"The location is fantastic, just 400-500 meters from the tourist center. The hotel has its own parking lot, and the staff at the front desk, both the handsome guys and beautiful ladies, are incredibly friendly and attractive! The room was spacious, clean, and fresh. The breakfast offered a wide variety, and the afternoon tea desserts were delicious. For late-night cravings, their 'Midnight Diner' has wontons, congee, and Chinese pastries. A really convenient feature is that the room's TV shows how many washing machines and dryers are currently available. Overall, I'll definitely choose Atour S See Wild again next time I visit Saihanba."

"The service was exceptionally satisfying. Due to an unexpected incident, I had some health issues. The owner patiently stayed with me, helped call an ambulance in the middle of the night to the Bole hospital, and even arranged for a staff member of the same gender to accompany me. This was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. The staff member was also excellent, running back and forth in the emergency room until very late. It truly showed a very human touch. The hotel's view is also great, very charming, and you can see Sayram Lake. I'm really so grateful! I didn't get a chance to take photos of the hotel, but the two kittens in the camp are adorable, and the owner takes good care of them. There are golf carts to shuttle you to and from your room, and any issues you call the front desk about are resolved wonderfully."

"The check-in at the front desk was super fast, the staff was warm and thoughtful, and took the initiative to introduce hotel facilities and surrounding food guides. The room service responded promptly, the cleaning aunt cleaned it very thoroughly, even the corners were spotless, and she would take the initiative to help organize the items. There is no perfunctory in the whole process, this kind of unintentional, but full of attentive service, really makes people feel at ease."

"I checked in quite late last night, but as soon as I stepped into the lobby, I was immediately impressed by the hotel. The decor was grand and elegant. What surprised me even more was how enthusiastic and welcoming the front desk attendant was; she didn't just go through the motions despite the late hour and even brought me some fruit. The hotel room was incredibly quiet, and the pillows were so comfortable – perfect for someone like me who needs good sleep. It took less than 10 minutes to get to the hotel from the Saii Lake Scenic Area, and parking was super convenient. Thank you, Lan Ou Hotel, for such a comfortable stay. You definitely deserve a great review."

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, very convenient from the airport. Because my flight was delayed, I didn't arrive at the hotel until after 3 AM, and the front desk kindly called to check on me; they were very patient. My family missed breakfast in the morning, and they even offered to pack some for me to take back to the room – I'm extremely grateful. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very warm, had a humidifier, and a smart toilet. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn't take any photos.

AAnonymous UserGot an upgraded room during the off-season, and the staff were very professional. The overall comfort of the room was quite good. I didn't give it a perfect score because there are definitely areas that need improvement, especially for a Hyatt-branded hotel with a non-trivial price tag (comparable to a five-star hotel).
1. The hot food at breakfast was almost cold (we arrived at the restaurant a little after 8 AM), which made it feel like it had been prepared the day before; if that's the case, it's quite bad.
2. When the room is set for sleeping, the light switch for the mirror light is brightly flashing directly at the bed, which is annoying and affects sleep.
3. There's a problem with the waterproofing around the washbasin; there's a noticeable leak.

There are many perks available at different times of the day. The room facilities are exquisite, the environment is good, the TV screen is large, and the windows are incredibly clean, offering a 270-degree view of the mountains for a leisurely experience. The underfloor heating is comfortable and adjustable, and breakfast is rich and varied.

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious and conveniently located near the old east gate exit of Saihu Lake, which was great after a day of exploring. The underfloor heating kept the room wonderfully warm. The security guard at the entrance was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful, always ready with a friendly chat. The only downside was the mini hotpot for dinner. Although it was inexpensive as part of the set menu, I wouldn't recommend it unless you're too exhausted to move. Breakfast was just enough to fill your stomach. I hope they can improve the extremely salty beef sauce that came with the mini hotpot. However, the room's view was truly amazing; you could see the 'pink mountain' at sunrise. The complimentary fruit platter was also a nice touch and very well presented.

The facilities are complete, but there's still a noticeable renovation smell from the elevator and the room's decorative panels. The front desk mentioned they'll be redecorating the elevator area soon. However, the housekeeping and cleaning standards are quite poor; this is the first time I've checked into a hotel and found a half-empty bottle of water on the table and a clump of hair on the bathmat. This is far from Marriott's service standards. Nevertheless, I must say that the hotel staff's service attitude is professional and friendly, and they are prompt in addressing issues.

FFengjialeStaying at the Sailimu Lake campsite was really great! I could just pull back the curtains in the morning and watch the sunrise, no hassle at all. The tent was more comfortable than I expected, with floor heating, so it wasn't cold at night. The bed was quite soft, and I slept really well. I even got to see fireworks on New Year's Eve 🎇. The staff at the center were all super nice. They helped us with our luggage, and since we arrived by car and weren't driving ourselves, they even arranged a ride to the visitor center for us. I'll definitely come again!!!

Location: Sayram Lake Impression boasts a fantastic location, very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake Scenic Area and the commercial area (10-15 minute walk), and even closer to the Old East Gate, making it convenient for watching the sunrise and sunset. It's also incredibly convenient for skiing in winter, as the hotel thoughtfully provides shuttle service.
Cleanliness: The facilities here are even better than expected and compared to the photos. They are very spacious and fully equipped. More importantly, the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, which is very convenient for sharing with friends. The facilities also feel very new and clean. The underfloor heating is excellent, making it very warm in winter; you can even wear short sleeves indoors.
Service: The front desk and lobby manager are extremely welcoming, helping with introductions and arrangements for the ski resort, and recommending activities and nearby restaurants.
I didn't expect such an experience at this price in winter; it's excellent value for money. I've already enthusiastically recommended it to my friends.

GGuest UserHuge thanks to Karl, our server, for upgrading us to two fantastic rooms! He really paid attention to the details. Since I was with my elderly parents, he gave us a room with accessibility features. The other room had two different-sized beds, which was perfect for our family of three. We even got vouchers for afternoon tea, which was a lovely touch. The only downside was the restaurant being right above our room – we could hear chairs scraping every time someone moved them, both when we were trying to sleep and when we were waking up.
