"This is a unique hotel, though the rooms are a bit small. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. The location is a bit secluded, a little distance from tourist attractions, but since we were taking taxis everywhere anyway, it wasn't a major issue.
However, there are indeed some areas that need improvement. Firstly, the hotel entrance is extremely hidden with no clear signage, making it very hard to find. Secondly, the hallway lighting is too dim, and walking into the room, it's pitch black, requiring you to fumble around to find the key card slot. Lastly, there's no power outlet by the bed, which makes charging phones and watches very inconvenient."

"The location is very close to Ipoh Old Town, within walking distance. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs which is very convenient for buying things. The hotel stated that Chinese speakers were welcome, but I didn't encounter anyone from the front desk to housekeeping who spoke Mandarin. If you don't speak any English, I'd advise caution before choosing this hotel. The hotel entrance is on a main road, which isn't very pedestrian-friendly, but that's how it is everywhere in Malaysia, constantly crossing roads. Breakfast was just okay; I reckon most people won't be used to it, but they did have common items like fruit, cereal, and bread. The facilities list mentioned a laundry room, but there wasn't one. If it's not available, it shouldn't be advertised. However, the staff in the lobby, including the front desk, security, and housekeeping, were all very nice and friendly, which was good. It's just a standard budget hotel, and the cleanliness is acceptable. If you don't expect too much, it's a decent place to stay."

"The accommodation is simple, the kind you can just get by for one night. There's basically nothing special, and you don't need any services. You check in with the key at the front desk, and in the morning you can leave the key in the room and leave. There are plenty of parking spaces in front; before 5 pm you might need a bit of luck, but after 5 pm there are plenty of options. There are two coffee shops across the street, so you can eat and drink from 7 am to 11 pm. It's a ten-minute walk to the old town, so overall it's convenient and definitely worth the price."

"The location was absolutely amazing. It's close to anywhere. No matter if you'd like to go shopping Ipoh parade or local natural views. This hotel is a brilliant idea to book. "Brightly lit outside but parking was behind and dark with lots of stones , it’s located at the Indian area crossed the bridge from the town Center. It had strong Indian smell but once you enter the room it’s gone. It was a last minute booking so we just needed clean comfortable place to rest for the day and night. No extension of the hotel timing and deposit of rm 50 is needed to ensure you do not stain their sheets or towels. Overall not too bad for a quick stay with clean room in mind n comfort. Just it’s quite dark different from the pictures presented and precautions needed"

"Room is quite small compared to in photo. Basic items are provided like tower, hair dryer, kettle, cup & tea/coffee. Swimming pool cannot be used due to renovation. So sad because I was planning to swim. Suggest to put remarks for any renovation of facilities on TRIP website. The best is free parking for hotel guest"

Located at the quiet corner of Jalan Che Tak, it is just opposite the popular 2 dishes old coffee shop Chee Wah - Claypot Lou Shu Fun and fried chicken wings. We took about 10 minutes using Grab from Ipoh Railway Station to here.
Room
It is a small family-run hotel that won many accolades. We booked 2 nights - Duplex Family Room. One King bed on the ground floor and a very steep staircase to the second room where there are 2 single beds. A flat screen TV is also provided at this second room too.
We slept very well on the soft pillows and bed.
The normal amenities of a hotel are provided. There is even a hot and cold water dispenser in the room. Cleanliness of the room is acceptable.
Aircon is quiet and in good working order.
Bathroom
Clean with strong pressure of hot and cold water. Hanging hooks are provided.
Breakfast
It is served in the dining area on the ground floor. Very simple of local food but adequate.
Service
Friendly and warm. There is a lift at the lobby.

ZZhegezhenmeiyouHonestly, the room was really small, probably around 10 square meters. It was clean though. However, there's still a noticeable renovation smell, both in the hallway and the room itself. The air conditioning in the room vibrated all night, making a loud noise that kept me from sleeping well.
There are food stalls not far from the hotel, so eating out was decent. I only stayed one night before moving somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers. There are many Yibao hotels, but only a few have high ratings, and the price for this kind of setup felt a bit high.
Next time we travel as a family, I'll definitely book two standard rooms. At least then we'll have space to move around; in this one, there wasn't even room to turn around with the whole family in it.

SSHAHRUL ISHAI stayed at Manhattan Condo for 3 days and 2 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The unit was clean, modern, and well-equipped with basic amenities like Wi-Fi, kitchenware, and a washing machine, which made the stay convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and friendly.
The location is strategic—just a short drive to Ipoh town, eateries, and attractions like Lost World of Tambun. The gym and swimming pool in the condo were kept up nicely, and the security system seemed dependable.
For families or small groups seeking a comfortable and reasonably priced stay in Ipoh, it's an excellent option overall. I would most certainly think about returning!

NNSAZ1903Stayed here recently and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were generally friendly. However, I tried calling room dining but couldn’t get through — hope that can be improved. AAnonymous UserThe location is nearby the Cocubine Lane within 5 minutes walk。It has secure lock after midnight to come in the hotel so is safe. The room wall is just like the name bricks . It has very strong mouldy smell. Bed is not comfortable will sink when sleep. There is tV but no allow to ON it . no provide bottle water and also no provide slipper for bathroom,no toothbrush.The bathroom water no partition with toilet so have to becareful slippery after shower . Soundproof not that good .
