The hotel is located in the new urban area, and the overall layout is quite comfortable. Warm porridge at night: There are not many things, but it is just right for simple meals at night, suitable for babies who don't want to go out for food at night after a long journey. There is a Hotan rose pilaf near the hotel, which is within walking distance, and the lamb kebabs taste great. The only drawback is that the water pressure of the hotel is unstable at night, and the bath water is sometimes cold and sometimes hot, which is unexpected."

"The young lady at the front desk was incredibly kind! Since it was off-season, she helped us upgrade our room type, and we even got to see the sunrise in the morning. When we first arrived, the underfloor heating was already on. It was our first time staying in this fully transparent 'stargazing room,' and the kids were so excited and happy. We were really lucky to book this place. We had such a great time that we're planning to stay here again during the summer vacation – looking forward to it! However, there was one minor drawback: the lights turn off at midnight. If you want to see the starry sky, you'd have to wake the kids up in the middle of the night, haha, because we hadn't adjusted to the time difference yet."

The security guard at the entrance was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful, always ready with a friendly chat. The only downside was the mini hotpot for dinner. Although it was inexpensive as part of the set menu, I wouldn't recommend it unless you're too exhausted to move. Breakfast was just enough to fill your stomach. I hope they can improve the extremely salty beef sauce that came with the mini hotpot. However, the room's view was truly amazing; you could see the 'pink mountain' at sunrise. The complimentary fruit platter was also a nice touch and very well presented."

"The service was excellent. The front desk is available 24/7 and they were very thorough in explaining all the check-in procedures. They were really responsible and even called to confirm our arrival since we were late. On the day we checked in, it was very cold, and they even brought us brown sugar ginger tea. The floor heating was fantastic, so we weren't cold at all. The only minor downside was that the lighting in the 'starry sky' room was a bit dim."

The desk lamp was unstable and the lampshade broke when it touched the wall, and I almost got injured. I called the service staff to handle it, and found out that this desk lamp had this problem many times. The cleaners and equipment maintenance staff said that it had been replaced many times. I told the front desk, and the front desk also sent me a message saying that someone had broken the desk lamp cover before and they had to pay 120 yuan in compensation. This is the first bad review. When the lamp has this problem, they don't even think it's an unsafe facility and don't replace it to eliminate the safety hazard. Money is a small matter, but isn’t safety important?"
