"I booked a room with a hot spring bath, which is over 80 square meters. The hot spring bath is on the balcony and you can see the scenery of Awara. Beer, wine and soda are available in the hotel lobby and hot spring lounge area. Dinner is a buffet with a wide variety of dishes and good quality (much better than Alpine Green). The hot springs are also good, and the outdoor pool is quite large. When I checked in, I was probably the only Chinese in my family of four. Recommended"

"丁寧かつ親切な対応、お部屋も綺麗で、朝ごはんもメニューは少ないものの満足！たまたま地元のお祭りにも行く事ができて本当に満足な良き旅でした！枕は選べると聞いて楽しみにしていましたが、棚がスッカラカン。連休中ということで、皆さん持って行かれたのかなと少し残念。 ただ、1点疑問がありました。各部屋に必ずハンドソープが置かれてるかと思いますが、何故か洗顔が！！どこを観てもハンドソープとは書いておらず、帰りの日に気づいたのでどうにも出来ずでしたが、シンプルに間違いだったのかハンドソープ代わりだったのでしょうか？ 周辺環境でいうと、近くにはご飯屋はないですが、こじんまりとした食堂はあります！お祭りの日だったので、正式な営業時間は分からずですが、家庭的な味で美味しくいただけました！コンビニは目の前の芦原温泉駅内にありますが20:30閉店なので、気をつけてください！！ ハンドソープの疑問は残りますが、それ以外は静かて良いホテルでしたので、また利用させていただきます😊"

"The hotel is spacious and well-equipped, located in the heart of the hot spring district, yet conveniently located yet quiet. It's large, with several different hot spring baths of varying styles and functions, including a rooftop observation bath. The food is decent, though not as good as my previous experience at Kurokawa Onsen in Kumamoto. The Japanese-style room is large, with 14 tatami mats, enough to accommodate over a dozen people! They even provided two traditional local snacks in the room, a very thoughtful touch."

"I used it with my family. Judging from the price, the food is delicious, the hot springs are clean and spacious, and it is perfect. There is no excessive service and this level of hospitality is enough for us. If you want to say that the quality of beef was bad and the meat was hard, and the quality of rice was worse than the rice I usually eat at home. I thought the other dishes were very delicious."

"It is a very quaint building, and the atmosphere of the luxury inn is from the gate to the entrance. The building itself is old but you can feel the history. Although it is cleaned, I was worried about the old smell. The bathroom was also peeled off and the board was damaged. However, it has been handed down that it is used importantly. I was able to spend a pleasant time because there were few guests and the response of the employee was warm. Especially the elderly parents-in-law praised the hot spring."
