Hotels in Hefei Sports Center/Swan Lake, Hefei

This was my first leisure trip to Hefei, and I was so pleased with the hotel I chose. I had two very restful nights at the Grand Hyatt. I was especially surprised by the excellent service, even during a holiday period. After check-in, a dedicated staff member added me on WeChat for one-on-one service, asking daily if I needed any room supplies replenished and letting me know I could contact them anytime for other requests. It's rare to find this kind of service in large hotels in China. The room was also very comfortable, and the facilities were quite new. When we checked in, we mentioned we wanted a quiet room, and they specifically put us on the 51st floor, away from the elevators, offering a beautiful, atmospheric view of the city shrouded in mist.

Choosing the right hotel for a trip to Hefei is crucial! This time, I picked the Lisi Future Hotel, right by Swan Lake. Taking an evening stroll along the lake to watch the sunset was incredibly therapeutic. Plus, Wanda Plaza downstairs means you'll never run out of dining options – the location is absolutely fantastic. The room design is very futuristic, and the smart devices were a joy to use. It was clean, tidy, and smelled fresh. The concierge was patient and thorough, always ready to answer any questions. Self-check-in was smooth from start to finish, no waiting in line. Stayed two nights and had a perfect experience; all my friends asked where I booked it. Superb experience!

InterContinental delivers on quality, as expected. Overall, I'm satisfied. However, the executive lounge was far too crowded. The room met my expectations in every aspect. The location is excellent, and the service is attentive, with staff checking if everything is to your satisfaction.

The Langham Hotel's decor, both hard and soft furnishings, is exceptional. I believe it's the most suitable hotel in Hefei for women. From the moment you step in, greeted by the fragrant air conditioning, to the pink rose delivered after check-in, an English romantic ambiance permeates everywhere. Even the sugar packets for the coffee machine in the breakfast restaurant are presented in exquisite Langham boxes. I have two suggestions: 1. Please regularly add dishes from T'ang Court to the room service menu. This is a signature restaurant that distinguishes your hotel from the Intercontinental and Grand Hyatt. 2. It would be more hygienic if the staff who assist with swapping breakfast for lunch wore masks, especially since they handle food.

The carpet in the room was a bit dirty, and there was dust under the bed. The entire building feels a bit old. The complimentary 'happy hour' light meal actually only had four dishes, self-service style, which I don't recommend – I took one look and left. There were no welcome fruits or anything, even though it was an executive room. The breakfast looked like it had a lot of variety, but it was just so-so. The worst part of the experience was the swimming pool. It's tiny, and half of it was sectioned off for kids' training. My child went swimming for less than 30 minutes and told me there were a lot of stringy, white flocs at the bottom of the pool. We quickly went back to the room to disinfect clothes with Dettol and thoroughly washed our bodies multiple times. We decided to come here last minute, so we booked this place nearby. After staying two nights, we immediately switched to the InterContinental. I really do not recommend this place.

Hefei Somerset Swan Lake Serviced Residence | Three Families Traveling with Kids – Super Satisfied, Unexpected Upgrade + Perfect Experience! Three families traveling together booked a three-bedroom apartment, and the front desk was incredibly thoughtful, giving us a free upgrade to a deluxe three-bedroom suite. The 108 sqm space was spacious and airy, with 3 bedrooms, a separate living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It easily accommodated 6 people without feeling cramped, offering both privacy and a comfortable space for gathering. The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and fresh. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. This was a lifesaver when traveling with kids, allowing us to heat up food and do laundry – it really felt like a home away from home. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the Government Affairs District. Swan Lake is just across the road, perfect for walks, taking the kids out, and enjoying the scenery. Major shopping malls like Wanda, Intime, and MixC are all within walking distance, making dining, shopping, and leisurely strolls incredibly convenient. Getting around was a breeze. The service was warm and attentive. The front desk was responsive and had a great attitude. With 24-hour reception and secure access control, we felt very safe and secure. The apartment also offers amenities like an indoor pool, a children's play area, and a gym, ensuring everyone in the family found something enjoyable to do. This is definitely our top choice for family trips or friends traveling together. The space, service, and location are all excellent, and the value for money is outstanding. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Hefei!

The rooms are clean, the environment is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food, and the breakfast is clean and delicious. The in-room facilities are also well-equipped. Parking is convenient, and it's easy to get around. The soundproofing in the rooms is also quite good. I'll definitely come back again.

Great stay experience! We set a family room, the room is spacious and bright, clean and comfortable, there is a parking space at the door, the hotel reception and related hotel service are warm and timely! Laundry and drying are also very convenient! The location is excellent, very close to the shopping mall and Anhui Museum. There are many delicious foods in the nearby In business. It is especially recommended: Mrs. Lushan. Next time we come to Hefei, we will choose to stay in our store, come on!

For the May Day holiday, I spent three days in Hefei and booked a Swan Lake View Twin Room at the Shuguangwei Hotel a month in advance. The price was reasonable, less than 1400 for two nights. I loved its location; from the room, I could see the full panorama of Swan Lake and Hefei's 'three-piece suite' of skyscrapers. Plus, it's seamlessly connected to Intime Department Store, so food and drinks were never an issue! It's about 600 meters from the subway station, and getting a taxi was very convenient. There were always taxis waiting at the Intime bus stop, and taxi fares in Hefei are genuinely inexpensive. The front desk and restaurant are both on the 45th floor, and my room was also on the 45th floor, which was very convenient. The room was quite spacious, and the beds were clean and comfortable. They thoughtfully provided snacks, tea bags, and even a hand mask. Unfortunately, the hairdryer was not good – it was old and heavy, and it would automatically shut off when it got too hot. Towards the end, I just had to give up and went to bed with wet hair. As for breakfast, the variety was decent enough to fill you up, but it wasn't particularly extensive. So, after eating there on the first day, we decided to explore other options for breakfast on the second day.
