"One of the most satisfactory hotels in Xinjiang, the room is relatively large, the overall feeling is very transparent, and the hygiene is quite good.
The hotel is located in the new urban area, and the overall layout is quite comfortable.
Warm porridge at night: There are not many things, but it is just right for simple meals at night, suitable for babies who don't want to go out for food at night after a long journey.
There is a Hotan rose pilaf near the hotel, which is within walking distance, and the lamb kebabs taste great.

"This trip to Sayram Lake, the hotel I stayed at was much better than I expected, I truly loved their hotel style.
We arrived at the hotel at noon, and the security guard was very warm and helpful! The front desk ladies were all beautiful and polite! Uyghurs have such strong genes! After unpacking, we headed to the cafe. The cafe's ambiance was lovely, and I'd give full marks to the cafe staff. The barista's service was excellent, the coffee cups were unique, and the Xinjiang-style floral tea was delicious and refreshing. Enjoying tea while admiring the Sayram Lake view was wonderful.
The room was also very spacious and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and lounging on the small sofa by the window was very relaxing. The hotel is quite close to Sayram Lake, we reached the scenic area in just 5 minutes by car. Excellent value for money."

"It is a newly opened hotel, probably opened before May Day, and it is not the same as other Vienna Internationals I have lived in before. Maybe because it is newly opened, the decoration is more upscale. I booked an ordinary big bed and upgraded me to a deluxe big bed. The location is also very good. There are two business districts within one kilometer, and it is very convenient to eat. You can wash and dry, and the breakfast is good. Because my flight was delayed, I didn't arrive at the hotel until after 3 AM, and the front desk kindly called to check on me; they were very patient. My family missed breakfast in the morning, and they even offered to pack some for me to take back to the room – I'm extremely grateful. The staff were all very friendly. "I chose Atour because I really like its decor style. Personally, I think it has a more artistic vibe than the InterContinental and AC next door. Honestly, the lake view rooms here don't offer as good a view as the InterContinental and AC; you're likely to be facing the construction site next door. So, I opted for a mountain view room, hoping the rooftop would make up for it. The mountain view room offers a glimpse of the snowy mountains to the south, but the foreground is the hotel's entrance road and the InterContinental and AC buildings next door. For privacy, I had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time, so from a value-for-money perspective, a standard room type would have been better. The rooftop is perfect for watching the sunset, and if you're lucky, you might even catch the 'golden peaks' effect at sunrise. However, the southern view is blocked by the InterContinental's rooftop, so you can't get a shot of the southern snowy mountains and the lake in the same frame. There's a very friendly little cat at the hotel entrance; it saw me raise my phone and immediately came over to rub against my leg. Overall, if you just want a comfortable stay, you can't go wrong with Atour. But you really can't expect too much from the views. After all, the hotels by the lake are all a bit of a distance from it. For the best views, you really need to go into the scenic area or at least to an open space 1-2 km in front of the hotel."

At the front desk, Ah He and Yuxuan were warm and caring. From check-in to check-out, the whole process was comfortable. The details were all warm. Next time I travel, I will choose Atour ～ Chinese people do not lie to Chinese people."

GGuest UserFive-star recommendation for this hotel! A butler called me even before check-in, and after finding out we were a party of three, they upgraded us to a suite for free. We arrived quite late for check-in, but the butler was still incredibly friendly, helped us with our luggage, and offered warm ginger tea, hot milk, and a variety of snacks. The butler also carried our bags to the room, explaining all the facilities and services along the way. In the evening, they sent various thoughtful tips in our WeChat group. On check-out day, they also gave us a warm farewell. Super, super recommended! The butler service is excellent, and the hotel facilities are great. Highly, highly recommended! Seriously, truly recommended!

GGuest UserI highly recommend the scenic rooms at Sayram Lake! The location is absolutely superb, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows facing Sayram Lake directly. The distant snow-capped mountains stretch endlessly, and the lake water is crystal clear and blue – you truly live amidst the scenery. However, due to the weather, I couldn't get good photos, so my wife and I decided that if we have the chance to visit again, we'll definitely stay at this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, soft and comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing. In the morning, opening the curtains revealed a stunning lake view sunrise, and in the evening, you could quietly await the sunset by the lake, creating an incredible ambiance. There's also an amazing breakfast and dining environment. The staff were warm and attentive, and it was super convenient for exploring the lake, allowing for an immersive experience of the romantic 'Last Tear of the Atlantic.' This is definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Sayram Lake!

GGuest UserAs a Marriott Bonvoy member, I generally trust the brand. A big shout-out to Jerry, the Front Desk Supervisor! He messaged me a day in advance, and knowing we were a family traveling, he upgraded our room and even provided complimentary breakfast for our child. He was also incredibly responsive and helpful whenever an issue came up. 👍
The only hiccup was the restaurant reception, which was a bit disorganized. We had to negotiate both for dinner and breakfast to get our child seated. On the bright side, the breakfast itself was delicious!
Other notes: The hotel facilities are very new, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff were attentive. However, sharing one door for both the bathroom and shower room was a bit inconvenient.

AAnonymous UserMy recent stay at your hotel revealed several areas needing improvement, and I'd like to offer some objective feedback for your consideration.
Firstly, despite being a newly opened hotel, it still feels incomplete. While exploring the premises, I noticed the staircase leading from the ground floor entrance to the courtyard was unfinished. There were no effective barriers or restrictions, allowing anyone to easily access the guest room areas, which poses a safety hazard.
Secondly, the hotel uses an older central air conditioning system. Most new hotels now feature independently adjustable AC units, so the limited temperature control was a drawback. For guests like me, who prefer a cooler room temperature, especially at night when individual adjustment is needed, this was quite inconvenient. I'm providing this feedback for other guests with similar needs.
Thirdly, staff training appears to be insufficient. After checking out, we left an item behind, but the hotel didn't proactively contact us; we had to call them. When we contacted the front desk, the staff member seemed quite uninformed and stated we'd have to wait until 10 AM the next morning for housekeeping to be available to check. Normally, there should be a clear handover process during checkout, and the duty manager should be aware of such situations. While the front desk eventually confirmed they found the item, the overall communication process was quite disorganized.
Subsequently, the general manager called to apologize, explaining the front desk staff member was new, and offered compensation. However, I believe the core issue isn't with individual employees but with overall training and scheduling. For example, inadequately trained new staff shouldn't be assigned to night shifts (we called around 1 AM). Furthermore, the general manager repeatedly emphasized during our call that he hoped we wouldn't leave a negative review, making the conversation somewhat drawn-out. Frankly, genuine guest experiences should be honestly reflected so that other potential guests can make informed decisions. Overly emphasizing the avoidance of negative feedback can be off-putting and deviates from the original goal of improving service quality.

GGuest UserI originally booked the resort, but then got upgraded to the Puli Hotel. The location is superb, very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The king-size room was spacious and bright, with a brand-new light luxury decor. The large bed was soft and comfortable for sleeping. The panoramic floor-toceiling windows offered stunning views of the snowy mountains and spruce trees; waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the lake colors in the evening was absolutely breathtaking. The underfloor heating kept the entire room warm and cozy, and the attention to detail was impeccable, with friendly and thoughtful service. The breakfast was plentiful. A perfect experience, highly recommended!
