"A very pleasant stay! The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding soft and skin-friendly, and the good soundproofing ensured a peaceful sleep. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in and check-out efficient and quick. A special shout-out to the breakfast – a diverse selection of fresh and delicious Chinese and Western dishes. The hygiene was satisfactory, with timely daily cleaning. "Overall, the stay was okay. The hotel provides free parking, which is a plus. However, our first impression wasn’t great. When we arrived, the place was quite crowded and we waited around 10 minutes in the check-in line, only to be told that a RM50 deposit was required in cash. Since we didn’t have any cash on us, we couldn’t check in and had to go find an ATM first. This wasn’t communicated beforehand and made the check-in process unnecessarily inconvenient.
Aside from that, the rest of the stay was generally fine. The room was clean, though not spotless. Hot water and water pressure were both acceptable. The room came with basic amenities such as a kettle, iron, hairdryer, TV, and water heater, which was convenient.
Our room included breakfast, and that was actually a highlight. The food quality was good with a decent variety of options, and there was nothing to complain about on that front.
Soundproofing could be improved, as noise from outside could be heard through the door, but it didn’t really bother us at night. Overall, despite the rough start during check-in, the hotel was mostly good and met basic expectations."

"The hotel room was decent and clean. However, for some reason, all the windows were sealed off. The Wi-Fi signal in the hotel wasn't very good. Check-in was incredibly slow, and I had to wait for a long time. On the bright side, the front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located a little over a kilometer from the train station, and there's a shopping mall right across the street."

"Hotel exterior and rooms seems to have some update. Room is quite clean, shower water pressure is good, staff is friendly. Only issue I had was there seems to be some hair oil smell on the pillows, I used a disposable face tower to lay over it to minimize the smell, just a 1 night stay so didn't make a fuss abt it."

The location is excellent, close to all the attractions. We basically walked to Ipoh Railway Station, Concubine Lane, and Han Chin Pet Soo Museum – it was very easy."

We booked the 2-bedroom suite, which comes with 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, and basic cutlery — very convenient and comfortable, especially for families or small groups.
The room was very clean and well maintained. The mattresses were solid and comfortable, giving us a good night’s sleep. Everything felt neat, functional, and thoughtfully arranged.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely hope to come back again next time we’re in Ipoh."

"The hotel was relatively easy to find and had a large parking lot, which was convenient for self-driving tours. The overall design leaned towards a dark aesthetic. A lovely boutique hotel beautifully furnished and centrally located in Ipoh. We especially enjoyed the cozy lobby and its charming Art Deco touches. Rooms are limited, so it’s best to book early, particularly during holidays and festive seasons.
We stayed in a duplex room, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The room was well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, including a hair dryer, slippers, a filtered water dispenser, a Nespresso coffee machine, and disposable toiletries—more than what you’d typically expect from many hotels.
Breakfast was very decent, with made-to-order options such as Western dishes or local nasi lemak. There are also plenty of local coffee shops and eateries nearby if you’d like to explore other breakfast choices.
The hotel’s location is a major plus. It’s within walking distance of popular Ipoh attractions like Concubine Lane, Memory Lane Market, and Mural Art’s Lane, as well as the famous Lao Wang beansprout chicken. There are also numerous food options around, and it’s just across from Palo 101, a trendy spot popular with youngsters and a regular venue for New Year’s countdown celebrations.
We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Ipoh.

On New Year's Eve, they prepared chicken congee, red bean congee, and soy milk – they were all incredibly delicious! The breakfast is always satisfying and plentiful. The rooftop infinity pool is beautiful and offers great views.

The location is unbeatable - just a stone's throw away from the night market 🛍️ and only RM5 from Ipoh rail stations 🚂. Perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway in Ipoh 🏖️. The hotel provides a mini fridge, ironing board, hair dryer, digital safe, towels, toothpaste and toothbrush.
The soundproofing is weak as you can hear the cars from the street.
Location wise it is only 10 minutes drive to Ipoh town or to Aeon Station 18. There are many shops around the hotel such as Family Mart and Mixue.
Overall it is a comfortable hotel with great value for a short period of stay.

Even though we stayed for only one night, too many things went wrong.
When we arrived, the receptionist couldn’t find our booking. After that, we were given a hotel access card that was very old and broken with tape patched. When we went to the room, the door was already slightly open. Inside the room, the DB box cover was open and hanging upward, which felt unsafe.
There were no refills for tissue paper, shampoo, or shower gel, and there was no hair dryer at all. the pillow cotton is coming out, all furniture are old and not well maintained. To make things worse, at around 2:20 a.m., all the electricity suddenly went off — all switches stopped working and there was no power.
Overall, a very bad experience and definitely not worth it.
