"The hotel is very close to the subway station, but the subway exit directly in front of it was a bit hard to find the first time. The front desk staff were professional and spoke excellent English, even providing information in Chinese. The room was quite small but had all the necessary facilities. The hygiene was outstanding; I barely saw any dust. The hotel breakfast was decent, leaning towards Korean style. The meat dishes were a bit limited, but there was a good variety of staple foods (bread, Jajangmyeon, rice). There were many types of kimchi to choose from. The drinks were a bit plain, with only orange juice, hot soup, and hot coffee available."

"The hotel is a 5-minute drive from T2 and a 20-minute drive from T1. It's not walkable, so you'll need to take a car. The hotel shuttle bus is very punctual; just be at the designated spot according to the timetable, which is super convenient. The room facilities look quite new and are clean. There's really nothing around the hotel, but there's a convenience store downstairs where you can buy microwaveable meals, which is a nice touch."

Environment: The location is very convenient for transportation in Incheon, especially if you're attending a concert for the Asian Games. There are plenty of shops nearby. However, there's an area with adult entertainment establishments nearby, so solo female travelers should be cautious.
Service: Eight out of ten times the front desk staff isn't there. Their working hours seem very short. The service is barely there, but better than nothing I suppose."

"The room I was assigned was a small loft, which was clean and well-equipped. The surroundings were quiet, making for a very comfortable room environment. "The room was beautiful, exactly like the photos, and even came with a hair straightener. The only minor issue was the water temperature, which kept fluctuating between hot and cold. I never quite figured out a stable temperature, but it wasn't a deal-breaker, and I could still shower without too much trouble. The common area was small but lovely, and complimentary drinks were provided. Although the hotel staff weren't very fluent in English, they were incredibly helpful. There are plenty of shops in the vicinity for food and other necessities, but most of the shop assistants don't speak English, which can be a bit challenging if you don't speak Korean. Overall, a very good stay!"

"I had a trip to Guam and a layover in Incheon, so I used my Trip.com points to book the Ora Hotel near Incheon Airport for an overnight stop. Although the hotel seemed a bit out of the way, it's actually very close to both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, about a 12-13 minute drive from each. They also offer a free shuttle service (pickup needs to be booked in advance, and drop-off can be arranged when you check in). It's perfect for anyone catching an early flight. The hotel exterior has a nice design, and the room facilities are relatively new and decent. Like most hotels abroad, they don't provide slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrushes. However, the front desk has vending machines where you can buy them for a reasonable price, just a few RMB. I always travel with my own toiletry kit, so it wasn't an issue for me. There are also self-service lockers at the front desk for luggage storage. The room was quiet, making it ideal for a layover rest.
PS: I had an early flight and couldn't use the breakfast benefit, but the hotel thoughtfully prepared sandwiches for early morning flyers, which were available in a small fridge at the front desk for self-service. They tasted pretty good, a very considerate touch."

XXiaotangtangguanThis hotel is very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service, which is perfect for catching a flight. The breakfast was pretty good too. There were quite a few guests, and the hotel itself is relatively new. The soundproofing is decent, so you're not overly bothered by planes taking off and landing. We checked in quite late on our arrival day and were upgraded to a suite, which was a nice bonus!

GGuest UserBooked the hotel as we had an early flight the next morning. Free shuttle bus to airport T1 from 5am onwards in 20 mins intervals. There’s a casino for the adults and a kids playground with lots of toys for toddlers. Not a lot of food options, had the Italian food near paradise art, the cheese risotto was great but the pork cutlet was very dry. The pho at the food court was good too.

XXiaofengGEasy access from ICN T1: From Arrivals Hall (1st floor), exit via Gate 3, cross the pedestrian crosswalk directly outside, look for the bus stop labeled 3C on the left hand side, there is a Hyatt shuttle stop sign. The service is from 5:35am to 22:05pm, every 30 minutes. Hotel room is clean and spacious, 24 hour room service high quality & good variety meals which is to be ordered online (by scanning a barcode) at affordable prices. It was an enjoyable stay!

Uuniverse96Attended DxS concert and stayed at Forest Tower for 4 nights. SUPERB location if you are just going for event at Inspire Arena and not planning to travel to other parts of Incheon. The shuttle bus service to and from Incheon airport came in handy.
Convenience stores are available so no much issue for food. Other food options are available as well during daytime. I love the view of my room. And the park nearby is relaxing for strolling around. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too.

MmelissamThis is a very clean and tidy budget hotel. There's no free airport pick-up service, but it's easy to get an Uber or a taxi to the hotel. They do offer free airport drop-off, but only at four times, all in the morning, with the last one at 9 AM. If your flight is in the afternoon or evening, you'll need to arrange your own transport to the airport. The room was extremely neat, and the toiletries were well-arranged. They provided bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, and body wash, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. The hotel is surrounded by a small commercial area with plenty of dining options. Free breakfast is available, but the selection is limited, offering only soup, rice, instant noodles, and bread. However, the breakfast area is spacious and comfortable. I forgot to bring a power adapter, and the front desk kindly provided a free universal adapter, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated! Overall, it's a decent budget accommodation with good value for money.

However, the room was very eco-friendly, lacking basic amenities like disposable slippers, toothbrushes, and toiletries.

GGuest UserStaff was friendly and allowed me to check in 3h early as there was a vacant room.
But I had a REALLY BAD experience of the room. From the moment i entered, there was one set of lights that kept turning off and on again periodically. I didn't mind that at first as there were other lights in the room. But when it was time to sleep, I switched off all the lights and went to bed. Throughout the night, the lights just turned on and off on its own. When i tried adjusting the light settings, the panel felt overheated and pressing the buttons sometimes did not have any effect. Did not tell the staff as it was already 2am by then and I would be checking out at 6am.
I would have been ok with a malfunctioning set of lights that cannot be switched on. But for lights to just turn on and off as if they have a mind of their own, its completely unacceptable.

GGuest UserI was assigned a room on the third floor, and the carpet was a bit dirty. The facilities were just so-so. On the second night of my stay, an elderly tour group mistook my door for theirs and knocked, which was quite startling. I opened the door to check their key card and realized they were from the hotel next door. Since both hotels share the same front desk and are in the same building, it's easy to get confused. I'd advise everyone checking in to pay close attention (the front desk on the far left is for Wyndham Days, while the one on the right is for Howard Johnson. If you're still unsure, as shown in picture 2, Howard Johnson's key cards are orange, and Wyndham's are green). On the bright side, it's very, very close to Unseo subway station, and the fried chicken nearby is delicious. Plus, there's a CU convenience store directly across from the hotel downstairs, making transportation super convenient. I'd recommend it as a temporary stay if you're catching a flight. There's also an Olive Young downstairs where you can buy cosmetics.

AAnonymous UserThe room was a bit small, and it had escape equipment installed. The shower was great, and the toiletries were high quality. Downstairs, there's a park and the harbor. All the shops there sell fried seafood! There's no shuttle, so it's a 20-minute taxi ride.

111191911This hotel was a pleasant surprise! It's right next to the ferry terminal that takes you to Incheon city. For just 3,500 won, you can be near Incheon Chinatown for sightseeing and dining in about ten minutes. My room had a sea view and a balcony; every morning I woke up, I felt like I was in Normandy. There are many seafood restaurants nearby, and a bike path along the beach. Running along the seaside promenade downstairs every day was pure bliss. This place will definitely be my base for exploring Incheon's islands. The front desk service was courteous and friendly; they even lent me a charging cable for free and gave me extra water. The price was fantastic! I'll definitely stay here again next time.
