The hotel enjoys a strategic location just two minutes from the M1 underground station, allowing quick access to San Babila and the Duomo area, while remaining pleasantly away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
"We chose this hotel mainly because of the good price and the fairly modern interior. The triple room was clean, tidy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff were polite and friendly, and some of them could even speak Russian.
Although the hotel is a bit far from the city centre, it's about a 10โ15 minute walk to the nearest metro station, and from there you can reach the centre without changing lines in about 20 minutes โ which was very convenient. The neighbourhood itself was quiet and unremarkable, with no large shops nearby.
What slightly disappointed us was the lack of air conditioning, which was supposedly listed in the room description on the website. When we asked at reception about the AC, we were told that the hotel has a central air conditioning system and that the same temperature is set for all rooms. However, it felt like the system wasnโt even turned on โ because during 35ยฐC heat outside, the room was unbearably hot. Opening the window wasn't really an option either, since there were no mosquito nets.
The only place where the air conditioning actually worked was in the common areas, like the lobby โ and even there, it was switched off from time to time. The WiโFi worked well in the lobby, but in the room it was often weak and unstable.
Apart from that, the hotel was decent."
