Wow! Art Paradiso was absolutely stunning and the service was unmatched. The hotel and surrounding premises are grand, sleek, and incredibly cool to look at. The hotel itself is gorgeous- dark, artsy, sophisticated. Our room was huge and the vibe was sublime.
The staff were so nice, professional, and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were both seamless. The welcome drink in their bar was a nice touch! They also left us a dessert plate in our room, but we unfortunately had to turn it down as we’re vegan. Instead, they created a special fruit plate and delivered it to us! That was so nice of them.
We only stayed for 13 hours due to our travel plans, but I highly recommend you to really savor all Paradise has to offer. I can’t wait to come back and experience their spa, restaurant lounge, shopping, theater, and casino!

MaggiehuoI had an early morning flight from Incheon Airport, so I booked a night at a nearby hotel. The facilities were very new, and I even tried my luck at the casino – everyone there was so good-looking! Getting to the airport the next day was super convenient, as it's very close by.

What a great place to stay for families. The staff was nice and welcoming upon arrival and accommodated our request of having our three rooms nearby. The interior and bathrooms were well appointed with gorgeous floral arrangements throughout the lobby. The shuttle to and from the airport was free and convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Anonymous UserAs the name says, it's a 5-star luxury resort. Resort and room amenities were all maintained nicely, including the gym and indoor pool. We were given a free room upgrade which has definitely elevated our experience.Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The new shuttle bus service that stops at Hongdae and Myeongdong made transport that so much more convenient. It was my third time at Inspire and this time round I had reached there without any inconveniences. The entire resort is very big so wayfinding can be quite confusing but there are many staff around to assist! Due to a government policy, they do not provide disposable items like dental kits. I will want to stay there again.

PeterJAshtonI had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and would gladly recommend it for convenient airport access.
I had been staying more centrally in Seoul, but in preparation for an early flight the following morning, spent my final night in Korea at this hotel. Access was a bit more complicated than I had anticipated - despite its proximity to the airport terminal, there is no pedestrian access, and one must take an airport bus to reach it. There is a direct hotel shuttle bus that runs between the terminal and hotel entrance, which I caught in the morning from the hotel, at about 5:00am; it is more like a coach with dedicated luggage storage in the bed of the vehicle. The journey takes only 5-10 minutes. However, this shuttle bus only runs once an hour (and sometimes less, depending on the time of day). As an alternative, a regular airport bus departs from a neighbouring bay at the airport terminal, visiting several stop on a 30-minute circuit; from the airport, this hotel is reached by a 5-minute walk from the penultimate stop (i.e. the stop before returning to the terminal). This is a conventional bus with limited luggage storage.
Transport aside, the hotel experience was excellent, with kind and cordial staff with flawless English, large, comfortable, luxurious rooms, and several food options, including a bar/restaurant, room service, and a 24/7 convenience store.
While I do not think the hotel would make a very convenient base from which to conduct an entire trip to Seoul - the subway journey to central Seoul takes a good hour or more - it is extremely convenient for anyone needing quick airport access, and is extremely pleasant in all other regards on top of that. I had a very pleasant stay and would strongly consider staying again in the future.

This hotel is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Unseo Station. On the way, you'll find Olive Young and Photoism, and there are CU, GS25, and 7-Eleven convenience stores within a minute's walk. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom, and everything is very clean. They even provide a hair straightener, which is a nice touch – just remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The remote control is great; you can control the AC, lights, and TV all with one click! Getting to APF is easy too, just a bus ride away. They do lend out universal adapters at the front desk if you forget to bring your own.

Guest UserSolid hotel with great harbor views. Convenient location if you arrive in Incheon by ship and close to Incheon Station as well. 711 and a bus stop right outside definitely a big plus.
Early check in was possible in my case (for an extra fee of 11,000 KRW per hour).
Seoul proper is quite far but perfect location to stay in Incheon for a while.

I was assigned a room on the third floor, and the carpet was a bit dirty. The facilities were just so-so. On the second night of my stay, an elderly tour group mistook my door for theirs and knocked, which was quite startling. I opened the door to check their key card and realized they were from the hotel next door. Since both hotels share the same front desk and are in the same building, it's easy to get confused. I'd advise everyone checking in to pay close attention (the front desk on the far left is for Wyndham Days, while the one on the right is for Howard Johnson. If you're still unsure, as shown in picture 2, Howard Johnson's key cards are orange, and Wyndham's are green). On the bright side, it's very, very close to Unseo subway station, and the fried chicken nearby is delicious. Plus, there's a CU convenience store directly across from the hotel downstairs, making transportation super convenient. I'd recommend it as a temporary stay if you're catching a flight. There's also an Olive Young downstairs where you can buy cosmetics.

HappyniuYearThis hotel is a 5-minute drive from the airport, making it the perfect choice for an overnight layover in Seoul. They offer an airport shuttle that runs about once an hour. It's a large shuttle with plenty of space for luggage, and the driver even helps with bags. I was actually misled by online reviews, thinking it was a small shuttle, so I left my large luggage at the airport. Turns out, I could have easily brought it to the hotel.
The room was spacious and clean. The only minor issue was the shower area; there was no shower curtain, so water tended to splash out.
The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. There are also several restaurants and a supermarket nearby, so finding dinner in the evening was no problem at all.

mailycClean hotel and quiet. Can't say much more though because we arrived super late and have to leave early in the morning for the airport.
Did the check in , and got a sarcastic comment from the receptionist because we arrived at 1am . After getting in the room , we wanted to ask the receptionist to book a taxi for us , and where was the remote for the AC , but he was not at the reception, and didnt pick up the phone either....
Didn't have the shuttle bus both ways.
So had to take public transport , which is not very convenient. Had to walk 20/25min after the bus stop with all the luggage. However in the morning it was easy to book an Uber.
