"The room was better than I expected! They were so nice and upgraded my room. I was really in a lot of pain so the sauna was very helpful. There were fresh towels wrapped in their logo. I thought it was the cutest thing and the fact that they even have a flat iron was amazing along with hairspray. I really enjoyed this hotel. It’s a cute boutique hotel and I highly recommend it’s about a 15 to 20 minute ride from the airport so catch a Uber or take the train there and they give you a free ride to the airport the next morning and their shuttle"

"conveniently located in Terminal 1 and next to Matina Lounge. It was a life saver after a long haul flight to not have to deal with a taxi or the train into seoul. The room is pretty barebones, with a small amenity kit and some water bottles. Perfect for the no-frills traveler who just wants to pass-out. There were no windows in my room, only a TV. I did enjoy the complimentary shower products. The ”gym” contains 2 yoga mats, some dumbells, a bench, and a stationary bike."

"This is my second time in this hotel and this time super **** service! Check-in at 15:00. My flight arrived at 06:00 am, so is means that I already can't make check in from the previous day according the rules of hotel and still can't check in for new day! I call to reception and girl not speak English, she translate me in translaitor that I can check in earlier if I pay 11.000 won per hour ( available from 10:00 am , and till 15:00 it will cost 55.000 won!!! Extra money to that that I already paid for this day! ) OKAY I wait in GS25 store near by like homeless with all my baggage from 08:00 am to 15:00!!! And hotel not provide luggage storage. Even I was ready to pay just let it somewhere, but hotel not help with this. And this is hotel near airport! Where this kind of things must be more loyal.. So after 15 hours flight I wait check in outside in cold weather with bags in my hands for 7 hours, highly not recommend this place, I never will back to this place again"

"I stayed here on my last day in Korea, and the location was excellent. It's just a short walk from the subway exit, and there are tons of restaurants nearby, making dining very convenient. If you're heading to Incheon Airport T1, the hotel even offers a shuttle service. The room had a TV and a computer, plus a simple breakfast was included. Everything else was fine, but the bathroom smelled terrible. It looked clean, but the drain kept emitting a foul odor that was truly nauseating and quite unbearable."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was good. We were able to book a minibus to Incheon Airport T1 for our morning flight. For this price, it's a perfectly fine place to stay overnight during a layover. Just a heads-up: there's no airport pick-up service. For drop-off service, you need to book it upon check-in, and it's on a first-come, first-served basis."

"Love the view and the room was clean. Stayed here 1 night for a early flight in ICN Airport. Overall good and relaxing experience. Had to book an Uber to go here and book another one when going to the airport since the bus stop is far."

"The hotel's airport location is excellent, right across the street from Unseo Station. The room size is quite generous. However, the key card for the room door is very finicky and often doesn't work well. For women, the bathroom counter is too small to put any toiletries on. Also, the air conditioning didn't seem to heat up much at night. It would be great if these things could be improved. P.S. I highly recommend the food stalls downstairs at the hotel; they're delicious! 😋"

"An honest review. The room size is more suitable for one person than two. The room is small, and the bed is also too small for two people. Overall, it's tidy, clean, and no-frills (note: bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, as they are not provided). The location is at the very end of Yeongjongdo, so it's not bustling, but it has everything you need like restaurants and convenience stores. The ocean view is also very nice. Check-in is self-service via a kiosk. There's no phone in the room, so don't expect much in terms of extra services. Finally, the biggest drawback!! At night, dozens of tour buses carrying Chinese group tourists park in front of the hotel, and the lobby and elevators become packed with Chinese tourists, to the point where you can barely move! It's so crowded that you can hardly get out of the hotel once you've exited the elevator, and the noise from their characteristic loud talking is deafening. People are loud outside the door, and in the rooms next door and above, so the soundproofing isn't great. This is the biggest downside; otherwise, everything else is pretty decent. End of honest review."

"I stayed for two nights. There were four bottles of water in the refrigerator, but they were not replenished. There were no bath towels, but there were three towels that were somewhere between bath towels and face towels, and three face towels. I was confused at first because there were no bath towels, but they were more than enough size! The room's air conditioning was convenient, with heating (including floor heating), cooling, and fan modes all switchable with the push of a button! There was a microwave, kettle, drum-type washing machine, and steam iron, as well as dishes, knives, and cutlery. The room was spacious, with enough space to open my suitcase. There was a step into the room, so I had to take my shoes off, which made the room feel clean. There were no slippers, so if that's a concern, you may want to bring your own. I also appreciated the full-length mirror in the entrance closet, so I could check my entire body. There was also a dresser by the window, and plenty of storage space. There were three hangers. Early check-in costs an additional fee per hour, but you can leave your suitcase under the unmanned counter (behind the check-in machine) before check-in. I was worried about various things, so I contacted the hotel in advance and received a prompt, courteous response, which put me at ease. The hotel is close to the nearest station, and to check in, enter the last four digits of your reservation number into the black machine located on the far right (CU side) on the first floor just inside the entrance. You can also select the language, so there's no need to worry. The long receipt-like document that comes out has your room number and the auto-lock release number written on it, so just follow the instructions and press the numbers to open the automatic doors. It wasn't difficult at all! Even those who didn't know how to open them found the pedals, so it just seemed to work. I had an early morning flight from Incheon, and unlike Seoul city, there is no public transportation, so I booked a taxi to get to the airport. It was expensive, but it was comfortable and I arrived quickly! There are convenience stores and restaurants on site, and the room was clean and comfortable, making for a satisfying stay."
