Very attention to detail, the sales manager's service attitude is super good, and he also sent us two bottles of Atour tea.
The sanitation and hot water in the hotel are not picky, like the design of the sink outside the bathroom, so that you can talk to the person on the bed while brushing your teeth/seeing the TV!
You must like the books on the first floor, they are all high-quality books! ! Not the kind of messy life chicken soup. "I'm a long-time member of Dongcheng. When I was out for a trip, I saw the newly opened Boman and decided to choose it. It met my expectations, with dry and wet areas separated and very clean. The front desk girl was very friendly and provided directions to nearby night markets. When I checked out, the manager asked about my stay and gave me suggestions for going to Sailimu Lake, which was very helpful. It was a very good stay and I would choose this store again next time."

The room was clean, and the security guards and front desk staff were very welcoming, recommending places to eat and play. There are many snacks downstairs, which is very convenient. I often stay at Jinjiang hotels when I travel because the service is always excellent. The security guard helped us with our luggage as soon as we entered, which warmed my heart. This is also why I trust Jinjiang hotels!
Facilities: Fully equipped. The gym is right next to the laundry room, which is very convenient.
Cleanliness: Newly opened hotel, very clean.

It was truly the biggest and most comfortable room I encountered during my multi-day stay around Sayram Lake. But the most heartwarming aspect of this trip was undoubtedly the thoughtful service from our housekeeper, Beibei. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, his attentiveness was constant. During check-in, he meticulously explained the room facilities and provided tips for exploring the surrounding area. Any requests I had during my stay were met with immediate responses. At check-out, he thoughtfully reminded me to take all my belongings. Even after leaving the hotel, that comforting warmth lingered. When I was struggling to find a taxi at the Sayram Lake scenic area on my way back, I contacted him in a pinch. To my surprise, he immediately dropped what he was doing and drove over to pick me up, even reminding me to be careful on the roads in the scenic area. Over many years of travel, I've explored numerous mountains and lakes and experienced all kinds of services, but service staff like Beibei, who possess both professionalism and genuine warmth, are truly rare. His sincerity and enthusiasm added an extra layer of warmth to the already beautiful scenery of Sayram Lake.

My stay was a pleasant experience, and the warm assistance from Holly at the front desk made check-in feel extra welcoming. Even more surprising was the room's view, directly overlooking the Tian Shan lakeside—it was picturesque! Highly recommended.

Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!
