"The hotel has a great location, very convenient from the airport. Because my flight was delayed, I didn't arrive at the hotel until after 3 AM, and the front desk kindly called to check on me; they were very patient. My family missed breakfast in the morning, and they even offered to pack some for me to take back to the room – I'm extremely grateful. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very warm, had a humidifier, and a smart toilet. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn't take any photos."

"The reception service at the front desk was very good. There was a problem with my order and the handsome guy at the front desk adjusted it for me in time. The environment is really good, the external greenery and area are very large, the rooms are also very comfortable and built according to five-star standards. The breakfast is also very good. "The campsite is in a great location, right next to Sailimu Lake Scenic Area. The dome and rectangular rooms are quite unique, which is why we chose this place. Staying at a campsite isn't like staying at a hotel; the electric water heater for showering had a pretty small capacity, and the breakfast on the second day was just okay. But these were acceptable. The scenery outside the camp, whether day or night, is beautiful and definitely worth a visit."

"My stay was absolutely fantastic! If you're someone who appreciates a great view, I highly recommend this hotel. During the off-season, the front desk attendant kindly upgraded my room for free. The view from the window was truly breathtaking – a vast, snowy winter landscape. I could even watch the sunset and the 'blue hour' right from my room. The hotel was very quick to respond to any issues. At the restaurant, I believe I met either the hotel manager or the restaurant manager? They left quite an impression on me. They remembered guests' preferences and even suggested we mix our drinks with Wusu beer, so even if you're not a big beer drinker, you could still experience a different flavor. The breakfast spread was excellent, and as I was leaving, they even gave me a small lavender sachet. From the check-in experience to the thoughtful hospitality, everything was incredibly satisfying."

"An absolutely fantastic hotel! We stayed for two consecutive nights, one in a standard room and the other in a loft room. The rooms were spotlessly clean, with stylish and beautiful decor. The lovely lady at the front desk was incredibly attentive and patient. We also had a local gentleman who enthusiastically and proactively helped us with our luggage. The owner was exceptionally kind; concerned that we might get tired walking to the scenic spot with our child, he thoughtfully arranged transportation for us every single time. We would absolutely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Sayram Lake!"

"On September 26, 2025, my husband and I drove from Tangshan City, Hebei Province to Xinjiang to Sailimu Lake and checked into this hotel. It was beyond my expectation. The hotel facilities were advanced, with smart toilets, smart curtains, and very good hygiene. There were no dead corners. We stayed in 15 or 16 hotels along the way, but only this one had a body scale. It was so thoughtful to be able to weigh ourselves. It was really comfortable to stay here. I took a photo of the hotel before checking out."

"The hotel only focuses on the visual design, but it is flashy and not practical! I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there! Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!"

"The room was spacious and very clean. For those driving, parking right at the villa's doorstep was incredibly convenient. Electric vehicle owners will also appreciate the nearby charging stations. Dining options nearby were very convenient. The hotel breakfast was generally decent, with the fried meatballs being particularly delicious."
