Hotels in Dalat City Center, Dalat

I'm happy with the hotel location but its safety is questionable. Firstly, there is only one lift which can be accessed from the garage unit next to the main entrance, which means anyone can just get to the lift without passing by the front desk. The lift also does not require door card so safety is a concern especially for solo travellers. It is easy to climb into the next unit's balcony, not only that, the room card also has the room number labelled on it which is also an unsafe practice... Not sure if other hotels in the area are also like this though

Our stay here is amazing. I love the location of the hotel. Near the Cathedral, Night Market and a lot of restaurants within the hotel. I love their hotel also as it has an elevator, parking in the basement (for motorcycle rental) and very friendly staffs. The room is neat and clean and I love how big the window is.

The hotel is newly built, so there's still a smell of new furnishings. The interior is brand new and modern, but a drawback is that the design isn't very ergonomic. For instance, the power outlet under the dressing table has a switch, so if you plug something in, it might accidentally switch off. Also, if you shower, water tends to spill out of the bathroom into the main room, which is a bit inconvenient, as shown in the picture. The room is also a bit small, making it cramped with luggage. Other than that, it's okay.

Unfortunately, my experience did not match the expectations. The first room I received had serious cleanliness and maintenance issues, including dampness and visible mold. I spent a significant amount of time communicating with the hotel and viewing several replacement rooms before finally being offered a cleaner room. I appreciate that the staff eventually tried to resolve the situation, but the process was time-consuming and affected both my trip and my companion’s experience. I hope the hotel can improve its overall room maintenance and quality control so future guests do not encounter the same situation.

A normal hotel for a couple of nights, there is no air conditioning, but it is cool in Dalat, so it is generally not necessary if you walk around all day and come to spend the night, there is a projector you can watch a movie, we arrived before 2:00 PM, they took our luggage without any problems while we were in the city

We had a room with a large, spacious balcony. The room design was simple but neat. It was clean, and the shower cabin was a good size. The location is on a quiet street, a 5-minute walk to the lake, and 10 minutes to the night market. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was quite modest, but it included eggs, pho soup, vegetables, bacon, sausages, bread, watermelon, tea, coffee, and juice.

I stayed for 3 nights from Jan 21st to 24th. On the day I checked in, I thought I had lost 700,000 Vietnamese Dong somewhere between Ho Chi Minh City and the hotel, and had completely forgotten about it. However, later the reception desk handed me an envelope containing 700,000 Dong, saying it was money I had dropped during check-in. Thanks to them, I was able to use it for my travel expenses, which was great. Thank you!

No hot water in the evening and night time in bathroom unless you let the water running for more than 20 minutes then you can get a slightly warm water. Only got ”warm water” in bathroom in the morning. Sink pipe in the washroom was leaking. Even a maintenance guy came but it was still not fixed. Door inside lock was broken but no one fixed it.
