"As a Ctrip Diamond customer and Atour member, I prefer to travel through reputable platforms like Ctrip and with reliable nationwide hotel chains like Atour. My 9-day trip to Southern Xinjiang went smoothly, culminating in a stay at the Atour Hotel in Aksu. Check-in was easy, and the receptionist even kindly recommended several local restaurants, reminding us that the room had central heating and the temperature couldn't be adjusted, suggesting we use the air conditioning if it was too hot. However, to my utter dismay, the consistently highly rated Atour Hotel Aksu turned off the air conditioning at night, leaving us unable to regulate the room temperature. In the northern climate with central heating, we spent the entire night awake in temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius. The air in the room was practically suffocating; it felt like our throats were on fire. We ended up having to leave the door and windows open, and were forced to check out early at 6 AM to catch our flight. As a hotel that frequently operates in northern China, I don't know why they turned off the air conditioning, and their failure to address our complaint after we contacted the front desk is truly disappointing!"

"I stayed at the Lanou Hotel in Kuqa, so I booked again, but I was a bit disappointed. The hotel entrance was imposing, the lobby was quite luxurious, and the rooms were newโthe facilities were excellent, but the service was cold. I initially thought the front desk staff didn't want to talk to me because it was late, but it wasn't until the next day when the breakfast restaurant staff seemed even less inclined to work that I realized the hotel group's management and training might be inadequate, with employees exhibiting a complete lack of engagement. Upon check-in, the two front desk staff barely paid any attention to me, simply giving me my room key and meal vouchers and that was it. They didn't point out the elevator being far away, and they didn't say a word about the restaurants being hard to find. I checked in at 9:30 AMโwere they just tired? Breakfast the next day was also unpleasant. While the menu was indeed extensive and plentiful, the service remained terrible. Breakfast ended at 10:30, and when we arrived at 10:00, the two ladies at the noodle station were chatting and didn't seem inclined to cook for customers. I ordered a bowl, and they were very impatient. The egg-frying station next door even put out the flame! Even more outrageous, after we finished eating around 10:30, a few guys who had arrived just in time for breakfast found the hotel had turned off all the restaurant lights. These guys were eating in the dark! Haha, unbelievable!"

"Our last stop in Southern Xinjiang was a very pleasant stay! They offered complimentary breakfast, and when we asked for local food recommendations, they suggested 'Warehouse No. 3 Restaurant,' which had excellent ambiance, service, and dishes. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. Since we had a late flight, the front desk attendant kindly arranged for a late check-out after learning about our situation. It was a truly delightful experience."

"Highly recommended! The entire experience from check-in to check-out was pleasant. The room was clean and hygienic, well-equipped, and the bedding was very comfortable; I slept soundly until morning. Excellent value for money! The hotel's design is stylish; both the lobby and rooms are impressive, and the location is superb! Although located in a bustling area, the rooms were very soundproofed, making it very quiet at night and not disturbing my rest at all. There are also many options for eating, drinking, and entertainment nearby. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time; it's truly amazing and highly recommended!"

"Booked a deluxe twin room for a trip with friends during the National Day holiday, and requested a non-smoking room. The 8th floor room they assigned was pretty good. Since we traveled during the off-peak period, there weren't many guests. Breakfast until 11 am was a huge plus. The room was very new and clean. I highly recommend it for tourists; you won't regret it."

"This hotel, formerly a high-end business hotel, is a bit dated now, showing its age, but it still retains its former grandeur. There's parking available at the entrance; it used to be free but now costs 10 yuan at most. They offer airport transfer service. The bedding is very comfortable, the room is clean, and the housekeeping staff on my floor were very friendly. The food on the third floor is delicious, and the breakfast is abundant, with free shoe-shining service provided during breakfast. Even the security guards are very welcoming. The hotel is a bit old, but still suitable for business travelers. However, there's an older woman at the front desk, with noticeably narrow, 'triangular' eyes (Han ethnicity), who acts as if everyone owes her money. Communicating with her is very unpleasant, and it's not the first or second time this has happened."

The hotel facilities are very intimate, there is a free laundry room and free parking, which is particularly convenient for people who travel. The security guard was very enthusiastic and saw that we took the initiative to help with our luggage. The attitude was gentle and responsible. The front desk staff is attentive, the check-in efficiency is high, the whole process is patiently answering questions, and the attitude is kind. I chose this starway hotel and set a parent-child room. It was a surprise. First of all, the space was very large and there was a small refrigerator and a tent inside. The child especially likes it because it is the little boy. The front desk manager specially arranged the blue theme and sent us up. There are robots to deliver things. The children are particularly surprised. The breakfast is a surprise for me. There are various breakfasts of Chinese and Western styles. Soy milk can be drunk and cooked. The big sister who cooked noodles was also amiable. After checking out, the front desk also presented a beautiful small gift. I highly recommend this hotel. The human touch is full. The stay experience is very good. ๐ Recommended

For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.
