"The bathroom was incredibly spacious, the largest I encountered during my two-week trip through Japan and Korea – it was truly expansive. The hotel is a bit of a walk from Unseo subway station, about 15 minutes, which can be tiring with luggage. I forgot to book the hotel's airport shuttle in advance, but a taxi to Incheon Airport cost around 60 yuan, and it was super easy to get an Uber, even at 6 AM. The hygiene was good, very clean, and there's a convenient store downstairs. I needed a power adapter before leaving Korea and the front desk had one. Check-out was also self-service."

"Great value for money! I was in town to see D&S perform at Inspire Arena, and I initially debated between staying at Cloud West or somewhere closer to the venue. I'm so glad I chose this hotel! It's only a 15-minute drive from the arena, there's a bus stop right outside, and a CU convenience store directly across the street – super convenient. Check-in and check-out are self-service, and the machines offer multiple language options, so no worries there. The facilities are all good, and there were no unpleasant odors. The room came with a hairdryer, curling iron, comb, disposable toiletries, and a mini-fridge. They even provided a 3-in-1 universal adapter. The shampoo and body wash weren't those cheap, low-quality kinds, and the toilet was automatic. The only minor downside was that the mattress tended to creak a bit."

"Booked this hotel with a friend for a concert, as it was advertised as being very close to the venue. However, I wouldn't recommend it for a solo female traveler. The area is quite remote, with very few people or cars around. On the way from the airport by bus, both the driver and another man on the bus repeatedly questioned if we were sure about getting off at that stop, concerned for our safety. The hotel itself feels like a family-run establishment, with an older uncle or aunt usually at the front desk. We booked a one-bedroom, one-living room suite. There are two bus routes from the hotel to the venue, a two-stop ride. However, these buses only run about 10 times a day, with an average wait time of an hour between each. If you miss the bus, you can walk or take a taxi; a one-way taxi ride costs 6100 Korean Won. The room's underfloor heating was great, but the towels and bath towels in the bathroom were quite yellow and stained – I'd recommend bringing your own. If you're not in good physical shape, I'd advise against this hotel. It's located on a small hill, and the slope leading up to it is incredibly steep!"

"The receptionist provided excellent service. Despite my late arrival at 11:30pm, they handled my check-in with professionalism. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The only minor inconvenience was the absence of a toothbrush and toothpaste.The free shuttle bus is within walking distance."

What I loved most was the **super convenient location**. I chose this hotel because I was going to a concert at INSPIRE Arena, and it turned out to be only about 2 km away. I walked there and back with no problem at all! The streets are nice and safe, even late at night after the concert ended. No stress about finding a taxi or waiting for a bus — I just enjoyed a pleasant walk under the cool night air. Along the way, there are plenty of restaurants, a CU, and 7-Eleven stores that are open 24/7, perfect for grabbing snacks or drinks anytime. Plus, the beach is also within walking distance — if you have free time, you can stroll over for a relaxing seaside vibe too! Overall, this hotel made my solo trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended if you're attending an event at INSPIRE Arena or just want a practical and comfy base to explore the area! 😊"

"It's about a 10-minute taxi ride from Yeongjongdo Station. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the kiosk. The room was spacious and super clean, and it even had a bidet. The shower was designed well, so the floor didn't get too wet if you were careful. I was absolutely amazed by the incredible view from the room! When I had a slight issue, I called the staff and they came right away and were very helpful. There's a BBQ Chicken on the first floor, and within walking distance, there are cafes and other shops. It's a beautiful town with a stunning sea view! I definitely want to stay here again!"

"The room is clean and has a bathtub. There are also Traders, Daiso, Olive Young and NO BRAND just a short walk away. There is also a CU on the first floor of the hotel and a cafe. It was also served with breakfast, and I could have a simple breakfast and it was very good. There are many rice shops around, and I think it is good for those who want to enjoy leisurely in Incheon, not Seoul."
