I planned to come to Disney and accidentally booked this hotel. The experience was directly full, and I gave it five stars without hesitation! The most attractive thing is the hotel's free tour service, which does not charge any fees throughout the whole process, and there is no hidden consumption. The guide is very familiar with the Disney Park and knows the waiting situation of each project. He helps us plan the tour route reasonably, avoid the large flow of passengers, and don't have to stay up late to make strategies by yourself. If you follow him, you can punch in efficiently, which saves a lot of energy and greatly improves the play experience. The hotel environment is quiet and far away from the noise. After playing all day and returning here, you can relieve your fatigue in an instant. The public areas are well-organized and clean everywhere. There is really nothing to say about the hygiene of the guest room. The cleaning is very careful. The corners of the wall, the washstand and the shower area, which are easy to ignore, are all cleaned up. There are no water stains and dust, and the room is ventilated and airy, and there is no stuffy smell. The bedding is soft and clean, and it is very comfortable to lie down. The facilities in the room are in good condition, the hot water supply is stable, the water pressure is appropriate, the air conditioner runs quietly, and it is very convenient to use. The sound insulation effect is also good. When you close the door, you can't hear the movement outside. You can rest at ease at night and continue to play the next day. The front desk service is very warm. The staff is humble and polite. Check-in is efficient. If you have any questions, they will answer them carefully. Their attitude is very good. The overall cost performance is very good. It is really suitable to come to Disney to live here. I have recommended it to my friends who are going to come here to play. I will choose to stay next time.

Stayed at this hotel when visiting Disneyland. The hotel didn't have great ratings, so I didn't have high expectations, but it really exceeded them! It was very clean, had no windows, but did have a 'Xiaodu' smart assistant, making it a fully smart room.

If you're visiting Disneyland and want to explore the surrounding areas, I highly recommend checking out Xinshang Ancient Town. And while you're there, stay at this wonderful guesthouse called 'Zeyixiaoyuan' right within the ancient town, in the South District. It's a peaceful oasis in a bustling area, with a lovely courtyard design that's incredibly comfortable. We arrived very late and in the rain, but the staff came out to help us with our luggage and even upgraded us to a family room, which we really appreciated. Everything was thoughtfully taken care of. Highly recommend it for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

We booked two rooms. The facilities were quite comprehensive, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit. The breakfast selection was extensive; I can't comment on the late-night snack service as I didn't use it. The shuttle service was excellent; we used it daily for both airport and subway station transfers, which was incredibly convenient. Not many hotels offer both services, so this was a huge plus. The drivers were also very friendly. Both the front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and approachable. However, there was a minor incident. My friend mentioned being woken up around 2 or 3 AM by an internal hotel call, claiming they had requested a wake-up service. This was communicated to the hotel afterward, and we hope such an incident won't happen again. Overall, considering the price for a night's stay, it was quite reasonable. If I have the chance to return to China, I might consider staying here again.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly. My family and friends all felt comfortable staying here, it never felt crowded or noisy. The breakfast had a good variety, with both hot and cold dishes, which was convenient for heading out to explore after a satisfying meal. Overall, it was a good experience.

The hotel was clean and the facilities seemed new, perhaps recently renovated. Crucially, the subway is right outside the hotel, which is incredibly convenient, especially for someone like me who uses the subway, saving me a lot of walking. The service was excellent; the receptionists were very helpful and promptly brought things to our table. Breakfast was decent, including wontons and noodles. Overall, it was a good hotel and I would recommend it.

Last year, I dreamed of a short vacation in Fangwai. This summer, I quickly found a place to stay for a day. I planned to book a one-day stay and renew it if it was comfortable. But I regretted it the moment I moved in. While the sun might look stunning, the details are truly lackluster. I suspect the hardware and software used in the initial construction weren't up to par. Within a few years, it became damp and decayed. The exterior design of the house is nice, but the orientation exposes the entire pool to constant sunlight, and the plastic on the slide is broken. For safety reasons, it's been temporarily closed. The pool is 1.2-1.8 meters wide, with a sudden change in slope in the middle, making it too deep. The breakfast room, which also serves as the check-in area, is a mess of tables and chairs. The place is greasy, and the owner gives you an unpleasant look. The breakfast is cold and inedible. Takeout is available nearby, but there's nothing good. The next morning, I packed my bags and said goodbye.

The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to Disneyland, which is very convenient. They also provide shuttle service to the Wildlife Park. The front desk staff was confident and very attentive to my baby. The room was clean and tidy. The lobby area was very comfortable; it was super pleasant to have a coffee there after a tiring day. This hotel is definitely worth revisiting and highly recommended. They even have robots that deliver food, which is very convenient! My little one had a great time interacting with them.

Travel with family. Staying here because it is near to Disneyland. They provide free service of sending us to Disneyland and sending us back from Disneyland as well. Free orang every day. They have few Washing machine that we can wash our clothes every day. 烧烤 nearby the hotel is a must try food there. Walking distance 3 min. The first day we were actually disappointed with the room temperature as we don’t have the right to control the temperature, they have accidentally change to centralise mode, it was too hot, but they had settled this the next day. Then everything is good. The first day, their staffs in duty don’t have enough experience to handle the issue.

The hotel's location is very convenient for getting around by taxi. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were complete. The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and responsive. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would choose this hotel again next time.
