They have small taxicar to fetch u from concierge to your room, and to breakfast area. They have a nice cafe which we do not have time to explore.

"The room I stayed in was exceptionally spacious and bright, offering a wonderful sense of openness. It was truly the biggest and most comfortable room I encountered during my multi-day stay around Sayram Lake. But the most heartwarming aspect of this trip was undoubtedly the thoughtful service from our housekeeper, Beibei. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, his attentiveness was constant. During check-in, he meticulously explained the room facilities and provided tips for exploring the surrounding area. Any requests I had during my stay were met with immediate responses. At check-out, he thoughtfully reminded me to take all my belongings. Even after leaving the hotel, that comforting warmth lingered. When I was struggling to find a taxi at the Sayram Lake scenic area on my way back, I contacted him in a pinch. "On September 26, 2025, my husband and I drove from Tangshan City, Hebei Province to Xinjiang to Sailimu Lake and checked into this hotel. It was beyond my expectation. The hotel facilities were advanced, with smart toilets, smart curtains, and very good hygiene. There were no dead corners. We stayed in 15 or 16 hotels along the way, but only this one had a body scale. It was so thoughtful to be able to weigh ourselves. It was really comfortable to stay here. I took a photo of the hotel before checking out."

The entire hotel complex is enclosed by four buildings, with its design inspired by the natural elements of Sayram Lake such as stones, water and wind. The cluster park features a landscape themed "A Song of Ice and Fire", boasting ever-changing views through the four seasons. A sunken art square is specially built in the courtyard to shield visitors from the winds of Sayram Lake. The commercial area focuses on experiential and interactive businesses including featured catering, cultural and creative products, coffee shops and travel photography services. It is the only leisure and entertainment space in Sayram Lake where nighttime and outdoor activities can be held.

The hotel is in the new opening stage, and some facilities are still not perfect. It is understandable that the biggest feature of Tamah safari compared to the surrounding hotels should be enough local characteristics. It is a very novel experience for me who is used to various chain brands. And the staff did do a very good job in user care. During the period, they need to go back and forth to the Saihu Visitor Center, and they can also contact in advance to have a business car arrangement. The overall sanitary conditions are basically in line with the hotel price positioning. The toiletries used are also lelabo. I like the teak aroma that is also in line with the overall style of the hotel. The toothpaste is also of excellent quality, soft and transparent, and the smell is gentle. It is rare to not use your own toothpaste in the hotel. The hair dryer is Suifen.
The location of the hotel is really unique in the hotel near Saihu. The curtains are the panoramic view of Saihu. Unfortunately, the weather is not satisfactory. I asked Xiaoyan about the future prospects of the hotel here, equestrian, bonfire party and other activities are also very much looking forward to. If you have the opportunity, you will wait for the Tamah Haer Hotel cluster facilities to be more complete and then seriously experience other room types."

"The B&B is about 2km away from the tourist center, and it takes about 30 minutes to walk. You can call the owner to pick you up. It is quite convenient to go back and forth to the tourist center.
There are gourmet restaurants around the B&B. You can choose whether you want to eat stir-fried dishes or snacks. The average price per person is about 30-100. After all, the price at the entrance of the scenic spot is normal~
The room is a loft with two floors. There is no air conditioning, but it is not cold. The toilet is on the first floor. There is no dry and wet separation. Taking a shower will splash water everywhere in the bathroom. It is very comfortable to take a shower with a heater.
There is no socket in the toilet to plug in the hair dryer. There is only one socket in the living room on the entire first floor. The router, kettle, and hair dryer can only be used one out of three, and cannot be used at the same time because there are not enough sockets. This can be optimized.
The price is a bit high, and the cost performance is not high, but the service and internal environment are good. It is recommended to stay in Yining City and Bole City during the peak season~"

"The overall accommodation conditions in Saihu may be average. I chose this hotel based on reviews. I didn't expect much, so I thought it was okay. The advantages are good location, good service, good hygiene, and good breakfast. The disadvantages are that the room is really small and there is no TV. Due to the natural conditions of the lake area, there is no natural gas, and the hot water is heated by a water heater. The hot water can only be heated for 20 minutes each time. However, at a price of more than 400 yuan in Saihu, what else do you want? It is definitely not comparable to the city or county. I saw many hotels under construction in the scenic area. I hope the overall accommodation will be good in the future."

"It is just a 1-minute drive from the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the People’s Hospital which is closer to his home! We put our luggage on the bed before taking the photo, so please take a look at the photos."

We decided to try out this luxury glamping hotel with our kids, and I initially worried the process might be complicated. However, from the moment we stepped into the lobby, the thoughtful service from the front desk staff immediately put us at ease.
During check-in, the front desk team not only patiently explained the hotel facilities and suggested nearby attractions but also thoughtfully prepared a small plush toy for our child. They even remembered our casual request for a quiet room and went out of their way to assign us a room with an absolutely stunning view. Their constant smiles, professional demeanor, and genuine warmth instantly melted away any travel fatigue we had from being on the road with kids.
Stepping into the room was an even greater surprise! It was spacious, bright, and incredibly well-designed, feeling anything but cramped. The attention to detail was impeccable: not only was the bedding wonderfully soft and comfortable, but they even provided a thoughtful step stool at the bathroom vanity for kids. Outside the window, the view was nothing but lush, natural scenery – offering beautiful mountain views by day and breathtaking sunsets in the evening. Our child loved watching birds right from the window, truly embodying that 'sleeping amidst nature' luxury experience. The room's cleanliness was also beyond reproach; every corner was spotless, so we had no concerns about our child touching any dust.
Both the personalized and attentive service from the front desk and the exceptional quality and design of the room far surpassed our expectations. This is undoubtedly a hidden gem for family getaways, and we're already eagerly anticipating our next visit!

The young man at the front desk helped me open a blind box and turned it into a lakeside cabin, and even provided breakfast. To make matters worse, the weather was perfect – I got to see both the stars and the sunrise! Thank you ❤️ (The sunrise was on the mountain to the left of the hotel). The room had heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier, making it perfect for autumn and winter. The breakfast was a very generous Chinese-style meal! After breakfast, you can go hiking in the pine forest.
