"Highly recommend this hotel! The spherical glass rooms are really unique, and when you open the curtains, you're greeted with a beautiful view. You can enjoy the stunning scenery right from your room while sipping tea. The hotel's underfloor heating is fantastic; it was so warm during the day that I could comfortably wear just a shirt when the weather was nice. The facilities are also very complete. Although the hot water is heated by an electric water heater, it heats up reasonably quickly, and the water temperature is excellent. Highly, highly recommend!"

"Two organizations came to Xinjiang for a trip, and since we brought our dog, we booked a pet-friendly hotel. After comparing many options, we chose the Tianshanxiaer Hotel.
🏞️ Stunning Scenery: It's right across from Sayram Lake, and you can see the starry sky from your bed.
👩💼 Attentive Service: The staff were very enthusiastic and professional. They upgraded us to a star-gazing room, and the service was excellent. A staff member even helped us take our luggage to our room door.
🛏️ Room Facilities: The room was clean and elegant, the bedding was very comfortable, and it was equipped with LE LABO 33 toiletries. The room was spacious and had floor heating, which is very practical in a cold scenic area.
🍽️ Dining Experience: Shared with the adjacent YiFei Hotel, the food selection was very comprehensive, including noodle soup, small wontons, milk tea, dried fruits, bread, etc. The beef noodles and beef rice noodles were the best. You can sit by the window and enjoy breakfast while looking at Sayram Lake.

"The service was excellent. The front desk is available 24/7 and they were very thorough in explaining all the check-in procedures. They were really responsible and even called to confirm our arrival since we were late. On the day we checked in, it was very cold, and they even brought us brown sugar ginger tea. The floor heating was fantastic, so we weren't cold at all. The only minor downside was that the lighting in the 'starry sky' room was a bit dim."

"It was my first time staying in a space capsule, and the experience was fantastic. It was clean, roommates didn't bother each other, and the shared facilities were convenient. The sleep was quiet, and the sense of security was truly wonderful. The security guard was awesome, and the hostess was also very nice, helping with my luggage. The hostess also helped me get a ride-hailing card for the next day, so I could go out without a hitch. A friend even helped me take some stargazing photos in the parking lot. Everything was great! I sincerely hope your business prospers, and that you'll have a steady flow of customers."

"The room was great; the heating was so good even the bed was warm! We had a small incident where our car got stuck in the snow, but the hotel immediately arranged for a tow truck and staff to come to our aid, and it was resolved very quickly. This really is a hotel with excellent service. Our room was even upgraded, and it was located right next to the restaurant and coffee shop, which was incredibly convenient for winter when you can't bear to walk an extra step. A fantastic experience overall."

GGuest UserThis hotel near the East Gate of Sayram Lake was such a pleasant surprise! The location is fantastic, right at the East Gate of the scenic area, which saved us so much hassle. The self-service hotpot was absolutely delicious, and they even gave us a free portion of beef—talk about value for money! The service was warm and attentive, and the underfloor heating in the room was incredibly strong, making it so cozy and comfortable. It was the perfect place to recharge. Plus, there's a commercial street nearby with plenty of options for food, drinks, and shopping. We had such a comfortable stay, we'll definitely be back!

Zzhiyuan6589The whole small courtyard is a few in and out, very big. Our room is on the second floor. There is a large floor-to-ceiling window next to the door. The balcony is opposite the door and the large window. When you open the curtains, you can see the farmland outside. A green and a large sunflower field is beautiful. The layout of the room is shown in the picture, which is very suitable for three or five friends to live when they drive over to play. There are restaurants downstairs, barbecues, and many people eat, but I still feel that most tourists are still there, I don’t know how it tastes.

The hotel is at the north gate of Sailimu Lake. Generally, tourist groups will enter from the east gate and then exit from the north gate. I suggest entering from the north gate and exiting from the east gate to avoid the large group.
