"The hotel is clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and polite, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant.
I booked a room with breakfast included, and it was definitely worth the price , all the food was tasty and perfect for a light meal before exploring Ipoh.
The air conditioning worked perfectly, I stayed in Room 221, which is located near the housekeeping storage room, so it was a bit noisy during the day when the staff were doing room service. However, the staff were very considerate and even apologized when they saw us heading out for tea . I really appreciated that gesture!
Another bonus there’s a delicious mamak restaurant right next to the hotel, perfect for a late-night meal! 😄"

"The location was excellent - but having a car made it easier for us to get there and get around. The room was clean and comfortable and checkin was smooth as well. The real highlight, though, was breakfast, especially the cucur bawang. Our team probably cleared the plate as soon as it hit the buffet. The breakfast spread was modest but thoughtfully prepared, and everything tasted delicious."

"The location of the hotel is good, not far from the famous eateries area. The basement of parking is limited and parking in another building js available. There is a free shuttle connecting parking B to the main building. However it only runs between 8am till 11pm. There is a 7eleven convenient shop at the lobby.
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. There is a pantry in every floor for water refill."

"Booked two Standard Queen No window, when i checking in, the staff ask whether want to upgrade to standard queen WITH window or not with extra RM60/room, if dont want to upgrade the two room will be separate in two floors. Then my boss say yes have to upgrade so easier for us to discuss work.
After we get in the room, we saw this little cockroach on the floor.
And the bigger problem is the so called window is blocking.
And because of this window, the noise from the opposite Bistro is annoying to disturbing my sleep.
The basin is clogged."

"After check-in, I was taken to the first room on the 3rd floor. The water pump that might be located above was very loud and noisy. It is too loud to sleep. I asked the staff to check and change the room for me. Luckily, there is a vacant one that I can move to.
There is no elevator, so I do not recommend to anyone who has a big luggage."

"The interior was stylish and very clean, but since the building itself is a bit old, the sound of doors closing at night was quite noticeable.
There are convenient places nearby — AEON and several restaurants are within walking distance, and a 99 Speedmart is right across the street, so getting food or daily necessities was no problem.
The towels in the shower room felt a little dusty, but it wasn’t a big issue.
Amenities were provided as well, so I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable stay without meals."

"The accommodation is simple, the kind you can just get by for one night. There's basically nothing special, and you don't need any services. You check in with the key at the front desk, and in the morning you can leave the key in the room and leave. There are plenty of parking spaces in front; before 5 pm you might need a bit of luck, but after 5 pm there are plenty of options. There are two coffee shops across the street, so you can eat and drink from 7 am to 11 pm. It's a ten-minute walk to the old town, so overall it's convenient and definitely worth the price."

"Reasonable price, I like the bed is soft and comfortable. Just no parking need to find and park around in front of hotel only. This hotel is seem like building and then renovating to hotel not a proper hotel and it not so much far from the town, easy to find food to eat. Have the ironing available in room but careful when you iron, if not it will spoil like my dress. Lucky I always prepare extra one dress when I travel for work so I still have the dress to wear."

Located at the quiet corner of Jalan Che Tak, it is just opposite the popular 2 dishes old coffee shop Chee Wah - Claypot Lou Shu Fun and fried chicken wings. We took about 10 minutes using Grab from Ipoh Railway Station to here.
Room
It is a small family-run hotel that won many accolades. We booked 2 nights - Duplex Family Room. One King bed on the ground floor and a very steep staircase to the second room where there are 2 single beds. A flat screen TV is also provided at this second room too.
We slept very well on the soft pillows and bed.
The normal amenities of a hotel are provided. There is even a hot and cold water dispenser in the room. Cleanliness of the room is acceptable.
Aircon is quiet and in good working order.
Bathroom
Clean with strong pressure of hot and cold water. Hanging hooks are provided.
Breakfast
It is served in the dining area on the ground floor. Very simple of local food but adequate.
Service
Friendly and warm. There is a lift at the lobby.

AAnonymous UserWe had a great stay! The house was in good condition—every corner had a fan and aircond, which was super comfy. There’s even a washing machine provided. The best part was our room facing the swimming pool—such a nice view! Most importantly, the host was kind enough to let us have an extra 30 minutes for checkout since my kids were having so much fun in the pool. Really appreciate that! 😊

If nak travel ke Tasik Cermin, Gunung Lang bagai, kena ada transport sendiri.
The staff is friendly. Ada cerek letrik, tapi kena beli 3in1 kalau tgh malam rasa nak minum. Malam, mmg x der apa lah. Kalau nak g Gerbang Malam, boleh je jalan kaki dlm 27 mins kalau rasa larat la. But for my family, kami rela jalan kaki walau jauh. Dpt menikmati view malam yg kosong dan view siang yg menyesakkan.
Kami stay at family room with double queen bed. Walau bilik sedikit sempit but still comfortable. Bukan nak duduk bilik sepanjang masa right? Bilik air luas sgt, boleh masuk la 5/6 orang dalam tu.
Keadaan bau tu, bg kami ok je ala2 macam bau lama, bangunan lama. Especially kat lif. Dlm bilik x dak bau yg kurang menyenangkan. Selesa.
Iron, disediakan depan lif. Yes, hotel ni ada lif. Bg yg x larat nak angkut beg beso naik turun tangga, jgn risau. Ada lif sedia tuk digunakan. Ada juga water dispenser kat dapur kalau malas nak masak air dlm bilik.
Belakang bangunan ada medan selera. Pagi boleh la lapik perut sbelum gerak ronda tuk food hunting yg sebenar. Ada jam beso yg cukup time berbunyi.
Nak jalan ke ets amik masa dlm 15-20 mins. Kalau dr stesen bas Jalan Bendahara, dalam 27 mins. We prefer berjalan je semua. Baru feel ala2 tourist di negara sendiri.
