"My first stop in mainland Europe was Milan, and I chose this hotel. For two adults and one child, we opted for a triple room. European hotels are strict about occupancy matching the actual number of guests, so finding a triple room can be a challenge. We arrived from Milan Malpensa Airport at 6:30 AM, took a 1-hour train ride, and then walked to the hotel in less than 10 minutes – the route was very easy to find. The hotel is conveniently located, with a coffee shop across the street. We initially thought about having breakfast there, but later decided to head to the Duomo area instead. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage in advance, but early check-in wasn't possible, which is understandable. We came back around 3 PM for check-in and found that while the room wasn't large, it was well-equipped with bath towels, slippers, shower caps, and shampoo. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and electric kettle. There's a safe and a mini-fridge in the room, but the mini-bar items are chargeable. Breakfast was especially plentiful and served from 7 AM to 11 AM. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel, though the Wi-Fi connection was a bit tricky. One minor complaint: the bathroom light is sound-activated, which is fine when showering, but it kept going dark while using the toilet, and even clapping loudly didn't always work. The small balcony was nice, but for non-smoking tourists, it's not particularly useful."

"Sabrina at the reception was wonderful! She was beautiful, polite and well-mannered. You couldn’t expect a better reception in Milan! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and quick, the hotel is nicely located close to Porto Garibaldi station which gave us an opportunity to catch our morning train to Paris very easily."

"We had a wonderful stay at Glam Hotel Milano. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early since we were traveling with our baby. After a long journey, that small gesture meant so much to our family. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for resting after a busy day exploring the city. The location is also amazing — it’s literally steps away from Milano Centrale station, making it extremely convenient for trains, transportation, and getting around Milan. We truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They made our stay smooth and enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!"

"First, I must thank the hotel staff; they were very friendly and helpful. However, regarding the hotel itself, I must provide honest feedback. 1. Room Facilities: The room's style is minimalist, but I found it too simple. There was only a high chair; not a single comfortable chair to recline in. Also, the coat rack couldn't be removed from the rod; you had to put your clothes on, which meant shorter people would definitely need a stool to hang their clothes. 2. Room Cleanliness: Basic cleanliness was acceptable; it was cleaned daily. However, the bathroom constantly emitted a foul odor due to plumbing issues. After reporting this to the hotel, they only placed a spray bottle in the bathroom, which didn't solve the fundamental problem. 3. Noise Issues: The room wasn't soundproofed, and the hallway was very noisy whenever someone spoke. Furthermore, the hotel's cleaning staff spoke loudly in the hallway and threw cleaning tools outside my room. 4. Overall Facilities: The hotel entrance is about 100 meters long, and the passageway was still under construction; the pavement wasn't paved, and workers were doing painting during the day, which was very inconvenient. 5. Hotel Breakfast: For some reason, the hotel did not offer breakfast and required us to have it at the neighboring J24 Hotel. This was very inconvenient and was my biggest complaint."

Overall, it was a very good experience, though there were a few minor details I hope they improve. 📍 Location: The hotel's location is super convenient. It really is only about an 8-minute walk from Milan Central Station, which is a big plus for travelers with luggage. We took a taxi to Chinatown, which cost around 13 euros. Getting to Milan Cathedral was also easy – just a few metro stops away, or a taxi for under 13 euros. The transportation cost covers the main sights very well. 🏨 Hotel Facilities: As other reviews mention, the hotel facilities are brand new. The room was clean, tidy, and very well-designed. Switching from those old historical hotels to this one, I immediately felt the convenience and comfort of modern amenities. However, a significant drawback was that the air conditioning's heating wasn't very effective; it felt a bit cold in the room at night. I hope the hotel can check and fix this soon. 🍳 Breakfast & Service: I have to praise the breakfast – the variety was incredible, satisfying both Chinese and Western palates. What's more, all the hotel staff were wonderful, warm, and polite. Whether it was the check-in reception or asking for information, they made me feel very comfortable. 📝 Summary: If you're looking for a modern, clean, and well-located hotel in Milan, this is definitely an excellent choice, especially if you're ready for a change after seeing so much classical European style. I just hope the hotel addresses the air conditioning issue, as a comfortable room temperature is fundamental for a good stay."

"This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Milan through Trip.com, without a doubt. There were absolutely no unpleasant surprises. From check-in at the front desk to the room itself and the service, everything was perfect. The hotel even has its own parking, and the rooms come with a bathtub, which, though not huge, is perfectly functional. I highly recommend this hotel; it's the only one in Milan where I haven't been disappointed."

"Overall it was a solid stay at this new Breda Suits Hotel Milano. Convenient access to metro (end of line M5 so you can easily get a seat). Staff was accommodating to change my room as the AC was not working. The room itself is spacious with the almost triple height ceiling and all the appliances is new and nice. Good shower pressure and has a bidet. Kettle is available upon request. Hence a good hotel in a heritage building. The breakfast is approximately 20€. *due to landscaping in the entrance area, guest need to go through Hotel degli Arcimboldi Lobby, turn left and walk to the Breda Lobby."

"Overall, it was just okay. The location is excellent; seeing the cathedral just around the corner was stunning. Since the cathedral is surrounded by commercial streets, shopping and dining are incredibly convenient – you can find pretty much anything you need. However, the interior left a lot to be desired. First, there were stains on the room's sofa that looked like blood. Breakfast is in the basement, requiring a separate elevator. What's concerning is that this elevator seems to connect to the outside, raising security worries about external individuals potentially accessing the guest room area. When this elevator reaches the ground floor, it doesn't lead to the lobby; you have to go back to the guest room area to take another elevator to the lobby. Additionally, the breakfast area wasn't very hygienic. There were often small flying insects, and the tableware wasn't clean; the glass had noticeable water stains. Most unacceptable was that the cutlery at my table had been used but was placed directly in front of me. I only realized after finishing my meal that the knife I hadn't used had traces of butter on it."
