Old but sufficient, maintained gym equipments though threadmill arm section may need tightening to reduce noisy vibration during run.
Nice small pool but unfortunately located not at beach side though I did not use due to dermatitis.
Decent spread of buffet breakfast with 2 types of freshly cooked/on request cook fry eggs/pancake/french toast and omellette with chosen fillings.
Table cleared efficiently and cleaned regularly.
Staff both in reception and bkft friendly and warm."

"The hotel is clean, looks new (as of 24Aug) and modern. The rooms are up to standard. The swimming pool is beautiful. There are 2 pools to choose from, but the pools are a bit shallow. The hotel is right on the beach, just separated by a road. The day we stayed was probably in the low season, so there were very few people, making the hotel very quiet and suitable for relaxation. Breakfast is reasonable for the price. Overall, I recommend staying here."

"I was impressed right from check-in, as I got my room an hour early. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. The hotel's atmosphere was beautiful from every angle. After unpacking, I went for a refreshing swim to beat the heat. Later in the afternoon, I ordered coffee and relaxed at the cafe. In the evening, I had dinner at #SANDS BAR, which is a fantastic beachfront bar. Honestly, anyone visiting here absolutely shouldn't miss it, as the ambiance and service deserve a perfect 10/10! The staff provided excellent service and care. A special shout-out to #NongKie and NongMaprang, who were incredibly attentive and took wonderful care of every table. My sincere compliments! Thank you for this wonderful experience! 👍"

7/10 for family room cleanliness ( spacious but the couch was very dusty and dirt got on our shirts) We didn’t know why all our shirts had grey dusts on the back and later we found out. Your maids have not been cleaning the corners of the room, dusting the chairs and couch and not cleaning near the base of the toilet so it left a smell. We cleaned it when we arrived.

"Overall, our stay was good. We traveled as a family (3 adults, 1 child) and booked a spacious room with two king-sized beds. However, due to our short vacation, we only stayed for one night.
Breakfast was included and offered a fantastic selection of four different options. It was excellent, and everyone was completely satisfied.
Our little one absolutely loved playing in the pool and didn't want to get out!
Parking was convenient and secure.
The front desk staff provided excellent service.

"The staff across all departments were excellent, and the front desk service was great. Check-in was quick and efficient. Both the room and bathroom were spotless, and well-stocked with amenities such as body wash, shampoo, and lotion.
We had booked three rooms, and the AC in one of them wasn't cooling properly. The staff promptly came to inspect it and immediately offered to switch our room, which we greatly appreciated.
Breakfast was delicious, with a varied menu that changed daily, making it very convenient and enjoyable.
Its location is excellent, being close to both the beach and a 7-Eleven. There are also many street food vendors selling delicious options right outside in the mornings and evenings, which was a huge plus."

"We had a nice room with seaview. My friend room air con was spoiled but manage to repair. On our last days, the whole hotel had power trip and was not able to repair. The power trip again after a while. The hotel management should do some service recovery during that night. Since there is guest at the lobby, the staff should give out some drink or handly food during that time. No doubt the guest did not complain much but this gesture will make them happy. Overall, the staff is very courtesy n polite. Therefore, the hotel should standby light for the guest to use if the power trip again. Thanks"

"The most impressive benefits were fivefold: 1. The sheets and duvet covers were incredibly soft and comfortable. 2. It's close to the beach. 3. There are many bars, restaurants, and BBQ spots nearby, which is very convenient. 4. The breakfast options were good. 5. There's a bar right downstairs, but surprisingly, it wasn't noisy at all once the balcony door was closed, so I could sleep peacefully. However, the bathroom had a slight unpleasant smell, and parking was a bit of a walk. Overall, the value for money is excellent. If you're not too picky, this hotel is definitely worth a stay, and a walk along the beach in the morning and evening is highly recommended."

"It's pretty good, but it's a shophouse. You have to go to the restaurant for breakfast, which gives you coupons. It's pretty good. The location is between many bars, so it might be a bit noisy. But the room isn't soundproof, so there's always noise from other rooms and foot traffic outside."

AAnonymous UserThe room was beautiful, with a sliding door that opened directly to the pool area, featuring a sun lounger on one side and a jacuzzi on the other. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, offering a wide array of Chinese, Thai, and Western options. It's an à la carte buffet where everything is freshly made to order. The portions for each dish are quite small, which is perfect as it allows you to try several different items. Breakfast is served until 10 AM. The beach is conveniently located just across a small road, and horse riding is available there. The hotel provides 5-6 complimentary parking spaces. My only minor issue was during booking: the system wouldn't allow me to reserve a room for two adults and one child (over 12 years old). Upon arrival, I had to pay an additional 900 Baht (excluding breakfast), but the staff were quick to convert the sofa into a bed and make it up for us. Overall, this is a truly ideal hotel for a relaxing vacation.

DDC005If you prefer a quiet resort and still enjoy Thai food + good massage…this is the place. Not crowded.
Friendly staffs and I’m impressed that some staffs speak very good English.
4 of us enjoyed the food in the resort so much that till now back in SG…we still think about it *better than the food we ate in Bangkok restaurants n I’m not even joking* I have got to mention here their PIZZA was so delish!!!
Only cons is travelling from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Vala Hua Hin takes 3 hours :(

GGuest UserFelt at ease and welcomed from the first day we checked in the hotel. It was during the busy christmas period, but the hotel staff were very patient and service oriented. Facilities were very kid-friendly, which our toddler absolutely loved. Breakfast had a good spread, and the room service was attentive to all our needs.

CChangKids enjoyed the facilities. Though on last night of our stay there was a big party held in the hotel and the music was way to loud and didn’t stop until 11pm. It was not nice at all since it is a kids friendly hotel and that noice caused problem to our children’s sleep.

TThipkrittaCleanliness needs significant improvement. With a 3 PM check-in and 12 PM check-out, there's a 3-hour window for cleaning before the next guest arrives, so I would expect the room to be spotless. I found a used cotton bud in the drawer below the mirror and a used shower gel bottle left under the bathroom sink. In-room slippers were not provided; I had to request them, when they should really be a standard amenity available without asking.
On the positive side, I loved the room's great view and the beachfront bar, which was a perfect spot to relax and chill out. The bar staff were incredibly entertaining. Overall, other aspects of my stay were quite good.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a good location, not far from Hua Hin town. The room is big, the facilities are old but usable. The breakfast is good and we enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the beach is not there to walk and the current was so strong. Hopefully that the beach would come back. The staff are helpful and very attentive to your request.
