I came to Harbin on a business trip and saw this hotel on Ctrip. I was very satisfied with my trip, so I'm writing a review. First, upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by its impressive facade. It's a standalone building, which is very convenient for someone like me who values ​​privacy. Secondly, the front desk service was excellent, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The receptionist was very tall. Finally, the hotel facilities were great, and the little Donald Duck was adorable. I'm a big fan of breakfast, and I was surprised by how generous it was. The flavors were a bit like home-style Northeastern cuisine, and it was very satisfying and satisfying. The only downside was that I arrived late on the second day, so there wasn't much left. Perhaps they'd all eaten it. Overall, it was a very pleasant trip. I'll book again if I'm back in Harbin. When booking a room, my only requirement was a clean room, so I specifically booked a hotel that had only just opened 25 years earlier. Overall, the hotel facilities were fine. I booked a room with a window, which was nice. However, there was one thing that really stood out: I found blood stains on the sheets and pillowcases. At first, I only noticed a small stain on the pillowcase, so I asked customer service to change it. They didn't say anything. After the concert, I returned to the room and unwrapped the covers to find blood stains on the sheets. I was devastated, but the housekeeping staff had already left work, so I asked front desk to bring the sheets and we could change them ourselves. They didn't say anything. The most frustrating thing was that it was already midnight, and customer service made us wait nearly half an hour for the sheets to arrive. Don't you even check the beds carefully before making them? Or did they forget to change the bedding after the previous guest left? What a flaw! Even the best service was completely negated by this!

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is delicious. As soon as you enter the lobby, there's a faint, pleasant fragrance. It's very comfortable, and there are free books available for reading. The staff's service is incredibly warm and attentive; they respond to every request. I'm very satisfied. It's definitely my top choice for business trips – excellent.

Watching a concert at the stadium, the distance here is just within walking distance. The distance to the subway is good, and the location near the main street is easy to find. The environment is good, there is no smell in the room, and the sheets and quilts are clean. The facilities are simple and generous and have everything you need. You can write your room number when ordering takeout, and a robot car will deliver it to the door of your room.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming; this is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is super convenient, right next to the Gongbin Road subway station. The cleanliness is also excellent. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!

Fourth, I don't understand the light in the bathroom mirror. Who needs a backlight? Guests want a bright spot, so who are you putting it behind the mirror for? The new renovation still has a bit of a stale feel. Overall, if the price is over 600 yuan, I advise against booking it; it's simply not worth it. The decor is new and certainly looks good, but the overall hardware, software, and service aren't up to par with a four-diamond rating. You should try other hotels. There are much better hotels in Shenyang for the same price in the city center for over 700 yuan. I still can't figure out how they got that price! How did they get a diamond rating? It makes me angry just thinking about it!

When booking a hotel on short notice, you can always trust the quality of the InterContinental brand. You won't make mistakes or be ”surprised”. The hotel room was large, clean, and warm, which was a perfect end to my trip to Northeast China.
