"Highly recommend this hotel! The spherical glass rooms are really unique, and when you open the curtains, you're greeted with a beautiful view. You can enjoy the stunning scenery right from your room while sipping tea. The hotel's underfloor heating is fantastic; it was so warm during the day that I could comfortably wear just a shirt when the weather was nice. The facilities are also very complete. Although the hot water is heated by an electric water heater, it heats up reasonably quickly, and the water temperature is excellent. Highly, highly recommend!"

"It's a new hotel. They also gave us free breakfast coupons, which was good. The breakfast was also good. The hotel parking lot is also quite large and you can park anywhere. Although the hot water was not available for a while at night, the hotel manager and staff quickly resolved it. It was a good place to stay when I went to Sayram Lake the next day."

The staff was warm and attentive, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was varied and delicious. "This hotel near the East Gate of Sayram Lake was such a pleasant surprise! The location is fantastic, right at the East Gate of the scenic area, which saved us so much hassle. The self-service hotpot was absolutely delicious, and they even gave us a free portion of beef—talk about value for money! The service was warm and attentive, and the underfloor heating in the room was incredibly strong, making it so cozy and comfortable. It was the perfect place to recharge. "Two organizations came to Xinjiang for a trip, and since we brought our dog, we booked a pet-friendly hotel. After comparing many options, we chose the Tianshanxiaer Hotel.
🏞️ Stunning Scenery: It's right across from Sayram Lake, and you can see the starry sky from your bed.
👩💼 Attentive Service: The staff were very enthusiastic and professional. They upgraded us to a star-gazing room, and the service was excellent. A staff member even helped us take our luggage to our room door.
🛏️ Room Facilities: The room was clean and elegant, the bedding was very comfortable, and it was equipped with LE LABO 33 toiletries. The room was spacious and had floor heating, which is very practical in a cold scenic area.
🍽️ Dining Experience: Shared with the adjacent YiFei Hotel, the food selection was very comprehensive, including noodle soup, small wontons, milk tea, dried fruits, bread, etc. The beef noodles and beef rice noodles were the best. You can sit by the window and enjoy breakfast while looking at Sayram Lake.

"The service was excellent. The front desk is available 24/7 and they were very thorough in explaining all the check-in procedures. They were really responsible and even called to confirm our arrival since we were late. On the day we checked in, it was very cold, and they even brought us brown sugar ginger tea. The floor heating was fantastic, so we weren't cold at all. The only minor downside was that the lighting in the 'starry sky' room was a bit dim."

Zzhiyuan6589The whole small courtyard is a few in and out, very big. Our room is on the second floor. There is a large floor-to-ceiling window next to the door. The balcony is opposite the door and the large window. When you open the curtains, you can see the farmland outside. A green and a large sunflower field is beautiful. The layout of the room is shown in the picture, which is very suitable for three or five friends to live when they drive over to play. There are restaurants downstairs, barbecues, and many people eat, but I still feel that most tourists are still there, I don’t know how it tastes.

Environment: The rooms are generally good, with a small courtyard, but the surroundings are still under construction, so you may not see much.
Because it is a newly built commercial area, it is very convenient to eat and shop around. There is also a Kudi near the hotel, and we didn’t forget our coffee.
The hotel is at the north gate of Sailimu Lake. Generally, tourist groups will enter from the east gate and then exit from the north gate. I suggest entering from the north gate and exiting from the east gate to avoid the large group.

The sleep was quiet, and the sense of security was truly wonderful. The security guard was awesome, and the hostess was also very nice, helping with my luggage. The hostess also helped me get a ride-hailing card for the next day, so I could go out without a hitch. A friend even helped me take some stargazing photos in the parking lot. Everything was great! We had a small incident where our car got stuck in the snow, but the hotel immediately arranged for a tow truck and staff to come to our aid, and it was resolved very quickly.
