warm hospitality. Mabilis mag-assist at very approachable.Perfect ang hotel na ito for families, couples, or even solo travelers. Babalik kami ulit for sure!

GGuest UserFacilities: The hardware is excellent. There are many power outlets in the room, and it even has USB ports for direct charging. There's a cool-white lighted makeup mirror, which is very convenient for women. You can even open a 28-inch suitcase in the hallway.
Cleanliness: This was the cleanest hotel I stayed in during my 13 days in Japan.
Environment: The location is great, right in the Umeda commercial district. There's a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven both about 200 meters away.
Bonus: The breakfast is really delicious. The curry rice is even better than what you'd find in a regular curry restaurant.
