"Check in was smooth and front desk staff was helpful. Room is spacious and bed is comfy. Requested for free shuttle pick up at airport but was not informed the last bus departs from Terminal 1 at 10:35pm. Shuttle pickup is at 14C exit and not at 3B where the map shows. We missed the last bus by 5 minutes because we walked to 3B and realized the bus stop is not there and had to walk all the way to the other end of the airport. There were 2 other people waiting as well but missed the bus due to flight delay. Ended up taking a taxi and costs 20,000 KRW. There is a CU convenience store across from the check in reception and a restaurant just outside the hotel which serves ramen and Korean food and closes at 3am."

"Another stay, and still an impeccable experience. The moment I stepped into the lobby, the fragrant aroma and soft lighting instantly washed away my travel fatigue. Check-in was efficient and seamless. My room was spotless, the bedding soft and luxurious, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The biggest surprise was breakfast – a semi-buffet with freshly made local noodle dishes and rich, aromatic coffee. The front desk staff proactively remembered my surname, and the thoughtful detail of offering a bottled water at check-out was particularly heartwarming. The location is convenient, within walking distance to the subway and shopping areas. The hardware maintains a five-star standard, but what truly makes it stand out is the perfectly balanced, understated care. It's a reassuring choice for both business trips and city getaways."

"New bedding, warm bedding, super warm water. Room can slightly open window which is so important for me. Very cozy there. Unfortunately my flight is in T1, takes 20-25mins for free shuttle, still good for me. Will try again if i need. Let’s try a big cup of ice with americano pack in Convenience store."

"Although I booked this last minute, it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend! From Incheon Airport, it was only about two or three subway stops to Unseo Station. Once I exited the subway, it was quite easy to find the hotel. Right across from the main entrance there's a convenience store, which was very handy. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the airport; just let the front desk know when you check in, and they'll book it for you for 4000 KRW. The shuttle takes about 13 minutes to reach the airport."

"I found it to be pretty good. This was my first time staying at a hotel in Seoul. I did a lot of research beforehand. I originally planned to visit the Seoul National University International Exchange Center, which is why I booked this hotel. The total cost was around 470 RMB. I didn't calculate it in Korean Won, but if 1 RMB is roughly 200 Won, then that would be 470 multiplied by 200. The people in the bustling areas of Seoul are all so beautiful, like movie stars. My room had a microwave and a computer. However, I wasn't quite sure how to use the air conditioning and underfloor heating in Korea. So, I asked the front desk for help. I used a translation app to communicate with the staff, and they used one too. Overall, it was a decent experience."

The location is an absolute plus. It's just a 2-minute walk from Exit 4 of Incheon National University Station on Subway Line 1, and only two subway stops from Lotte Outlets, making daily travel convenient and efficient. Even better, the airport limousine bus drops you off nearby, so even with luggage straight from the plane, checking in is a breeze, which is especially friendly for tourists. Right across from the hotel is Lotte Mart, and there's a convenience store on the first floor, so you don't need to go far for late-night snacks or daily necessities. The surrounding commercial center also boasts numerous restaurants, so dining and shopping are right at your doorstep. The room's comfort and practicality far exceeded expectations. The space is bright and spacious, with rooms starting from 320 square feet, complemented by excellent soundproofing that completely blocks out external noise, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom is well-appointed with a separate wet and dry area and a full set of toiletries, making for a very comfortable stay. The floor-to-ceiling windows in some rooms are a highlight, offering stunning views of Central Park and Songdo's beautiful scenery – lush green during the day and sparkling with lights at night, a truly spectacular visual experience. The free Wi-Fi signal is stable, perfect for both work and sharing travel experiences. The service and amenities are also truly impressive. The 24-hour front desk staff are friendly and professional, quickly responding to requests like luggage storage or route inquiries, ensuring smooth communication throughout. The self-service breakfast offers a rich variety, balancing Korean and Western options to suit different dietary preferences, helping you start your day energized. The hotel's indoor and outdoor pools are a distinctive feature, allowing you to relax with a swim anytime during your trip. Other facilities like the gym, sauna, and free parking are also comprehensive, catering to both business travelers and family vacations. The minor drawbacks are that the hotel doesn't provide free drinking water, and toothbrushes and toothpaste need to be purchased separately. Some guests also mentioned that the breakfast options remained the same for several consecutive days. However, these small imperfections are overshadowed by the hotel's convenient location, comfortable environment, and thoughtful service. I will definitely prioritize staying here on my next visit to Incheon!"

"It is very good. The location is obviously suitable only for those needing a stay mest the airport. Rooms ere very spacious and clean. The condition os all fixtures was pristine too. Receptionist were very friendly and helpful. Booked three rooms for myself and coworkers and all were equally good. Would stay again there between flights without a second thought."

"This is a Wyndham-branded hotel with a great location. It's right next to Unseo Station on the airport line, just two stops (about 7 minutes) from Incheon Airport T1. The hotel also offers a free airport shuttle, though it takes around 30 minutes to reach T1. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, as well as a Lotte Mart supermarket next door. This Howard Johnson shares a lobby with the Days Inn next door, and a lot of airline crew stay here. The rooms are a bit dated, but it's perfectly fine as an airport transit hotel."

"Clean hotel and quiet. Can't say much more though because we arrived super late and have to leave early in the morning for the airport. Did the check in , and got a sarcastic comment from the receptionist because we arrived at 1am . After getting in the room , we wanted to ask the receptionist to book a taxi for us , and where was the remote for the AC , but he was not at the reception, and didnt pick up the phone either.... Didn't have the shuttle bus both ways. So had to take public transport , which is not very convenient. Had to walk 20/25min after the bus stop with all the luggage. However in the morning it was easy to book an Uber."
