"The environment here is fantastic! The view from the window is absolutely stunning. The bathtub is huge, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of walking. I was so lucky that when I opened the curtains, I was greeted with the beautiful sight of the 'Golden Mountain in Sunlight' (日照金山). However, the shuttle service dropped us off at Junwangfu restaurant, and the food there was terrible. Please, I urge you to go to a different restaurant to eat."

"You can lie directly on the bed and watch the 'Golden Mountain in the Sun' (sunrise/sunset on snow-capped mountains). The breakfast is quite rich and can even be delivered to your room. It's also very close to the entrance of Baisha Ancient Town, with many snack bars and fast-food restaurants nearby. You can rent an electric scooter to get to the popular '网红大经幡' (large prayer flag attraction). They offer welcome fruits, desserts, a goodnight drink, and free snacks in the room. At the front desk, there's a beverage counter where freshly made coffee, milk tea, and sparkling water are available all day for free. Our luggage was delivered to our room, and when we left, we each got another free, delicious drink. In the evenings, there's a bonfire party for over an hour, where you can even do KTV. There are many photo spots in the courtyard; a whole day isn't enough to capture them all. There's also a group butler available to contact at any time. It happened to be my birthday, and they even decorated for me. Thanks to the thoughtful staff!"

"Very Luxurious stay. The whole building and landscape is beautifully designed and built. All the staff were very lovely and friendly even though we knew very little Chinese. We got by with some basic words and using WeChat and translations. The front desk staff were especially helpful in promptly answering our many questions and requests. They picked us up from the train station which we booked the day before through WeChat. You just need to send them a WeChat friend request by using their mobile number. They sent us the drivers details and he had a sign with our name so we could find him easily. This is the best rather than waiting for a DiDi in peak period. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom. They have the mineral hot spring water going to the private bath as well. We didn’t have time to try the public bath but they took us for a little walk through and the building is beautiful."

"The entire hotel is clean and tidy. The rooms are incredibly spacious with large windows offering great views. The room amenities are also very comfortable, especially the electric smart toilet, which is super convenient. The hotel's location is excellent too; it's right across from Lijiang Railway Station, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's also a short taxi ride to the Old Town. Given such great value for money and being a Wyndham brand hotel, I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"This courtyard is absolutely beautiful. The moment you step in, you get that feeling of being far away from the bustling city, yet you're just a few minutes walk from the main street. #Facilities The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are really comfortable. There's a humidifier and complimentary toiletries. #Cleanliness The room is very clean, as are the bathroom and vanity. It all feels very pleasant. #Service The butler's service was warm and excellent. He picked us up from the entrance of the ancient town on a trishaw, and the hostess was very thoughtful, giving us lots of tips and recommendations."

"The butler service was exceptional! They contacted me a day in advance to confirm my itinerary and arranged airport pickup, which was a huge relief. Upon arrival, they helped with luggage, asked if we wanted afternoon tea, turned on the AC in our room beforehand, and confirmed breakfast for the next day. They were basically on hand to answer any questions. The food at the guesthouse was also delicious, especially the fresh local chicken soup. The next day, after returning from the snowy mountains, I experienced some mild altitude sickness, and they thoughtfully provided glucose, an oxygen tank, and brown sugar water. They even went to Baisha Ancient Town to buy medicine for us when deliveries couldn't reach us. Overall, the service was incredibly thorough and thoughtful. The environment is also fantastic, with views of the snowy mountains, and there are even adorable little lambs and ponies that are very friendly and super cute to pet. I'll definitely be back!"

"MuJianShan Homestay offers excellent value for money overall. Nestled against the mountains, its design is simple yet elegant, blending seamlessly with the natural landscape. The courtyard is tranquil and peaceful, a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are clean, odor-free, and spacious with an open layout. Bathroom facilities are comprehensive, and they even thoughtfully provide humidifiers; some room types also include a mini-bar. The hosts are warm and attentive, genuinely welcoming guests, and even offer a comforting afternoon tea and evening drink—these thoughtful touches really show their dedication. The rotating staircase in the central corridor leads up to a rooftop terrace with a superb view; it's incredibly relaxing to just sit, enjoy the scenery, and feel the breeze. You can admire the mountain views in the morning and the serene night sky in the evening. Getting around is also convenient, as it's easy to hail a car right outside, and Baisha Ancient Town is only about 2 kilometers away."

"This is the best hotel I've stayed at since coming to Yunnan, in terms of location, service, and rooms. It's right at the foot of the snow-capped mountains, so you can see the 'Golden Mountain Bathed in Sunlight' phenomenon from your room. In the evenings, there's a lively bonfire party. The hotel's own restaurant was surprisingly good; we ordered several dishes and none of them disappointed. The complimentary hot pot was also very generous. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. If I come back to Lijiang, I'll definitely choose to stay here again."

"Friends, friends, hurry up and book! I highly recommend this place. For just over 200 yuan, you get a room with a view of the snowy mountains 🏔️. Not only that, but there's a large platform on the second floor with a direct view of the mountains, and you can even see them from the restaurant while having breakfast. The value for money is absolutely incredible! The disposable amenities in the room are beyond what I expected – I loved it. There's a comb, razor, soap, toothpaste, a small packet of laundry detergent, shoe shine cloth, and disposable toilet seat covers. So thoughtful! Oh, and they have the cutest little white, fluffy bunnies 🐇, and an adorable Alaskan Malamute named Xiao Qi with thick eyebrows and big eyes, haha, absolutely precious! There's also a little cat 🐱 that's so good at cuddling, you just can't get enough. And little lambs 🐏, so cute! I spent two days in Lijiang and didn't go anywhere else, just stayed at the guesthouse, walking the dog, playing with the cat, feeding the bunnies, and having tea with the owner. The day just flew by! I was so reluctant to leave. Next time I come to Lijiang, this will definitely be my first choice. It's fantastic! The staff are enthusiastic, and the service is excellent. Being with them made me feel relaxed and at ease, absolutely genuine, just like friends with the owners. No wonder their business is doing so well! While I was sitting at the front desk having tea, the owner's phone never stopped ringing with people inquiring about rooms. Go for it! I wish the owner a prosperous business, abundant wealth, and that the guesthouse continues to grow bigger, better, and stronger!!!!"

"An absolutely five-star experience! First, the service: The butler team, both the gentlemen and ladies, were incredibly thoughtful. They started checking in on my arrival time even before I checked in. Every day, they'd ask in advance in the group chat about my breakfast, afternoon tea, and calming soup preferences, and would proactively inquire about my preferred time for the evening hot spring bath and prepare it accordingly. They even sent us the sunrise time and the probability of seeing the 'Golden Mountain' (snow-capped peaks glowing at sunrise) the night before. Then there are the room facilities, which were also top-notch. There's even a cabinet-style dryer, and the underfloor heating was perfect. Seriously, they've thought of everything! Finally, the view! It's directly facing Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and you can watch the 'Golden Mountain' phenomenon right from your bed. I've already recommended it to friends, and I will definitely be back!"
