"This is our first leg of the trip which we have stayed 2 nights in Milan. Everything was great and Tatiana was superb in helping us for ways to get the hotel and sight seeing. The room was massive and has everything you needed. Taxi station was a 10 seconds walk across the street and so is the metro. A good 10 mins walk will get you to the duomo. We cannot ask for more for a better stay. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel if you do need any food etc."

"This hotel was perfect! The ovation is right next to the train station and metro, which made getting around Milan quite easy. It wasn’t difficult to locate either. The room was clean and standard size, with a proper queen size bed. The AC worked well and kept us cool. The mini fridge was a nice touch too. The room decor was modern. The shower worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk even accommodated a request for a water kettle for my room. The cleaning staff was also friendly. I was a little hesitant to purchase the breakfast buffet at a price of 18 euros per person, but we tried it day 1 of our stay and was quite impressed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of choices, including properly cooked bacon! We purchased an additional day of breakfast buffet because we enjoyed it so much. Overall, the wonderful hotel for the price. Great value."

"Just like its name Heart Milan, this is really a new condition 2 rooms unit at the HEART of Milan. 5 mins easy walk to Milan Cathedral, several yummy restaurants and a convenience store at the door. This apartment is a BONUS to our Milan Trip, I highly recommended. Just to make SURE you do the online check in prior to your arrival and Keep your check in instruction email."
