Excellent location, with the subway right across the street. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and answered all our questions – truly top-notch! They even upgraded us to a suite. The room was spotless and I had a very comfortable sleep for all four nights. Absolutely fantastic!

The cleaning was thorough. The staff were attentive and responsible. The room was spacious, and the location was convenient, being close to the subway station. Atour is always a trustworthy choice; you won't go wrong with it.

Very nice and cozy place. the reception and the owner were very kind and helpful. the room is clean and big, the cleaner also a very nice person. when we were looking for a laundry to wash our cloth, the owner will provide us the service FOC, but just no dryer for the cloth. Will revisit again if go to Harbin

Great! The hotel is located right next to the south gate of the engineering university, offering excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean, with complete amenities. The receptionist is friendly and attentive, and the room is well-heated and cozy.

The 2 ladies at the reception gave us very good service and very helpful. However, when we need help to carry our bags down as we have difficulty, the cleaning ladies said it is not their job and scolded the reception staff for helping us. In the end another gentleman and the reception staff help us. Other then that room and others good

The room was very clean. I have a habit of wiping everything down with disinfectant wipes in hotels, and when I entered the room, I wiped everything down, and there wasn't a speck of dust. However, the room facilities were quite basic, and the bed's placement was a bit odd. The bed was in the center of the room, almost blocking the way to the windows, and the only outlet for charging devices was near the desk by the window, making it inconvenient to walk around the bed… There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient for getting around.

The service was excellent, and the hotel's location is super convenient, within walking distance of the main business district! The room was clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff were warm, attentive, and responsive, and the breakfast selection was plentiful and fresh. It's excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time!
