"It's located a little further in from the main street, so it's quiet and peaceful. Staff was friendly and provided refreshments upon checking in. Rooms are very clean, and the room I chose was spacious with plenty of room for luggage and shopping. We took the breakfast package but didn't have time to try it due to our early flight. Thankfully there's a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport. Didn't really have time to enjoy the facilities but the swimming pool looks nice."

So convenient walking distance to a variety of food options from mamak, nasi bryani, western food to pastry & coffee cafe. Basic toiletries only bottled body wash & shampoo provided. 3D2N stay but no room cleaning service provided eventho ‘please clean room’ sign was displayed. Was disappointing because our 1st stay at this hotel also no room cleaning service provided."

The food taste was also satisfying and of good quality. Although there were some menu items that could be improved, overall, the dining experience at this hotel was good. Other facilities provided also added value to my stay. The swimming pool was clean and suitable for the whole family. The fitness center was also equipped with sufficient basic equipment for daily workouts. Furthermore, the stable internet access made it easy for me to handle work and connect with family and friends throughout my stay. What I appreciated most was the hotel staff's willingness to help. All my inquiries and requests were handled quickly and professionally. They demonstrated a high level of customer service and always strived to ensure guests felt comfortable throughout their stay. However, there were a few minor things that could be improved. These included somewhat long elevator wait times during peak hours and slightly limited parking options when the hotel was full. "me and my sister went to hatyai so after we went bck , we choose to stay here as it is close to the airport. easy assess to airport with many food to choose around the hotel. but hotel is not really clean especially the bed sheets . but the aircond is cold enough"

The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, especially the large living room which was perfect for relaxing after work. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything I needed, making the stay feel very much like home. The bed deserves a special mention—it’s honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. I really loved the place overall. The only small improvement I would suggest is adding a bedside or table lamp in the bedroom, as the lighting there could be a bit more cozy and practical. Would definitely stay here again."

Towel, body and hair shampoo is provided. Water pressure is high. Sadly, no extra toilet paper is provided.
