"Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel's location was perfect for me, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The service was good, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a shelf or holder in the bathroom for facial wash and other small personal items during showers. In addition, having an automated curtain control button would be a great enhancement. A little more automation throughout the room would make the overall experience even better. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would be happy to return."

"I recently stayed at Eastin Hotel Penang, and unfortunately, the experience did not fully meet my expectations. The room felt quite outdated and was too cramped for two adults and one toddler. There was very limited space to move around comfortably, especially with luggage and a child. It did not feel suitable for a small family stay. The toilet appeared poorly maintained, with visible mold on the walls, making it look dirty and unpleasant. The wardrobe design was also unsettling it was an open wardrobe without doors located right next to the bed. When the lights were off and clothes were hanging inside, it felt quite eerie. Drinking water was limited to six small bottles per day, and toiletries were provided in minimal quantities. The pillows seemed old and flat, and were not comfortable to sleep on. Unlike other hotels that provide soft, fluffy pillows, these felt worn out and affected the quality of sleep. Breakfast service was another disappointment. Some staff at the egg station had difficulty understanding simple English instructions. When I asked for sunny side up eggs, I was served an omelette instead. When I requested a well-done, fully cooked egg for my child, the staff again seemed unable to understand, which was frustrating. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is convenient. It is only about a 3–4 minute walk to Queensbay Mall, making shopping and dining very accessible. It is also approximately 10–15 minutes’ drive to Penang International Airport and close to the Penang Bridge, which is convenient for travelers. Overall, the stay was disappointing in terms of room condition, comfort, and service quality. I hope the hotel can improve its maintenance standards and staff training to provide a better experience for future guests."

"As we entered the unit at 9.00 pm due to last minute bookings, the unit was clean and tidy. Even though the hall's air conditioning is sweezing but well functioning. Overall, we are happy for the stay and very highly recommended for family or friends with 3-6 person as they provide 2 single beds, 1 double decker and 1 queen bed. Ample space at hall attached with the dining table. Further more, the unit located at the very next elevators, less worrying when we get in and out at night especially. Easy to get various foods and basic stuff and there are clinics and self-laundry down stairs. We will surely looking forward for the next visit."

We were given a high-floor room with a great view, which was much better than the room type we received in Langkawi for the same package deal! Facilities: Everything is new and up to standard, with a touch of Malay decor. The infinity pool is very chill and not too crowded. Hygiene: Good. Environment: The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the airport (if there's no traffic) and close to Durian Hill, making it perfect for durian lovers. There's also a restaurant called 'Xi Bu Qiao' about 200 meters away that's both delicious and affordable!"

"This is a very new service apartment, spacious for my family of 4. The management of this homestay is very helpful to resolve some check in issues at security. As we booked this very last min, we were not able to get carpark in the building itself but management team gave good alternatives which is not too far off. Had a very pleasant stay and highly recommended!"

"Alll satisfied (including online services from the host) except the issue with parking RFID Card which was annoying because of malfunctioned during my stays. I have to call upon either operator or personnel who worked nearby (at parking's gate) to open the barrier gate happened everytime I went out for my meeting with stakeholders or during foodies hunt. However, to be fair, overalll, I still recommend this place (Setia Tri Suite by Homey Planet) to everyone. Kind host. **A small space for improvement is the rising issue (RFID Card not detected) will be resolved very soon."
