"For the price we paid, we can't really complain as the hotel rooms are generally decent, stay comes with breakfast and the hotel is located in a good location, within walking distance to Concubine Lane. While the room is decent, management could really look at improving hygiene (especially bathroom and bedsheets) and maintenance. One of our rooms had a leakage but was quickly replaced with another. The breakfast spread was decent. However, it's a little strange that we were given the remote controllers for A/C and TV when we checked in and needed to return them when we checked out. Free parking is also a perk."

"The hotel was relatively easy to find and had a large parking lot, which was convenient for self-driving tours. The overall design leaned towards a dark aesthetic. The hotel's perfume scent was overwhelmingly strong, to the point where my nose couldn't handle it. The bathroom in my room didn't have a wet/dry separation, and the comforter was quite old. The room I booked had no windows, but it was very quiet, so I slept well at night."

"Everything about the service was great, the staff were really friendly and always greeted us. The parking garage is underground, with attendants directing traffic. It seemed to be one of those lift parking systems, with all cars parked on the ground level. The hotel's facilities and amenities met budget hotel standards, making for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, close to all the attractions. We basically walked to Ipoh Railway Station, Concubine Lane, and Han Chin Pet Soo Museum – it was very easy."

"The hotel arranged for us to stay in a corner room which has weak WiFi access. I didn't have WiFi for the entire three nights stay. Furthermore, the bed was rather hard and the room was rather small. However, the hotel provides excellent breakfast and is located at a very strategic location. The hotel is very close to the Ipoh parade and within 10 mins drive to famous tourist spots like concubine lane. Overall, the experience was just alright."

"The common and room interior design, decorations and furnishings are artsy. You will be drawn to snap a lot of photos.

"Location within 10mins walking distance to tourist spots.
Shower water was good enough.
Cleanliness needs to be much improved. The bed sheet and blanket were not cleaned and stained. The screen of the television was broken.
Roadside parking space was very limited, although a covered “parking garage”provided, the scary and steep narrow entrance need to have a very skilful driving techniques required."

Other than that, I find the facilities to be satisfactory, the complimentary tea and breakfast to be adequate and the hotel staff to be very courteous. The strongest point is actually the location, which is right next to a shopping mall."

"Another memorable stay was in Ipoh. It was a last-minute booking while we were on the way from Kuala Perlis and needed to stop somewhere before heading back to JB. We had just spent New Year’s in Penang to celebrate the new year and were looking for a hotel where we could check in late. Luckily, we managed to find this place.
The hotel was about two hours away, and what really stood out was how flexible the check-in was. We were allowed to check in anytime before 6 a.m. and check out before 12 p.m., which was perfect for our travel schedule. We eventually checked in around 2 p.m., and the whole process was very smooth and convenient.
The price was very reasonable, and we honestly had no complaints about the room—it was clean, comfortable, and definitely worth the price we paid. It was a much-needed stay for my husband and me to rest and recharge before continuing our long drive back to JB. Overall, it was a simple but very satisfying stay."

"The location was absolutely amazing. It's close to anywhere. No matter if you'd like to go shopping Ipoh parade or local natural views. This hotel is a brilliant idea to book. The front desk was nice always smiling at service. Definitely will come back here again. We have so much fun in Ipoh. Choosing the right hotel is the key of the trip. Loved it."

A lovely boutique hotel beautifully furnished and centrally located in Ipoh. We especially enjoyed the cozy lobby and its charming Art Deco touches. Rooms are limited, so it’s best to book early, particularly during holidays and festive seasons.
We stayed in a duplex room, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The room was well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, including a hair dryer, slippers, a filtered water dispenser, a Nespresso coffee machine, and disposable toiletries—more than what you’d typically expect from many hotels.
Breakfast was very decent, with made-to-order options such as Western dishes or local nasi lemak. There are also plenty of local coffee shops and eateries nearby if you’d like to explore other breakfast choices.
The hotel’s location is a major plus. It’s within walking distance of popular Ipoh attractions like Concubine Lane, Memory Lane Market, and Mural Art’s Lane, as well as the famous Lao Wang beansprout chicken. There are also numerous food options around, and it’s just across from Palo 101, a trendy spot popular with youngsters and a regular venue for New Year’s countdown celebrations.
We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Ipoh.

MMomazingWe stayed for 1 night in this hotel. The room is small but well designed. The hotel is also aesthetically pleasing, making the small room not feel small. My kids loved the bunk bed. They turned a dead space at the entrace into a store room for us to keep our luggages so the room does not feel cluttered. Overall, love this place so much. Will definitely come back.

SSHAHRUL ISHAI stayed at Manhattan Condo for 3 days and 2 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The unit was clean, modern, and well-equipped with basic amenities like Wi-Fi, kitchenware, and a washing machine, which made the stay convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and friendly.
The location is strategic—just a short drive to Ipoh town, eateries, and attractions like Lost World of Tambun. The gym and swimming pool in the condo were kept up nicely, and the security system seemed dependable.
For families or small groups seeking a comfortable and reasonably priced stay in Ipoh, it's an excellent option overall. I would most certainly think about returning!

The glass on the nightstand was broken.
The shower flow was irregular.
The other visitors were quiet at night.
They forgot to put a cup next to the kettle....
You can get free water on the ground floor from the dispenser.
