"This was my first time staying at this guesthouse, and it was over New Year's. I understood it was self-check-in when I booked, but the check-in process was so unusual and unclear at the time of booking that it took me over an hour just to get into my room. If there had been a detailed explanation of the check-in process before I booked, I wouldn't have made the reservation. First, I felt that the owner or staff probably assumes check-ins happen during daylight hours. I checked in late at night, and there were no specific restrictions on check-in time. However, there was no lighting near the automatic door, so I had to use my phone's flashlight to read the instructions on the wall. The pre-arrival instructions only included an image showing the entrance location and text describing the room number. The room number itself wasn't provided via email or message beforehand; I had to find a paper that was described as being 'at the entrance.' In reality, when I arrived, that paper was actually taped to the building's wall, which contradicted the instructions and added to the confusion. I couldn't even reach anyone by phone late at night, which was incredibly frustrating. I really think the check-in system needs improvement. The room itself was as expected and generally clean. However, a major issue was that the hairdryer was broken. I only realized this just before checking out, so nothing could be done, and I had to leave without being able to dry my hair, which was very disappointing. I'm basing this review on my extensive experience staying at many accommodations. *The photos I'm posting were taken during daylight hours at check-out."

"I believe this is my first time staying in a guesthouse in Korea. I thought it was a regular hotel. The location is great, only a few minutes away from the airport as I wanted. Coffee shops, restaurants, CU and 7 elevens are right in the area. The room was very nice, spacious, and pretty much had everything you could need...even a full size refrigerator and freezer. Nice views outside. I didn't get the automatic email right away but I was able to get in touch once I called the number to get my room info."

"Great for a layover! It's not far from the airport by train, and just a short walk from the station to the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so even if you arrive late, you'll find something to eat. This Korean hotel uses one remote control for everything – TV, AC, etc."

"I had to get in late and leave super early because of work and my flight schedules, and here it wasn’t a problem. I walked in to someone waiting to check me in even though it was after 10pm and ready to check me out at 5 in the morning just as nicely. They even offered to help me get a taxi back to the airport because it was way too early for buses to arrive, and then stood outside to make sure it was the right taxi pulling up for me before I left."

"The environment is close to the beach. The room is a bit damp. The proprietress and the boss are very good. The price is a bit high on the weekend. The nearby hotel is more expensive than his home. The most affordable price of his home is a few steps away. It is convenient to go to the city by bus. The surrounding air is very good. 👍"

"The owner of the hostel was very welcoming, the location is super convenient if you need to move around Incheon or to get to the stadium. Would be a little more comfortable if there was a light at each bed and if there were several showers/toilet rooms (there are two, but they are both combined and there were a lot of girls staying at the same time). Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay"

"Thank you so much for all your customer service!! I felt so relaxed every time I came back to the room from outside — it really felt like my own room!! hehe The room was nice and clean. They gave me fresh towels and a bottle of water every day. Also, I got to experience using a door password for the first time — that made me even more excited!! lol If you use the “Kakao Map” app, it’s super helpful for catching buses to the station or airport. It can make your trip more budget-friendly and enjoyable!! I’ve already told my friends that next time, we’ll stay here :) 감사합니다~!! 또 올게요~!!"

"The hotel is very close to the subway station, but the subway exit directly in front of it was a bit hard to find the first time. The front desk staff were professional and spoke excellent English, even providing information in Chinese. The room was quite small but had all the necessary facilities. The hygiene was outstanding; I barely saw any dust. The hotel breakfast was decent, leaning towards Korean style. The meat dishes were a bit limited, but there was a good variety of staple foods (bread, Jajangmyeon, rice). There were many types of kimchi to choose from. The drinks were a bit plain, with only orange juice, hot soup, and hot coffee available."

"Hotel is really clean, the staff is really poilte and helpful. What I like most is the free morning shuttle service catered to the airport it really helps to cut down our time and hassle for families traveling with big and heavy luggages. Not forgetting to mention the 24/7 self help bar is really good. It caters milk, sandwiches and even instant noodles for guests. The cleanliness is awesome. Will visit this hotel again with my family nest time. Really recommend this Hotel."
