"Overall, I had a very good experience! The receptionist was very attentive and responsible, and all my problems were resolved quickly. The housekeeping staff were also very thoughtful; when they noticed I wasn't getting enough amenities, they proactively brought me an extra set. The most convenient thing was that there was a supermarket downstairs, so I could easily buy fruit and snacks. This kind of meticulous and thoughtful service deserves a five-star rating!"

"The owner of the hostel was very welcoming, the location is super convenient if you need to move around Incheon or to get to the stadium. Would be a little more comfortable if there was a light at each bed and if there were several showers/toilet rooms (there are two, but they are both combined and there were a lot of girls staying at the same time). Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay"

"The room was nice, located in a building similar to a dorm, right next to the Grand Hyatt. The room was clean and tidy, with all necessary amenities. The owner sent the room number and door code via email and Trip.com in advance. There's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, which is great for picking up essentials. Transportation is also very convenient, with a free shuttle bus available from Terminal 1, Gate 3 or Gate 12 on the 3rd floor. The timetable I photographed is for Gate 3. If you board at Gate 12, just add one minute to the times shown on the schedule. I left very early in the morning, so I used the Uber app to get a taxi to the airport. Both the bus and a taxi only take about 10 minutes to reach the airport."

"I arrived to the hotel at 10:00, while official check-in starts from 15:00. The manager was very kind and said that I could check-in earlier. The location is super good, you could go to the airport by walk, it will take about 15-20 minutes (~1.6 km). And also there is a free shuttle bus station to the airport right Infront of the building. The room is very big and comfortable, and there are several CV stores near to the hotel."

"We love this hotel — the design is modern yet classy! We love the free kitchen, laundry, coffee, snacks, and even cup noodles that are provided. The room is so cozy, and I love the scented shampoo, body wash, and diffuser in the room, too. The location is so strategic, which allows us to explore Incheon city easily"

"Traveling to Seoul on a late-night flight with my child, I was so grateful the owner was still sending me directions. It was super easy to find. I arrived at the hotel at midnight, had a wonderfully comfortable sleep, and then continued our trip the next morning. The location is just as the owner described, on the departure level, near gate 12. It's only two bus stops away, and the bus back to the airport is right across from the hotel. The beds in the room were very comfortable; my child said they slept exceptionally well, and it was very quiet. I'll definitely book here again on my next visit."

"This was my first time staying at this guesthouse, and it was over New Year's. I understood it was self-check-in when I booked, but the check-in process was so unusual and unclear at the time of booking that it took me over an hour just to get into my room. If there had been a detailed explanation of the check-in process before I booked, I wouldn't have made the reservation. First, I felt that the owner or staff probably assumes check-ins happen during daylight hours. I checked in late at night, and there were no specific restrictions on check-in time. However, there was no lighting near the automatic door, so I had to use my phone's flashlight to read the instructions on the wall. The pre-arrival instructions only included an image showing the entrance location and text describing the room number. The room number itself wasn't provided via email or message beforehand; I had to find a paper that was described as being 'at the entrance.' In reality, when I arrived, that paper was actually taped to the building's wall, which contradicted the instructions and added to the confusion. I couldn't even reach anyone by phone late at night, which was incredibly frustrating. I really think the check-in system needs improvement. The room itself was as expected and generally clean. However, a major issue was that the hairdryer was broken. I only realized this just before checking out, so nothing could be done, and I had to leave without being able to dry my hair, which was very disappointing. I'm basing this review on my extensive experience staying at many accommodations. *The photos I'm posting were taken during daylight hours at check-out."

"Check-in was confusing because we did not know we would not be able to leave bags at the guesthouse before check-in time. Additionally, upon being called and told to message with questions due to the language barrier, no one responded to my text message or WhatsApp message. Airport shuttle was offered but it was done rather abruptly/brusquely. The towels on offer were hand towel-sized, not bath towels, so make sure you bring your own if needed. The upsides were that the place was spotless, had complimentary tea, coffee and breakfast included, and it was near many food places."

"This acommodation is about 15 minutes drive from Incheon airport. The place is clean, has bathroom inside room with amenities such as soap and shampoo. They also has shared kitchen and provide water dispenser. The price is reasonable, but access with public transportation is somewhat difficult."

A 24-hour convenience store is conveniently located just 100 meters from the entrance, so you'll never have to worry about grabbing snacks or any necessities. Plus, it's very close to the airport, only a 15-minute drive away."
