"I especially love Atour's bedding – you're guaranteed a good night's sleep. I also really like the decor style at this particular Saihu branch. The breakfast spread is extensive, and you can even enjoy the pink-hued sky over Saihu Lake right from the breakfast window. The service is excellent and very professional. Plus, the body lotion from the complimentary souvenir was incredibly good. It was a fantastic experience at Saihu Lake."

"The hotel has an amazing view, the floor-to-ceiling windows perfectly showcase the stunning winter scenery of Sayram Lake – it's truly breathtaking. The hotel service was excellent; the gentleman at the entrance saw I had a lot of luggage and proactively helped me with it. After checking in, a kind lady also assisted with taking my luggage to the room and proactively explained the hotel services. They even thoughtfully provided hot mineral water in the elevator area, which was a nice touch. It's a fantastic hotel!"

"No one told me the Guanshan family room was this good! We arrived at night and when I opened the curtains the next morning, I was stunned. You can lie in bed and watch the pink hues of the 'sun-kissed golden mountains.' My kid just rolled out the door to play in the snow. The entire camp is surrounded by snow-capped mountains, perfect for a morning photo op! I highly recommend the space capsule rooms; the Planet Comfort rooms aren't as good. Breakfast caters to inland tastes."

"Staying here in winter offers great value for money! Xiao Xie and Dili provided excellent service, even upgrading my room and providing afternoon tea. The breakfast selection was decent, and the room itself was fine. I'd requested a room with a view, and while I didn't notice it upon check-in at night, I could see the snow-capped mountains 🏔 and the lake during the day. The Xinjiang biscuits served with afternoon tea were delicious, though the portion size was a bit small."

"Two days of Saihu tourism, I chose the hotel next to the ticket gate of the east gate of the scenic spot. It has just opened for less than a month. The facilities are very new. The lake view of the room is beautiful, you can see the sunrise of the powder! (See picture) The beautiful view of Lake Sailimu, taking pictures beyond the film, (all photos were taken in the hotel). The breakfast is rich and delicious, Xinjiang special roast buns are all kinds, lunch and supper snacks are also delicious, basically satisfying our Guangdong stomach, the hotel's health, environment and facilities are impeccable, and there are many washing machines in the laundry room. There is no need to queue at all. There is a washing machine at any time for two days. You can wash when you go. The bathroom facilities are very new and the bath towels are very clean. Hotel front desk service is good. The location is OK, the new area is quiet, but there is nothing to eat around, order takeaway.
The only bad thing is that the bathroom has a strong smell of water. In the coat room, the window was opened for a while and the air was basically tasteless. The inner suite, after a long time, still smelled. Finally, the bathroom in the inner suite did not open the door, and the window was opened for a while, and there was basically no smell.
At the same time, 2 standard rooms were set, no taste. The overall stay experience is good.

🤖 What excited me and my children the most is the intelligent robot service! During the stay, I need to send water and towels. It is the cute little robot who ”sucks” himself by taking the elevator to the door of the room, and will remind you to pick up the objects with the cute sound. The child ran after it, and when he checked out, he kept saying ”want to bring the robot home” - too friendly to the family!
🗺️ The hand-drawn map provided by the front desk is simply a treasure! Not a cold print, but a fun map drawn by the staff themselves, marked with cartoon icons around the hotel, supermarkets, bus stops, and the night view route was also marked with a highlighter on the back. We clicked on the map to find three niche photo spots, and this map has become the most memorable page in my travel account.
🍜 More praise the hotel's ”food consultant” service! I heard that we are the first time to come to Bole. The front desk lady not only recommended the classic roast bun shop and ball soup shop, but also wrote a ”food guide card” according to our taste preferences: which one loves spicy food, which one wants to experience the national customs, Which canteen to go to in the middle of the night when I was hungry...even intimately marked ”this weight is big and it is recommended for two people to order one” ”that is open after 3 pm”. I followed her recommendation to eat all five stores, and the family was amazing, completely avoiding the tourist trap!
From technology to human touch, from practical information to local experience, this hotel really does ”help guests integrate into the city”. I have already recommended it to friends who are coming to Bole for business next week. You will miss half of Bole's wonderful! 🏨💫

When we arrived at the hotel, we were at an impasse with a driver over a ridiculously high price for a private taxi. Hotel staff noticed this and proactively came out to help us with our luggage. After understanding the situation, they not only told us the local market price but also offered helpful advice and even accompanied us to call the police. Ultimately, this resolved the issue safely and amicably for us, who were feeling helpless in a foreign land. We avoided being scammed out of 2400 yuan for a private car! With the police's mediation, we only ended up paying for the airport pick-up and lake tour for that day!
Even more thoughtfully, the staff, knowing we were struggling with transportation, offered to lend us their private vehicle for the lake tour and helped us find shared rides to Yining Airport, making our entire trip incredibly hassle-free and allowing us to enjoy the journey at a low cost.
Speaking of the hotel's scenery, around 2 or 3 a.m., the night sky after the snowstorm was breathtaking. The countless stars shone like scattered diamonds, and taking photos felt like being immersed in a sea of stars. I still remember the awe and emotion I felt. Leaving at noon the next day was truly bittersweet. We took one last photo near the campsite with the beautiful scenery of Sayram Lake as a memento. This hotel added so many warm memories to this trip!
