"What a wonderful guesthouse experience! We booked a twin room for our family of three, and even before check-in, the guesthouse proactively asked if we needed the beds pushed together, mentioning it would be safer for sleeping with a child – talk about attention to detail! The combined bed was spacious and sturdy, so we didn't have to worry about our child rolling off in their sleep, which gave us great peace of mind. The room had both floor heating and air conditioning. The floor heating kept the room incredibly warm; walking barefoot on the floor felt so cozy. The AC was also easy to adjust, making the entire room warm and comfortable, so we didn't have to worry about the chill from Sayram Lake at all. The breakfast was incredibly thoughtful, with a full spread including congee, freshly cooked noodles, various dishes, fruits, and yogurt. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and our child absolutely loved it. The guesthouse's attentive service, excellent facilities, and hearty breakfast, combined with the breathtaking scenery of Sayram Lake, made this family trip absolutely bursting with happiness! I've already recommended it to friends traveling with kids, and we'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Sayram Lake."

"Right at the entrance of the scenic area, with unobstructed views, perfect for watching both sunrise and sunset. The 'starry sky room' was a bit of a letdown though; the ceiling doesn't open, and even with the side curtains open, the view isn't clear – you still have to go outside to see anything! The temperature difference between day and night is huge, but the hotel's floor heating worked really well. We checked into the starry sky room quite early (3:30 PM), and it was incredibly hot – the AC couldn't keep up, so we ended up sitting by the door to get some breeze. By night, it was very comfortable, not cold at all, and there was plenty of hot water. We booked without breakfast, but the hotel kindly gave us two complimentary meals! With no other food options in the scenic area, these breakfasts were a lifesaver. Overall, both the facilities and the natural landscape are quite good, and the off-peak price was reasonable. If you're coming, a standard room type would suffice; the starry sky room isn't really necessary."

We decided to try out this luxury glamping hotel with our kids, and I initially worried the process might be complicated. However, from the moment we stepped into the lobby, the thoughtful service from the front desk staff immediately put us at ease.
During check-in, the front desk team not only patiently explained the hotel facilities and suggested nearby attractions but also thoughtfully prepared a small plush toy for our child. They even remembered our casual request for a quiet room and went out of their way to assign us a room with an absolutely stunning view. Their constant smiles, professional demeanor, and genuine warmth instantly melted away any travel fatigue we had from being on the road with kids.
Stepping into the room was an even greater surprise! It was spacious, bright, and incredibly well-designed, feeling anything but cramped. The attention to detail was impeccable: not only was the bedding wonderfully soft and comfortable, but they even provided a thoughtful step stool at the bathroom vanity for kids. Outside the window, the view was nothing but lush, natural scenery – offering beautiful mountain views by day and breathtaking sunsets in the evening. Our child loved watching birds right from the window, truly embodying that 'sleeping amidst nature' luxury experience. The room's cleanliness was also beyond reproach; every corner was spotless, so we had no concerns about our child touching any dust.

DDave_DetroitFor a hotel that costs over 1,000 yuan a night, there's no gym. I went to the restaurant that evening and tried to order a bowl of noodle soup, but it wasn't available. Noodles were always available for breakfast, but not for dinner.
The bathroom had a foul sewer odor, and it turned out the back of the toilet seat wasn't sealed where it met the floor. Clearly, the engineering department wasn't supervising properly.
Another point: The hotel rooms don't have Type C connectors, considering it's scheduled for completion in 2025, while other hotels have them. Clearly, this is ill-considered.

MM51764****The hotel is located about two kilometers from the East Gate Visitor Center of Sayram Lake, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The hotel consists of villas and VIP buildings; the VIP building has just opened. We stayed in a villa building, which has about a dozen villas. We were on the top floor, the third floor, with six rooms per floor. There's no elevator, but there are bellhops to help with luggage. The hotel rooms have underfloor heating, which was very warm, especially since the temperature at Sayram Lake in early June is only around 10 degrees Celsius. The room was very quiet. The breakfast was acceptable, slightly below four-star standards, maybe three-star. Overall, for the area near Sayram Lake, the accommodation is quite good. The price would be equivalent to a five-star luxury hotel in a first-tier city. However, prices are generally high around Sayram Lake, with even ordinary rooms costing over 1000 yuan. I would choose this hotel again next time I visit Sayram Lake.
