"One of the most satisfactory hotels in Xinjiang, the room is relatively large, the overall feeling is very transparent, and the hygiene is quite good.
The hotel is located in the new urban area, and the overall layout is quite comfortable.
Warm porridge at night: There are not many things, but it is just right for simple meals at night, suitable for babies who don't want to go out for food at night after a long journey.
There is a Hotan rose pilaf near the hotel, which is within walking distance, and the lamb kebabs taste great.
The only drawback is that the water pressure of the hotel is unstable at night, and the bath water is sometimes cold and sometimes hot, which is unexpected."

"No one told me the Guanshan family room was this good! We arrived at night and when I opened the curtains the next morning, I was stunned. You can lie in bed and watch the pink hues of the 'sun-kissed golden mountains.' My kid just rolled out the door to play in the snow. The entire camp is surrounded by snow-capped mountains, perfect for a morning photo op! I highly recommend the space capsule rooms; the Planet Comfort rooms aren't as good. Breakfast caters to inland tastes."

"The room was very clean, there were two types of pillows, the heating was sufficient and there was a humidifier. Sleep well all night. Parking downstairs is also very convenient. The whole person was uncomfortable and couldn't care for the children. I was really panicked. Fortunately, I met Jiang Jiang, the super warm front desk, patient and attentive throughout the whole process, always helping to take care of the children, calming emotions, and being very intimate after busy, instantly making us feel a full sense of security in the strange plateau. The next day, I also specially prepared a nutritious and rich breakfast for the children. The category is rich, clean and delicious. It is full of care. It is really touched! The hotel has a comfortable environment and the service far exceeds expectations, especially Jiangjiang's intimate care. It is the warmest memory of this trip to Xinjiang. "Sailimu Lake is so beautiful that I forgot to take pictures of the hotel.
Environment: The rooms are generally good, with a small courtyard, but the surroundings are still under construction, so you may not see much.
Because it is a newly built commercial area, it is very convenient to eat and shop around. There is also a Kudi near the hotel, and we didn’t forget our coffee.
The hotel is at the north gate of Sailimu Lake. Generally, tourist groups will enter from the east gate and then exit from the north gate. I suggest entering from the north gate and exiting from the east gate to avoid the large group."

"The overall accommodation conditions in Saihu may be average. I chose this hotel based on reviews. I didn't expect much, so I thought it was okay. The advantages are good location, good service, good hygiene, and good breakfast. The disadvantages are that the room is really small and there is no TV. Due to the natural conditions of the lake area, there is no natural gas, and the hot water is heated by a water heater. The hot water can only be heated for 20 minutes each time. However, at a price of more than 400 yuan in Saihu, what else do you want? It is definitely not comparable to the city or county. I saw many hotels under construction in the scenic area. I hope the overall accommodation will be good in the future."

"It is just a 1-minute drive from the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the People’s Hospital which is closer to his home! We put our luggage on the bed before taking the photo, so please take a look at the photos."

"The hotel is outside the scenic area, but it offers views of Sai Lake. The young man at the front desk helped me open a blind box and turned it into a lakeside cabin, and even provided breakfast. To make matters worse, the weather was perfect – I got to see both the stars and the sunrise! Thank you ❤️ (The sunrise was on the mountain to the left of the hotel). The room had heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier, making it perfect for autumn and winter. The breakfast was a very generous Chinese-style meal! After breakfast, you can go hiking in the pine forest."

MM56746****The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the scenic area. You can even see Sayram Lake from the room. The room was very clean, and they upgraded us from a twin room to a family room for free. All the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. We were rushing out to see the pink sunrise the next day, and the front desk小姐姐 (a polite way to refer to a young woman, here meaning staff member) told us to come back and check out after we were done. It was very thoughtful and made us feel that the service at this hotel was truly great, even in -16 degree Celsius weather. The complimentary goodnight fruit was local specialty raisins, which were quite tasty. I'd like to commend their toiletries; this brand can't be unscrewed, which largely prevents any tampering. We'll definitely stay here again if we have the chance!

When we arrived at the hotel, we were at an impasse with a driver over a ridiculously high price for a private taxi. Hotel staff noticed this and proactively came out to help us with our luggage. After understanding the situation, they not only told us the local market price but also offered helpful advice and even accompanied us to call the police. Ultimately, this resolved the issue safely and amicably for us, who were feeling helpless in a foreign land. We avoided being scammed out of 2400 yuan for a private car! With the police's mediation, we only ended up paying for the airport pick-up and lake tour for that day!
Even more thoughtfully, the staff, knowing we were struggling with transportation, offered to lend us their private vehicle for the lake tour and helped us find shared rides to Yining Airport, making our entire trip incredibly hassle-free and allowing us to enjoy the journey at a low cost.
Speaking of the hotel's scenery, around 2 or 3 a.m., the night sky after the snowstorm was breathtaking. The countless stars shone like scattered diamonds, and taking photos felt like being immersed in a sea of stars. I still remember the awe and emotion I felt. Leaving at noon the next day was truly bittersweet. We took one last photo near the campsite with the beautiful scenery of Sayram Lake as a memento. This hotel added so many warm memories to this trip!

Laundry rooms, dryers and other equipment are all available, making it easy to solve the problem of washing clothes during travel. From the warm and professional reception at the front desk to the thoughtful and considerate service, everything makes people feel warm. Whether it is a stopover during travel or a temporary stay, it is an excellent choice!
