Very convenient downtown location. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay. The service attitude was excellent! Check-in was polite and the service was thoughtful. They were very helpful and understanding when answering our questions about our stay. Facilities are great, very tranquil. The lobby has a woody scent. The room interior was clean, and the lighting was bright enough. Check-out service was also excellent. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Hotel located on the third floor of a high building, no English name of the hotel. Reception and rooms are at the same floor. Just be careful while booking! I didn't notice my room is windowless! Thankfully the staff was so kind to upgrade me to window room, which was in this standard absolutely great! Not near any subway station but in acceptable walking distance to some attractions. I could come back here, just need to read carefully my booking.

Stayed 10nights here with my family mixed with toddlers and senior citizens. We were all very satisfied and in fact impressed by their service, the friendliness and helpfulness of staffs in the hotel. They were patient with our multiple requests, had baby amenities and handled our taobao parcels well. Even helped me call one delivery person which failed to contact me several times and ensured I get my parcel successfully. My aunt forgot to return hotel cards and they did not charge me. How nice of them. Will definitely come back to this hotel next time. Location great for food and didi too

A rare find! This designer hotel near Jing'an Temple is a hidden gem, completely avoiding the typical influencer-style decor. Nestled in the bustling Old Jing'an area, it offers a peaceful retreat just a short walk from the subway. It's perfectly situated for a city walk to Anfu Road and Wukang Mansion. The Shikumen archways, combined with minimalist industrial design, create an incredible ambiance with light and shadow, making every photo unique. Our room had comfortable high ceilings, soft bedding, and smart controls for curtains and lighting throughout. The soundproofing was excellent. Downstairs, there's a community space that combines a coffee shop and a craft brewery, perfect for some quiet alone time or a casual brunch. Every detail shows thoughtful design, from eco-friendly furnishings to handy little amenities. It's understated and unpretentious – anyone who appreciates unique and quality travel experiences will absolutely love it here.

My stay at Campanile Jing'an Temple far exceeded my expectations. Located on Urumqi North Road, right next to the Jing'an Temple commercial area, the hotel truly offers a peaceful escape in a bustling city. The lobby exudes French charm, with a subtle fragrance and lush greenery that instantly helps you relax. The room features a unique tatami design, with a well-thought-out layout. The spacious and bright bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and they even thoughtfully provide a portable makeup mirror. The bedding was just right in terms of firmness, and combined with the fresh air system, I enjoyed a very restful night's sleep. The attention to detail in service was exceptional, from the warm sweet soup offered at check-in to the fresh fruit, everything made me feel incredibly welcome. The location is superb; it's just a few minutes' walk to Jing'an Temple Metro Station, and surrounded by numerous shopping malls, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. If you're looking for a stylish and welcoming place to stay in the heart of Shanghai, Campanile is definitely an excellent choice.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Clean and good vibes! Great location and supportive staff! Also, I loved the breakfast selections, they also offer fresh fruits and coffee/tea. I’d recommend solo travellers too. It’s very easy to order a taxi from here and find a local metro station. The ground floor offers community spaces so you won’t feel alone! There’s also quite many local cafes in the neighbourhood! Cheers~

The location is great! There is many food options and a convenience store just around the hotel. It is near to metro stations and the shopping belt. Room is big with plenty of space for an extra bed and all the luggage. There is even complementary fruits and coffee at the hotel lobby! There is a robot delivery to the room if you order food to the hotel. The only downside was the noise coming the construction site just across the road which starts before 8am! On some days, the noise was pretty intense. Hopefully the rooms not facing the construction site would be better.

Found a hotel with amazing value for money! The location is in a bustling area with a subway entrance right downstairs, making transportation super convenient. There are so many restaurants nearby that I didn't even know which one to choose. The room was very spacious, and the view from the window was expansive. The bedding was so comfortable; I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water pressure was incredibly strong – if you're light, remember you can turn it down a bit. The hotel's breakfast buffet was very rich and served until 10 AM. The front desk staff, Xiao Chen and Xiao Xu, were so enthusiastic! They helped me arrange my room, and even kept my forgotten items at the front desk for me. Thumbs up! There's also a large underground parking lot with plenty of empty spaces. I'll definitely book here again next time.

The location is great, close to everything. They upgraded me to a king-size bed, which was a nice touch. The hotel has a minimalist style and the cleanliness is acceptable. All the staff members were very friendly. This was my first stay at Atour, and the biggest impression was the excellent bedding. The pillows were comfortable and the duvet was silent, which is so important for light sleepers. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The location is excellent, with both the subway and business district within walking distance. The room is spacious, and there are many lifeguards at the pool, making it safe for kids to swim. The check-in experience was great, and the executive lounge service was very attentive. Transportation is also very convenient. The view from the Kunlun Window is fantastic; on a clear day, you can see very far.
