"First time try out. Lobby is nice and cosy except personally I don’t like the room. Soundproofing of the door is terrible and the theme colour of the room I don’t really like it. It doesn’t give out a very good vibes. Gym room located not a good location and it close super early around 8pm??? I didn’t took picture of the room cos I just want to faster get over for 1 night and check out. I won’t be back. P/s I read from review hair dryer is Dyson brand. It is not. Is just normal China brand. Quality is okay as most things are made in China."

"The room was clean, the location was good, and the service was fine. However, the front desk gave me a room facing the main road, and the soundproofing of the windows was terrible. It felt like I was sleeping by the roadside all night, listening to motorcycles and cars speeding by. I didn't get any good rest at all. If you have a choice, definitely pick a room that doesn't face the main road, otherwise, forget about getting any sleep at night."

"A new apartment hotel in Ipoh. The facilities provided in the room make you feel at home. It's a bit scary if you're a woman and alone, since this hotel is a new hotel, and there aren't many visitors during weekdays. When I stayed, I was the only occupant on that floor. The safety bar function for the parking lot is not yet function. The hotel could probably provide a place to hang clothes since there is a washing machine. Overall, this hotel is comfortable and the location is also close to Ipoh Parade, and near AC Mariott. The food ordered at the cafe is also delicious. Reasonable prices. Looking forward to stay at this hotel again in the future. Suitable for family."

"Booked this apartment for its location and also because it was almost brand new. Positives: + Location - close to town and very convenient + It's almost brand new and low occupancy so very quiet and amenities in building are brand new although things like spa pool and atapchi pool are closed. + Good customer service from IWH. Customer service officer Dee was very helpful and friendly. + Cukcoo water dispenser in unit which is great was getting both hot and cold drinking water. + Branded appliances. Negatives: - Apartment's furnishing wasn't great. Dining stool has this metal strip around it that is sharp and actually cut my daughter's leg. - Mattress was ultra hard while pillow is too soft. - While towels and shower gel and shampoo is provided, there is no handwashing soap provided. - Towels provided are fairly low quality and one even had cigarette smell which we asked to be replaced. - While we appreciate the separate shower cubicle and toilet, there is no curtains to separate the bathroom area and the living area making changing clothes coming out of shower abit of a hassle. - Water pressure is not great. Overall, while the price is good, this we feel is one of those case where the apartment looks much better in photos than actual due to the budget friendly furnishing used."

I have encountered an issue with room 818, specifically the shower and sink area. The water is not flowing properly."

"The room is clean. The service is good. Foor is ok. Not too many variety but it's enough for my family. Just one matter - I extended my stay by one night. So, I book another night from Trip.com but there is no functionality to extend my stay and so I did a new booking for 1 night for two rooms for my family. I was asked to pay the same amount of local tax again. Maybe the hotel can look into this and help customer to avoid this local tax in the event we extend our stay or probably the local tax should be lower for one day extension?"
