"Sayram Lake, no regrets staying here! We stayed at their new branch, and the room was spotless. The front desk ladies were all incredibly kind and gentle. I piled up on vegetables at breakfast because I'd been eating meat for days and felt like I was going to get an upset stomach! The yogurt at breakfast was also excellent, and you can even get free coffee to go, as they provide takeout cups. You can also access the rooftop. We missed the sunrise, but I managed to snap some pictures of the pink sky from up there.
They gave us a welcome gift when we checked in and another souvenir when we checked out from the new branch. The front desk staff noticed it was our birthday and brought up a huge bowl of longevity noodles for us in the evening. Traveling in Xinjiang during the off-season is the best – no traffic jams, affordable accommodation, cheap car rentals, and absolutely stunning scenery!
I'll definitely be back!"

Very attention to detail, the sales manager's service attitude is super good, and he also sent us two bottles of Atour tea.
The sanitation and hot water in the hotel are not picky, like the design of the sink outside the bathroom, so that you can talk to the person on the bed while brushing your teeth/seeing the TV!
You must like the books on the first floor, they are all high-quality books! ! Not the kind of messy life chicken soup. You can bring a book to the room to see, and you can drop it when you check out. They are all new books, and the quality is high! Accomdation is glass roof for you to gaze the stars.
They have small taxicar to fetch u from concierge to your room, and to breakfast area. They have a nice cafe which we do not have time to explore.

The staff at the front desk on the first floor are very enthusiastic and the accommodation experience is very good. I am glad that I chose All Seasons. The only thing I want to complain about is the service in the breakfast room on the 20th floor of the hotel. In particular, a fat man has an unfriendly attitude towards guests and refuses breakfast guests to use the bathroom on the 20th floor. I hope it can be improved."

I was a little apprehensive before booking, as some people said it was a bit far, but after checking it out myself, it's not far at all—just a five-minute drive to the visitor center. You can watch the sunrise and sunset, and I even saw a wild fox outside the hotel! During the day, you can also see Sayram Lake from your room. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so you need to drive five minutes to the town, but you need to call ahead to reserve dinner at the hotel; the food is excellent and great value. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, even carrying our luggage to our room. Highly recommended!

MM365429****On September 26, 2025, my husband and I drove from Tangshan City, Hebei Province to Xinjiang to Sailimu Lake and checked into this hotel. It was beyond my expectation. The hotel facilities were advanced, with smart toilets, smart curtains, and very good hygiene. There were no dead corners. We stayed in 15 or 16 hotels along the way, but only this one had a body scale. It was so thoughtful to be able to weigh ourselves. It was really comfortable to stay here. I took a photo of the hotel before checking out.

GGuest UserI'm a long-time member of Dongcheng. When I was out for a trip, I saw the newly opened Boman and decided to choose it. It met my expectations, with dry and wet areas separated and very clean. The front desk girl was very friendly and provided directions to nearby night markets. When I checked out, the manager asked about my stay and gave me suggestions for going to Sailimu Lake, which was very helpful. It was a very good stay and I would choose this store again next time.

My stay was a pleasant experience, and the warm assistance from Holly at the front desk made check-in feel extra welcoming. Even more surprising was the room's view, directly overlooking the Tian Shan lakeside—it was picturesque! Highly recommended.

We decided to try out this luxury glamping hotel with our kids, and I initially worried the process might be complicated. However, from the moment we stepped into the lobby, the thoughtful service from the front desk staff immediately put us at ease.
During check-in, the front desk team not only patiently explained the hotel facilities and suggested nearby attractions but also thoughtfully prepared a small plush toy for our child. They even remembered our casual request for a quiet room and went out of their way to assign us a room with an absolutely stunning view. Their constant smiles, professional demeanor, and genuine warmth instantly melted away any travel fatigue we had from being on the road with kids.
Stepping into the room was an even greater surprise! It was spacious, bright, and incredibly well-designed, feeling anything but cramped. The attention to detail was impeccable: not only was the bedding wonderfully soft and comfortable, but they even provided a thoughtful step stool at the bathroom vanity for kids. Outside the window, the view was nothing but lush, natural scenery – offering beautiful mountain views by day and breathtaking sunsets in the evening. Our child loved watching birds right from the window, truly embodying that 'sleeping amidst nature' luxury experience. The room's cleanliness was also beyond reproach; every corner was spotless, so we had no concerns about our child touching any dust.

Let’s talk about hygiene first. As soon as you enter the room, you feel very fresh and clean. There were no stains on the bed, the pillows and quilts smelled good, there were no water stains or odors in the bathroom, and the toiletries were neatly placed. Even the corners are kept spotless, and you can tell that real effort has been put into it.
Let’s talk about the service, it’s really too good to say anything about. The staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic and efficient when checking in. They also introduced me to the surrounding food and attractions thoughtfully. Once there was a small problem with the lights in my room, so I called customer service. The maintenance staff came shortly after. They were very kind and fixed it quickly. When I meet the staff in the corridor, they will greet me with a smile, which makes me feel very good.

The room is a loft with two floors. There is no air conditioning, but it is not cold. The toilet is on the first floor. There is no dry and wet separation. Taking a shower will splash water everywhere in the bathroom. It is very comfortable to take a shower with a heater.
There is no socket in the toilet to plug in the hair dryer. There is only one socket in the living room on the entire first floor. The router, kettle, and hair dryer can only be used one out of three, and cannot be used at the same time because there are not enough sockets. This can be optimized.
The price is a bit high, and the cost performance is not high, but the service and internal environment are good. It is recommended to stay in Yining City and Bole City during the peak season~

The young man at the front desk helped me open a blind box and turned it into a lakeside cabin, and even provided breakfast. To make matters worse, the weather was perfect – I got to see both the stars and the sunrise! Thank you ❤️ (The sunrise was on the mountain to the left of the hotel). The room had heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier, making it perfect for autumn and winter. The breakfast was a very generous Chinese-style meal! After breakfast, you can go hiking in the pine forest.
