Very close to Da Lat Night Market, with plenty of small shops to explore nearby on foot. It's also just a few minutes walk through the back alley to Sunny Spa, a famous local chain for massage and hair wash. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the hotel staff are all very enthusiastic. Having a laundry room is a great bonus. The grilled rice paper and avocado ice cream at the night market are both delicious.

Great location, but all the windows face a noisy street. It was convenient for us for a 3-night stay to get around. The obvious downside is that there's no safe in the room. Also, there's a window in the bathroom and a frosted window between the room and the bathroom, which means the room gets bright at dawn despite the curtains on the other window.

The hotel is beautiful and truly cares about its guests. However, honestly, the breakfast options were very limited and didn't cater to the diversity of nationalities. Also, there was construction work in the room next to mine in the afternoon. I spoke with the hotel manager, and the work was stopped immediately. I was also offered a complimentary dinner and chocolates as compensation. Many thanks to the hotel management for their excellent service.

Unfortunately, my experience did not match the expectations. The first room I received had serious cleanliness and maintenance issues, including dampness and visible mold. I spent a significant amount of time communicating with the hotel and viewing several replacement rooms before finally being offered a cleaner room. I appreciate that the staff eventually tried to resolve the situation, but the process was time-consuming and affected both my trip and my companion’s experience. I hope the hotel can improve its overall room maintenance and quality control so future guests do not encounter the same situation.

I booked this hotel because I wanted to experience the night market view. Mr. Pham Phu Dong checked me in. I asked for a room with a great view and they gave me one with a panoramic view. The view was so amazing that pictures don't do it justice. Maybe I was lucky, but my room and bathroom were also very clean. My family are heavy sleepers, so a little noise wasn't a problem for us. We expected it to be noisy since it's right in front of the main night market square, so it was actually fine. Plus, the beautiful view made us overlook the noise. We might have also been very tired. I even wondered if the shower filter had changed. It wasn't as bad as some reviews suggested. However, the breakfast rumors were true 😂😅. There was nothing really worth eating. You'd be better off taking a Grab to get some delicious food and then starting your day. Dalat has so many amazing food options! The best thing at breakfast was the fruit juice. It was a passion fruit juice, so delicious I wanted to buy some. I asked, and they said it's made with real fruit... no wonder it tasted so different from what you get elsewhere! 👍🏻👍🏻 So, I think we had at least 5 glasses of passion fruit juice for breakfast. 👍🏻👍🏻 It was also great that it was close not only to the night market but also to the traditional market. The traditional market really changes from morning to afternoon. In the morning, where vegetables were sold, you could find clothes or accessories later, and they also seemed to sell simple porridge and noodles. Make sure to visit the traditional market side, not just the night market. Every alley truly gives off that authentic Vietnamese Dalat vibe. Location was excellent as it was walking distance to the night market. Plenty of shops and eateries around the area, but can be a bit noisy with the activities downstairs. Most important, this hotel has a lift, so easy for guest with luggage to haul. Rooms without air-condition, comes with a stand fan but bearable as the weather in Feb is cooling. The location is fantastic, really close to the city center, which made it super convenient for walks and exploring the lakeside. It was clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff were very helpful. Excellent value for money! If you're in Da Lat, you absolutely have to check out the coffee shops! Spending an afternoon there, just relaxing and admiring the mountain views, is incredibly refreshing.

The hotel is right in the heart of Dalat, yet the panoramic views from the windows make you feel like you're out in the countryside! The enormous bed and spacious terrace are 100% highlights of this room and hotel. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are super-friendly. We loved it!

I stayed for 3 nights from Jan 21st to 24th. On the day I checked in, I thought I had lost 700,000 Vietnamese Dong somewhere between Ho Chi Minh City and the hotel, and had completely forgotten about it. However, later the reception desk handed me an envelope containing 700,000 Dong, saying it was money I had dropped during check-in. Thanks to them, I was able to use it for my travel expenses, which was great. Thank you!

There's a school or kindergarten nearby! Overall, I liked the hotel. It's Asia, after all. The guys at the reception helped me with booking tickets. They were very responsive and always ready to help. There's also parking available.
