"The shuttle bus was 15 minutes late arriving at the airport. And I have to pay for early admission to my room. But otherwise it is a good hotel, with residence rooms where you can cook your own food. The kitchen has a big fridge, a microwave, a cook top, pots and pans and cutlery. There is no salt or oil but there is a big supermarket just across the street. I need to cook my special meals due to medical issues and this hotel is perfect for me. There is also an Olive Young store right next to the hotel and a bigger Olive Young not far, where you can shop Korean skincare products. There are also a lot of restaurants outside and inside the hotel. The hotel owners are a couple, very nice and helpful, especially the lady. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Pros: Stunning sea views right outside the window, and the double-glazed windows offer peace of mind. A commercial street is within easy walking distance. There are plenty of dining options nearby (some even famous from TV shows). In the evenings, you can enjoy live singing by the sea and even buy and set off fireworks. Two convenience stores downstairs are very handy, and there's a small park from which you can stroll down to the beach. Spending the afternoon exploring the park and heading to the beach (though the sand isn't particularly impressive) followed by an evening stroll along the seaside after dinner truly gives you the feeling of staying in a charming little seaside town. Cons: The shower lacks a proper door, so water easily splashes out into the rest of the bathroom. The place isn't particularly new; the sofa had visible stains. Our family room only had space to open two suitcases; we had to take the third one out to the balcony. Getting to the subway station isn't very convenient; it's best to take an Uber, which costs a little over 100,000 (local currency units) for a ride to the subway station, making it quite pricey. Recommendation: I would recommend this place if you're specifically visiting this area for an overnight stay. However, if you plan to use the subway to explore other areas and then return here, it's not ideal."

"The location was excellent and very convenient. I especially appreciated having a convenience store inside the hotel which made everything so easy. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and assisted me with every request. The airport shuttle was another major plus and made travel seamless. I also ordered the American breakfast through room service, and it was quite good. The only concern I noticed was that the bedsheets and towels had a strong cologne scent, which was a bit overwhelming."

"The room was better than I expected! They were so nice and upgraded my room. I was really in a lot of pain so the sauna was very helpful. There were fresh towels wrapped in their logo. I thought it was the cutest thing and the fact that they even have a flat iron was amazing along with hairspray. I really enjoyed this hotel. It’s a cute boutique hotel and I highly recommend it’s about a 15 to 20 minute ride from the airport so catch a Uber or take the train there and they give you a free ride to the airport the next morning and their shuttle"

"The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was good. We were able to book a minibus to Incheon Airport T1 for our morning flight. For this price, it's a perfectly fine place to stay overnight during a layover. Just a heads-up: there's no airport pick-up service. For drop-off service, you need to book it upon check-in, and it's on a first-come, first-served basis."

"I was truly satisfied with this stay. It had all the qualities I expected from a good accommodation. The best part was its location, which was very close to the ocean. "This hotel truly illuminated my trip to Incheon! From its prime location and comfortable facilities to its thoughtful service, everything was impeccable – a real gem in the Songdo area. The location is an absolute plus. It's just a 2-minute walk from Exit 4 of Incheon National University Station on Subway Line 1, and only two subway stops from Lotte Outlets, making daily travel convenient and efficient. Even better, the airport limousine bus drops you off nearby, so even with luggage straight from the plane, checking in is a breeze, which is especially friendly for tourists. Right across from the hotel is Lotte Mart, and there's a convenience store on the first floor, so you don't need to go far for late-night snacks or daily necessities. The surrounding commercial center also boasts numerous restaurants, so dining and shopping are right at your doorstep. The room's comfort and practicality far exceeded expectations. The space is bright and spacious, with rooms starting from 320 square feet, complemented by excellent soundproofing that completely blocks out external noise, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom is well-appointed with a separate wet and dry area and a full set of toiletries, making for a very comfortable stay. The floor-to-ceiling windows in some rooms are a highlight, offering stunning views of Central Park and Songdo's beautiful scenery – lush green during the day and sparkling with lights at night, a truly spectacular visual experience. The free Wi-Fi signal is stable, perfect for both work and sharing travel experiences. The service and amenities are also truly impressive. The 24-hour front desk staff are friendly and professional, quickly responding to requests like luggage storage or route inquiries, ensuring smooth communication throughout. The self-service breakfast offers a rich variety, balancing Korean and Western options to suit different dietary preferences, helping you start your day energized. The hotel's indoor and outdoor pools are a distinctive feature, allowing you to relax with a swim anytime during your trip. Other facilities like the gym, sauna, and free parking are also comprehensive, catering to both business travelers and family vacations. The minor drawbacks are that the hotel doesn't provide free drinking water, and toothbrushes and toothpaste need to be purchased separately. Some guests also mentioned that the breakfast options remained the same for several consecutive days. However, these small imperfections are overshadowed by the hotel's convenient location, comfortable environment, and thoughtful service. I will definitely prioritize staying here on my next visit to Incheon!"

"Overall, this hotel was average. It was acceptable for a short stay, but there were a few inconveniences. The air-conditioning had some issues and did not function very well, which made the room slightly uncomfortable at times. Other than that, the room was reasonably clean, and cleanliness seemed acceptable. Some basic amenities were not provided, such as toothbrushes, which had to be purchased separately. This felt a bit inconvenient and unusual for a hotel stay. Most instructions and signage were in Korean only, which made things less clear for foreign guests, but we managed eventually. One important point is that WeFeel should clearly provide both an English address and a Korean address. When we used Uber from the city area, the location was confusing and made it feel like we were heading into a very remote area. This could easily worry first-time visitors, so clearer address information would be very helpful. Facilities were basic and nothing special. Overall, the hotel is manageable but quite ordinary, with room for improvement in guest convenience and clarity."

"This is a great hotel! They offer a free shuttle service to the airport (unfortunately, no pick-up service, so you'll need to find your own way here. There's a bus from T1 terminal that drops you right near the hotel, and it's just a 3-minute walk from the stop). I've uploaded the airport shuttle schedule in the images. The mini-bar is complimentary and stocked with a few snacks and drinks. The staff are very friendly and the rooms, including the bathrooms, are quite spacious. Overall, it's a very decent hotel with excellent value for money."

"The hotel interior was sparkling clean and well-maintained, feeling brand new. I was very satisfied. Despite the cold weather, the heating was excellent, adjusting perfectly to a comfortable temperature. I was aware that disposable amenities wouldn't be provided, but I was surprised and a bit flustered to find there wasn't even soap! Next time, I'll be sure to pack all my facial care products. In the morning, I had trouble with the hairdryer; it seemed broken and wouldn't turn on after I washed my hair. It was early, and no one answered the phone, so I just had to struggle through and dry it as best I could. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely return! The quality for this price is unbelievable. I didn't manage to take any photos of the room because I was too busy relaxing. All I got was a quick shot of the hallway when I remembered at check-out. That's how much I enjoyed my stay :)"
