Pet friendly Hotels in Hamburg

"We stayed at your hotel for 18 nights in total as we were visiting our son and his family for the Christmas holidays. He lives nearby so this hotel was VERY convenient. The housekeeping was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot water and pulsating shower in the bathroom. We were disappointed that there was not a coffee maker/kettle in the room. We were also rather disappointed that the full breakfast buffet on a couple of occasions did not have the hot items readily available. We were able to order individual servings of such items but it was not the same as being able to freely pick and choose what we wanted. We also noticed that the hot drinks that were dispensed from the machine were NOT hot at all and just merely warm. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous at all times. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit our son in Hamburg."

"Basically very clean, but there was a small patch of mold on the window. Otherwise, it's only suitable for summer holidays, not winter, as heating is only via ventilation. Aside from that, it's a super nice hotel with very good service, though the receptionist needs to be careful to tell me the same thing and not different stories."

"Lage für einen Stadion- oder Barclaycardarenabesuch unschlagbar, weil beides unter 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten das Glück den letzten Kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz zu ergattern, sehr erfreulich ;-) Am besten also nicht zu spät anreisen! Online-CheckIn gewöhnungsbedürftig aber machbar. Das Zweibettzimmer im Industriebetonstyle ausreichend groß, ohne Schränke, ohne Coffee Making Facility, ohne Kühlschrank/Minibar und kleinem/halben Kopfkissen! Ein merkwürdiger Geruch durchströmte das Zimmer, erinnerte ein wenig an Baustelle. Das Fenster zu öffnen schien die Lösung, es konnte aber nicht durchgängig offen bleiben, weil Zimmer 201 zur Straße ging und diese sehr lange und sehr früh stark befahren war. Zudem machte sich duch Gäste die Nachts vor dem Hoteleingang sehr lange laut waren weiterer Lärm unangenehm breit. Die Internetnutzung wurde erst durch umfassende lästige umständliche Anmeldung zum Reward/Hotelprogramm möglich. Warum...? Das Bad ist modern, neu, die Dusche gut. Wünschenswert wäre ein Stromanschluß und Zahnputzbecher, der nicht aus Pappe und damit mehrfach nutzbar wäre sowie Möglichkeiten Handtücher gescheit aufzuhängen. Das Frühstück haben wir im Paket mit der Übernachtung günstiger als für die angezeigten 14 € pro Person erhalten. Dieses war gerade noch ok, die Auswahl nicht besonders groß, an zwei Kaffeeautomaten bildeten sich recht lange Schlangen. Keine wirkliche Empfehlung für 14 €! Der CheckOut war unkompliziert und freundlich."

"The 24-hour check-in worked flawlessly, even with my last-minute late-night arrival. The reception was friendly and professional. The room was clean and well-equipped with a kettle, water, tea, and coffee. The bathroom was spacious, and overall, I'd highly recommend the stay. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk from Hamburg Central Station. Plus, the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep."

"For the hotel, from the staff, the room to the breakfast, there is nothing to complain. Staffs are professional, room is clean and comfy (although room is small for a family of 4), and breakfast was really good. The only downside is the location, it's close to hbf, and we don't really feel safe at the area nearby..... but you come from Berlinertor side, I think it's alright. But it's not anything the hotel can do i guess."

"This hotel is very similar to a Japanese business hotel and was incredibly practical. It's just about walkable from the central station, and since the path is mostly flat, it was fine even with a large suitcase. There's also a supermarket about a 5-minute walk away. On the first floor, you can enjoy unlimited coffee, cappuccino, and hot chocolate from a machine. Tea bags for black tea and green tea are also available. Plus, there's a very convenient self-service section with snacks, sandwiches, and instant cup noodles."

"Because I stayed for a week for the exhibition, I left for one day, so it was very convenient to store my luggage at the front desk. The hotel is also close to the subway station and there are many restaurants around. I will choose this place next time"

"It should be called a motel, first of all. Secondly, it's basically a trap for people who have never heard of it. There is no room service, no water, no fridge, no safe, no AC, and the worst bedding imaginable. I guess that is why cancelling even a week in advance doesn't get you anything back. All they care about is maximising the profita and f***ing the guest."

"Loved the ample space to work in downstairs. And they make coffee too! There are many transport options around, though there are cooler areas to hang out in. The WC and shower are very tiny, but the Dre’s a bigger bathroom in the corridor and the dorm itself is spacious. Loved the ease of the paid lockers too"
