During the power outage, I didn’t see any hotel staff implementing relevant notices or prompts, because it was in the room at the time, and suddenly there was a power outage (the first time I encountered the hotel power outage), we didn’t know what happened (caused a sudden power outage) , if the mobile phone can't turn on the flashlight, the whole environment is dark (affecting the stay experience), after the power is turned on, there is a hotel staff to come over to send a small gift to apologize, overall, the price is OK!
