"The reception service at the front desk was very good. There was a problem with my order and the handsome guy at the front desk adjusted it for me in time. The environment is really good, the external greenery and area are very large, the rooms are also very comfortable and built according to five-star standards. The breakfast is also very good. I felt the warm service. I hope there will be more professional hotels like this here. I will definitely stay here next time. šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘"

"The hotel only focuses on the visual design, but it is flashy and not practical! I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there! Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!"

Tamashal, a word derived from the languages of the Kazakh and Uyghur ethnic groups, carries the meanings of joy, perfection, delight, and playful fun. Wang Meng, former Minister of Culture and a renowned people's artist who lived in Xinjiang for 16 years, highly praised the open-minded spirit of Xinjiang with this remark: "Beyond life and death, everything in life is Tamashal." This saying embodies the life philosophy and wisdom rooted in ethnic languages — life lies in experience! It is about enjoying, playing, savoring, pursuing perfection, taking it easy, and sharing beautiful moments together (Time Share). Tamashal offers tourists the chance to "discover, explore and experience during their travels", allowing both body and mind to truly feel the beauty of life. Sayram LakeĀ·Tamashal Hotel is the first project under the Tamashal brand. Nestled in Sailake Town at the east gate of Sayram Lake Scenic Area, just 500 meters north of the Tourist Center, it is an extremely scarce lake-view hotel with a panoramic view of Sayram Lake. The entire hotel complex is enclosed by four buildings, with its design inspired by the natural elements of Sayram Lake such as stones, water and wind. It stands as a land art architecture that originates from and blends into the scenery. The cluster park features a landscape themed "A Song of Ice and Fire", boasting ever-changing views through the four seasons. A sunken art square is specially built in the courtyard to shield visitors from the winds of Sayram Lake. The commercial area focuses on experiential and interactive businesses including featured catering, cultural and creative products, coffee shops and travel photography services. It is the only leisure and entertainment space in Sayram Lake where nighttime and outdoor activities can be held.

"This thousand-word glowing review focuses on Lily from the front desk of the Tamar Hotel, highlighting her meticulous service and the pleasant surprise of ski passes and hot spring vouchers. It's rich in detail, genuinely heartfelt, and ready to be used. Tamar Hotel - Front Desk Lily: Sincerity in Every Detail, Warmth Throughout the Journey During my stay at the Tamar Hotel, what truly stood out wasn't the exquisite lobby or the comfortable rooms, but rather Miss Lily from the front desk, with her gentle demeanor and thoughtful attention to guests' needs. Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and meticulous care transformed a routine check-in into a heartwarming memory, allowing me to genuinely experience the Tamar Hotel's 'guest-first' service philosophy. As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, Lily proactively rose to greet me with a warm smile. Her voice was soft yet energetic, instantly dispelling my travel fatigue. During check-in, her movements were swift and the process clear, making the entire experience efficient and smooth, without any delays. From verifying information and handing over the room card to explaining hotel facilities and important notices, every step was handled with rigorous attention to detail. She even intentionally slowed her speech and patiently answered my questions, ensuring I didn't miss any crucial information. Noticing my travel gear, she thoughtfully inquired about my itinerary and recommended nearby attractions, even providing details on transportation and optimal travel times – her thoughtfulness far exceeded my expectations. What truly impressed me was Lily's innate thoughtfulness and care. She noticed my interest in leisure activities and not only introduced the hotel's recreational areas but also proactively mentioned special hotel perks, discreetly preparing ski passes and hot spring vouchers for me. As she handed them to me with both hands, she gently said, 'I know you've had a tiring journey. Skiing for relaxation and hot springs to unwind – I hope these make your trip more enjoyable.' This unexpected surprise left me both amazed and touched. The ski passes and hot spring vouchers were more than just a perk; they were a testament to Lily's genuine effort to understand guests' needs and deliver exceptional service. Lily's professionalism and gentle nature were evident in the smallest details. She always presented documents and room cards with both hands, bowing respectfully – a clear display of excellent etiquette. Seeing my numerous bags, she proactively offered to help carry them, carefully guiding me to ensure I reached my room smoothly. During my stay, whenever I approached the front desk with questions, Lily always responded immediately, listening patiently and answering thoroughly. Even for trivial matters, she never brushed them off, always providing a response and following through. When I passed by the front desk, no matter how busy she was, she would always look up and offer a warm smile, and a simple greeting made me feel incredibly welcome. Her thoughtfulness was hidden in every subtle moment: reminding me to dress warmly and safeguard my belongings while skiing; informing me of the hot spring area's operating hours and precautions, along with helpful tips; and, concerned that I might be unfamiliar with the hotel's layout, meticulously explaining how to use various services. She truly anticipated guests' needs and acted on their behalf. There was no deliberate flattery, only genuine, heartfelt care; no perfunctory procedures, only down-to-earth dedication. This pure sincerity was more moving than any elaborate service. Through Lily, I witnessed the high standards and professionalism of the Tamar Hotel's front desk service. She is professional, enthusiastic, meticulous, and thoughtful, transforming a simple role into a conduit for warmth. Her every action and word exemplified the essence of quality service. A ski pass and a hot spring voucher may be small gestures, but they carry immense thoughtfulness; constant reminders and repeated assistance may be minor details, but they culminate in the most heartfelt warmth. Upon checking out, Lily still saw me off with a smile, repeatedly reminding me to travel safely and inviting me to visit again. Looking back at the Tamar Hotel's lobby, Lily's busy yet gentle figure became the most memorable sight of my trip. Thank you, Lily, for filling my journey with warmth and surprises through your exceptional attention to detail and genuine kindness. Thank you, Tamar Hotel, for nurturing such outstanding employees who make every guest feel at home with their heartfelt service. On my next visit, I will still choose the Tamar Hotel, solely for this heartwarming service and for Miss Lily, the thoughtful and gentle lady at the front desk. I wish Lily success in her work and all the best, and I wish the Tamar Hotel continued growth and success, warming more travelers with its attention to detail and sincerity."
