"The hotel is about 10km from the airport, which isn't too far. The facilities are excellent and the place is spotless. The front desk staff, who are of Chinese descent, made communication incredibly smooth and their service attitude was fantastic. They explained everything clearly, so even though I arrived late at night, I didn't feel rushed at all. My room even had a floor-to-ceiling window and an LG standing air conditioner, which made for a superb experience. The surrounding area is lovely with plenty of snack shops nearby. Highly recommend!"

"This is a very clean and tidy budget hotel. There's no free airport pick-up service, but it's easy to get an Uber or a taxi to the hotel. They do offer free airport drop-off, but only at four times, all in the morning, with the last one at 9 AM. If your flight is in the afternoon or evening, you'll need to arrange your own transport to the airport. The room was extremely neat, and the toiletries were well-arranged. They provided bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, and body wash, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. The hotel is surrounded by a small commercial area with plenty of dining options. Free breakfast is available, but the selection is limited, offering only soup, rice, instant noodles, and bread. However, the breakfast area is spacious and comfortable. I forgot to bring a power adapter, and the front desk kindly provided a free universal adapter, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated! Overall, it's a decent budget accommodation with good value for money."

"The room was small but very clean and had everything you needed. The toiletries kit was complete, including a toothbrush and face wash. There were shared plastic slippers in the bathroom, but no indoor slippers. Since there were steps at the entrance, you could simply remove your shoes inside. The automatic check-in system didn't work with my passport, but the staff helped me check in online. The staff only spoke Korean, so you'd need a translator or contact Ctrip for assistance. The GS25 subway station was nearby and had most of the essentials. There was a Daiso and a 7-Eleven inside the station. Overall, the price was good, although the location was a bit out of the way. If you're going to the city center, this isn't the place to go. Exit 5 of the subway station is convenient because there's an elevator."

"Right next to Unseo subway station, with plenty of restaurants around, a small Lotte Super, and Olive Young. It's suitable for a layover in Incheon. If you have more time, you could definitely stay in Songdo or Incheon city center, as a taxi only costs about 100 RMB. The room has underfloor heating, which makes it incredibly warm, so cozy! There's a free Western breakfast with bread, milk, juice, coffee, cheese, jam, cereal, and eggs."

"A good hotel if you have an early flight the next day or a long haul one. Eight minute walk from the Useo station, so got to airport terminal one fast - 2 stops on the train. The hotel room was very large, provided water and tea, and had television. The only downside was that my room was a bit dirty due to toothbrush in the toilet and blood on bedsheets. There was 7/11 opposite and a good korean bbq restaurant."

"Staff was friendly and allowed me to check in 3h early as there was a vacant room.
But I had a REALLY BAD experience of the room. From the moment i entered, there was one set of lights that kept turning off and on again periodically. I didn't mind that at first as there were other lights in the room. But when it was time to sleep, I switched off all the lights and went to bed. Throughout the night, the lights just turned on and off on its own. When i tried adjusting the light settings, the panel felt overheated and pressing the buttons sometimes did not have any effect. Did not tell the staff as it was already 2am by then and I would be checking out at 6am.
I would have been ok with a malfunctioning set of lights that cannot be switched on. But for lights to just turn on and off as if they have a mind of their own, its completely unacceptable."

"I genuinely want to give Prince's Place a glowing review. I'm so glad we booked with them for this concert trip; it saved us a ton of hassle. Prince (that's what we all affectionately call the owner, haha) is incredibly kind, charming, and always went above and beyond to accommodate our requests.
The service was truly exceptional. From the moment we connected on WeChat, communication was seamless (Prince, by the way, used to be a student in Beijing). He thoughtfully provided free, flexible shuttle service to and from the venue whenever we needed it, and even to the nearby Eulwangri Beach. His WeChat replies were super fast. We could even order takeout/delivery through him when we got back at night. Airport transfers were available for just 10,000 KRW (many of our friends were overcharged elsewhere for this, so we felt incredibly lucky!). One friend even left something behind, and Prince made a special trip to deliver it – truly touching!
As for the rooms, there are many types available. We booked the largest suite, which truly had an ocean view and was very spacious for three people. The fridge was always stocked with iced water and small drinks, which was a really nice touch! No need to worry if you forget your adapter; they provide universal power strips that accommodate both two-prong and three-prong plugs.
The location is also fantastic. It's very close to Eulwangri Beach. Right outside, there's a delicious Bossam (boiled pork wraps) restaurant and some excellent seafood.
We're truly grateful to Prince for giving us such a wonderful experience on our trip to Korea. If we ever go back to Incheon, we'll definitely choose to stay here again. I also highly recommend this place to all my fellow concert-goers heading to Inspire – trust me, you won't regret it!"

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and clean. Bedding, towels, and bath rope are like new. The bed is huge, mattress is firm. Shower was one of the best. The shower itself is spacious. Water is very hot and with good pressure. One good design is shower, toilet and sink are separated by glass doors. People can get ready at the same time. There are lots of restaurants in the area just downstairs. If you really have to pick something, people are singing on the street pass midnight on Friday night. But it didn't bother me at all.

CChriseroFacilities: I finally managed to book a transit hotel in Seoul after trying for ages, it's really hard to get a room! I booked it past 1 AM. The hotel is located past security, above gate 252. It's a standard capsule hotel. Small but has everything you need. For a transit hotel, being able to stay overnight without going through security is the most important thing. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There are also standard phone charging ports.
Cleanliness: Generally okay. The bedding was definitely new. However, I did see some debris in the bathroom, and there were silverfish in the room.
Environment: Soundproofing is mediocre. You can hear noises from the hallway. There are many restaurants outside the hotel, so dining is convenient.
Service: No major complaints. There was only one person at the front desk. We booked a twin room, but they gave us a king room. We were eager to rest, so we didn't bother changing rooms.

GGuest UserEven though the hotel might look a bit old from the outside, I have to say — I had a really comfortable stay! The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed.
What I loved most was the **super convenient location**. I chose this hotel because I was going to a concert at INSPIRE Arena, and it turned out to be only about 2 km away. I walked there and back with no problem at all! The streets are nice and safe, even late at night after the concert ended. No stress about finding a taxi or waiting for a bus — I just enjoyed a pleasant walk under the cool night air.
Along the way, there are plenty of restaurants, a CU, and 7-Eleven stores that are open 24/7, perfect for grabbing snacks or drinks anytime. Plus, the beach is also within walking distance — if you have free time, you can stroll over for a relaxing seaside vibe too!
Overall, this hotel made my solo trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended if you're attending an event at INSPIRE Arena or just want a practical and comfy base to explore the area! 😊

RROGATIONS/GAELLE REINE JEANNEWe stayed one night at Zeumes on our way to ski in Kazakhstan, so we needed a convenient hotel to transit with our ski bags. Not only the location is awesome right at UNSEO station, but the ajussi who is at counter was absolutely the nicest person who even made extra effort to offer it the possibility to take the 8am shuttle with our ski bags, when not supposed to be possible.
We'd definitely chose this hotel for transit time again.
Another +: the ajussi speaks could english and makes things easy even over the phone.

GGuest UserI was really impressed with how clean and thoughtfully designed the interior was. There was plenty of storage space, making excellent use of the compact area. My only minor suggestion would be for the sofa to be a sofa bed, with extra bedding provided, especially since accessing the bathroom upstairs could be challenging for some. That way, those who find climbing difficult could use the sofa. I particularly enjoyed being able to listen to music on the stylish record player – that was a lovely touch.

GGuest UserThis hotel is conveniently located near Unseo Subway Station, just an 8-minute walk away. Check-in is self-service at a kiosk. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and quiet. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Across from another exit of the subway station, you'll find a large Lotte Mart supermarket, making shopping very convenient. The hotel is only 2-3 stops from Incheon Airport, reaching both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, which makes getting to the airport incredibly fast and easy.

I appreciated the convenience of staying inside the airport. The bed was firm but fine for a night’s rest. Hot shower and clean towels were a plus. ЛЛилуThis is my second time in this hotel and this time super **** service! Check-in at 15:00. My flight arrived at 06:00 am, so is means that I already can't make check in from the previous day according the rules of hotel and still can't check in for new day! I call to reception and girl not speak English, she translate me in translaitor that I can check in earlier if I pay 11.000 won per hour ( available from 10:00 am , and till 15:00 it will cost 55.000 won!!! Extra money to that that I already paid for this day! ) OKAY I wait in GS25 store near by like homeless with all my baggage from 08:00 am to 15:00!!! And hotel not provide luggage storage. Even I was ready to pay just let it somewhere, but hotel not help with this. And this is hotel near airport! Where this kind of things must be more loyal.. So after 15 hours flight I wait check in outside in cold weather with bags in my hands for 7 hours, highly not recommend this place, I never will back to this place again

PPi Ka ChuWe booked this hotel as our flight arrived at late night and needed a place to rest before starting our journey the following morning, booked for a airpypick up via email and also called the hotel once we are arrived at the designated pickup point, hotel staff told us to wait at exact spot and approx wait time due to peak hour, driver managed to meet us at meeting point and take us straight back to hotel in -13•c cold weather. We are already happy with the service before seeing the room. It was spacious and pretty good space to accommodate us for overnight stay and have convenient store right across the road and plenty of food to eat. Recommended for overnight stay before your flight
