The hotel is conveniently located near the subway, and the service was great. Our room was easy to find. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing; it wasn't a buffet, just pre-packaged bread and milk. Also, the front desk didn't have eye masks.

We brought our kids to Shanghai's various theme parks, and friends recommended the HEYITANG Hotel, which truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Huinan Metro Station and offers free shuttle buses directly to Disneyland, the Wild Animal Park, and Haichang Ocean Park. This made traveling with kids absolutely stress-free, with no need to worry about taxis. We stayed in a family room which featured a bunk bed with a slide and a kids' tent. All the smart devices in the room were easy to operate, and the room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the soundproofing was excellent. On the third floor, there's a free indoor kids' playground that our children loved visiting every day. The hotel provides a rich buffet breakfast, and they even offer thoughtful late-night snacks. Additionally, there's a self-service laundry room and complimentary foot bath tubs to help alleviate travel fatigue. The front desk staff were kind and patient, making the check-in process efficient, and they even thoughtfully gave little snacks to the children. With its comprehensive facilities, meticulous service, and excellent value for money, this hotel is our top choice for family trips. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shanghai.

The parent-child room is relatively large, not as small as the ordinary standard room. The space is large and there is no sense of restraint. Children can move around freely. The room is relatively new and comes with matching children's toothbrushes and slippers. The corridor smells like decoration. The breakfast is simple but clean and enough. It is about ten minutes' walk from the zoo, which is quite convenient. However, there are limited parking spaces in the parking lot at the entrance, so parking is up to chance. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, noodle shops, KFC and so on nearby. Overall it is good and the price/performance ratio is relatively high.

«Excellent Hotel in Shanghai — Top-Notch Service, Even With a Language Barrier» We stayed at this hotel in Shanghai for 3 days, and our experience was nothing but positive! We were really worried about not knowing Chinese, but it turned out to be unnecessary – the staff was so attentive and patient that the language barrier wasn't an issue at all. We communicated using a translation app on our phones, and the hotel staff calmly and kindly waited for us to type our phrases, replied, and always helped us. Not once did we feel any awkwardness or annoyance; on the contrary, we were always met with smiles, and they tried their best to understand us. Check-in was quick: at reception, they explained all the rules through the translator, and told us about breakfast, the pool, and the spa. The room was spacious, clean, and had a panoramic window. The bed was very comfortable, and daily housekeeping was neat and timely. And the pool was simply delightful: clean, with warm water. After walking around hot Shanghai, it was the best way to end the day! The gym was also a pleasant surprise: modern treadmills, exercise bikes, and dumbbells. Everything was in working order, the room was cool and clean, and water and towels were provided. And the buffet – that’s a love of its own! The breakfasts were simply magnificent. A huge thank you to the staff for their patience and care! I definitely recommend this hotel – even without knowing the language, you feel right at home here. We will definitely be back!

The environment is very good, the internal facilities are very complete, the parking is convenient, and there are many foods around. Come to Suzhou for business and family travel, from the distance and travel angle of the surrounding scenic spots, the price is excellent. The front desk lady is very good, put my puppy on the first floor specially set up for pets, the hotel is very thoughtful, next time you come to Suzhou will stay

I stayed at the Meilun Hotel at Shanghai Wild Animal Park. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were new and complete. It's very close to the safari park, and there's also a shuttle bus service to Disneyland by appointment, which makes traveling with kids very easy. The staff provided thoughtful and meticulous service. Overall, the stay was great, very satisfying, and highly recommended for families with children!

They were quick to help when I needed office supplies. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of Chinese and Western simple meals, all clean and hygienic. The breakfast hours were generous, allowing me to eat even when heading out early. The ample parking was convenient for commuting by car. The hotel is a moderate drive from major industrial parks and the airport in Pudong. The gym was a nice bonus for a quick workout. Overall, it's a top choice for business travel with great value for money, and I'll definitely rebook for future trips.

The room was great, super comfortable! The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly helpful. The cleaning staff were too. When the room phone wasn't working, they immediately contacted the front desk to switch our room. The hotel also has kids' play facilities, which the children absolutely loved. Breakfast and late-night snacks were delicious and plentiful. I'll definitely stay here again in the future.

I was very satisfied with my room upon check-in; it was spotless. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. Overall, the hotel's hygiene was excellent, very clean and sanitary. The breakfast was especially rich and delicious. The hotel is located in a large shopping mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Parking is also very easy, as the hotel's parking lot is part of the mall's, so you can park anywhere in the mall where there's a space. The hairdryer in the hotel was also very effective.
