The bedding at Atour is quite good, but the service is just so-so. They upgraded my room for free, and it's fairly spacious. I'd say it's neither good nor bad, just average. The price doesn't really match the decor.

His every initiative, every “Okay, I’ll arrange it for you right away,” conveyed the same message: Here, you don't have to be a “guest,” just be “yourself.” The Shangri-La Hotel shines because of employees like him, and the industry is warmed by professionals like him. May this subtle light illuminate the journeys of more people, making every arrival a reunion worth looking forward to. I will definitely choose Shangri-La Hotel again for my next stay!

I love this hotel. Staff were very friendly and caring. Due to high altitude sickness I wanted to buy Pocari Sweat on Mei Tuan but didn't have a local phone number to place the order, the ladies at the front desk helped me out. They also upgraded me to a room with the view of the Potala Palace. The room is nice, clean and spacious with oxygen supply and lots of bottled water provided. There is a big shopping mall 300 meters away (about 10-15 minutes walk) which you can find restaurants there. Free laundry service is a big plus as I spent 6 nights in this hotel. I feel the price is absolutely worth it for the customer service they provided, and I would love to try the hotels under this chain (Hilton) next time when I travel to other cities in the future.

Facilities: It is a Tibetan manor courtyard building, unique shape, garden on the first floor, the front desk designed Tibetan table case, tea room, incense stove, koi water system, green planting is in a good state! I like the taste style very much. The three-person room is large, the bedding is white, comfortable and soft, and sleeps at night! There are two diffuse oxygen generators in the room, which can also be sucked. The indoor wardrobe is convenient for storage and the bathrobe is clean and tidy. The TV design is unique, the reading desk design is novel, the tea set on the tea table is very tasteful, the owner is interested! The bathroom is spacious, bright and comfortable, and the dry and wet areas are designed to be separated easily. There are also drying racks. Breakfast is 7.30-9:30, self-service, eggs, preserved egg porridge, miscellaneous grains, cold dishes, enough to eat. Go early~ The yard is square and convenient for parking. Love the multi-functional room on the third floor, suitable for chatting, gatherings, drinking tea. Love the green plants and the meaty people in the sun! The laundry room and dryer are also on the third floor. After washing the clothes, they are dried directly on the balcony on the third floor. They will be dried soon! Recommend you to come, the price is very good! Located near the Tibet Museum, more than 2 kilometers away from Barkhor Street, the surrounding is not so messy and noisy. The hotel is not far from the Potala Palace. The parking lot is large, there's a night market nearby, and a large supermarket is right next door, which is very convenient. The next morning, the doorbell rang gently. I opened the door and found that it was the girl at the front desk who personally brought the breakfast tray, which was filled with porridge, side dishes and steaming sweet tea. ”I was afraid you might feel uncomfortable, so I sent it directly to you,” she said softly, ”Just tell us if you need anything.” Every day after that, I could always hear a gentle knock on the door at a fixed time. Sometimes it was fresh fruit, and every time it was accompanied by warm greetings. Before leaving, the girl at the front desk specially wrote down my return time and helped me call a car in advance. She stood at the door of the lobby with concern in her eyes. At that moment, I suddenly realized that real service is not about form, but about caring from the heart. In this strange city, I met not service staff, but a warm presence like family. Thank you for interpreting what true hospitality is with your meticulous care. Such warmth is worth remembering forever. Next time I come, this will definitely be my only choice.

The service here is incredibly comprehensive. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to the action, and the facilities are excellent. They even provide an oxygen concentrator in the room, which is a thoughtful touch, and the room views are absolutely fantastic. My only minor suggestion would be to have a more varied breakfast selection. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and look forward to staying here again next time I'm in Lhasa.

It is a very good hotel in Lhasa, but the daily service is really not good. The order is for three days, and the room fee is prepaid, but the room card is only given for one day. I was very tired after playing outside in the evening of the first day, and I had to go to the service desk again to handle the procedures. What a hell! The faucet in the room has no bubbler, and the water flow is divergent when used; the shower head is full of scale, and many holes cannot discharge water, and the water flow rate of the water outlet holes is very fast, which is very uncomfortable on the body. In fact, just scrape the small silicone outlet, and you can only do it yourself. It is called a VIP building, but we are obviously not VIPs. Maybe there is a reception task. There is a parking space next to the entrance of the VIP building, but it is not allowed to park, and it would rather be empty all day. Alas, it is obvious that we asked for trouble when booking the room. The decoration of the whole building is still very luxurious. The room is quite large, the hygiene is still OK, and the oxygen supply service is real. The breakfast is quite good, with rich varieties, many local characteristics, and the dining service is quite good.
