"This place is genuinely amazing; the 4.9 rating isn't an exaggeration. The rooms are incredibly clean! The service is outstanding! Plus, we got a free room upgrade, which made us feel right at home. Before we even checked in, a staff member called us. It's truly one-on-one service. They kept us updated on things like whether Sai Lake was restricted or open, and they even helped us with our laundry. We initially planned to stay for three nights, but when we saw on the platform that we'd have to switch rooms, we booked elsewhere. If you're booking, I'd recommend calling them first to ask. Now that I'm used to larger accommodations, staying in smaller ones feels a bit off... In conclusion, I highly recommend staying at Wangshan! The service is superb! If I come back to Sai Lake, I will definitely stay here again! It's very close to the East Gate, a confirmed 10-minute walk. You can even see the snow-capped mountains from the room :D. The heating is excellent, and the floor heating is so comfortable. The food outside is just okay. The sun rises quite late in Xinjiang, and the scenery after sunrise is pretty stunning. My stay had both great and average experiences! The great experiences were: 1. Service was very responsive. 2. When we left very early in the morning, there was a car to take us to the front desk. 3. The scenery after sunrise was fantastic. 4. The underfloor heating kept the room warm even without the air conditioning on. The average experiences were: 1. Breakfast was standard, not a lot of variety. 2. The electric water heater for showering was a little inconvenient. 3. Housekeeping could be slightly improved. 4. "The hotel only focuses on the visual design, but it is flashy and not practical! I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there! Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. "An absolutely fantastic hotel! We stayed for two consecutive nights, one in a standard room and the other in a loft room. The rooms were spotlessly clean, with stylish and beautiful decor.
