"I had a great stay at EcoHotel, the staff were so friendly when I arrived. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The pillows were particularly good, the room on the ground floor was quiet and I had a great nights sleep. The aircon worked well and wasnt too loud. Good pressure and hot water in the shower and lovely scented soap and shower gel. The locartion was easy to get to being near the metro stop, and I got into Duomo very quickly in the morning. Check in and out was super easy. I didnt try the food or the bar. Cant fault it at all for the price I paid."

"I wasn’t a fan of this hotel mainly due to the fact that I was put in a room right next to the lobby entrance which was very noisy also the way that the room has been laid out while very minimalist is totally impractical especially when you try and have a shower. The shower curtain doesn’t stop the water from going all over the floor which makes the bathroom a bit of a health hazard since it’s covered in water after each shower. The beds are large and comfortable enough but my overall experience here was not enjoyable and would not recommend staying here again due to the noise. There’s a lot of vagrants on the streets at night time and they don’t stop shouting which comes straight through the windows when they’ve stopped the noises the internal lobby has music blaring quite loudly and the Hotel staff talk quite loudly also so it’s best to not take the bottom floor perhaps on a higher floor. It might be different but there would still be the issue with the vagrants shouting at night time "

"The location is excellent, right across from Milan Central Station in an apartment building. The bus stop for Milan Malpensa Airport is right outside. There's a Sichuan restaurant in the building's retail space. To get to the hotel, you go through the iron gate next door into the lobby. Follow the hotel signs, take the old-fashioned elevator on the left to the second floor, and you'll find the front desk. There's a Chinese-speaking host available, and complimentary coffee and tea are offered in the lounge, which is very convenient, cozy, and comfortable. Our family room had two beds, was clean and tidy, and both the bathroom and room were spacious. There was a kettle in the room. Be careful when showering, as the splash guard isn't tall enough, so water can spill out of the shower area. Watch out for slipping."

"⭐⭐ 2/5 Mixed experience – good location and kind female staff, but very disappointing room and service from both male staff. We stayed here during our trip to Milan. The hotel’s location is great, close to the Duomo and the train station and the room size was quite decent. The female staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. However, our overall experience was disappointing. When we first checked in, our room had a strong smell of urine. We informed the male staff, Lorenzo, who initially seemed helpful, but after we asked to change rooms, he started to show signs of annoyance. Instead of changing our room right away, he asked another young male staff member to spray air freshener. Unfortunately, the freshener mixed with the smell only made things worse and gave us a bad headache. When we went back to the reception to request a room change again, Lorenzo became even more irritated and said we should have told him earlier — even though we already did. He then gave us a bottle of freshener to use for that night, but it didn’t help at all. By that time, there were no rooms left to move to, so we had to spend the night in the same smelly room. On top of that, the toilet bowl wasn’t properly cleaned and still had stains, which was very unpleasant. We would have given 1 star, but we added another star for the spacious room, convenient location, and the polite and kind female staff members. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again."

"My room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a view of a quiet courtyard. The room was extremely quiet. Service was also very friendly. The neighbourhood is not touristy but well connected."

"The location is very convenient, near the central train station, just a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is in an upscale area; I arrived at the apartment around midnight on both my first and last nights without encountering any danger on the way. There are three iron gates to enter the building, which made me feel very safe! Check-in and check-out were completely self-service, very convenient. The common areas have a microwave, refrigerator, and tableware, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The room and bathroom were very clean, and they even provided shower gel and shampoo. Although there were no towels (the host said they would be provided later), I was very comfortable and satisfied with my stay!"

"My stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a great, safe neighborhood with excellent transport links. The metro is just a short walk away, and from there it’s only about 15 minutes to the city center. It also takes just 15 minutes by tram to reach the train station. To enter the hotel, you need to ring the intercom, and the door will be opened for you immediately. Then go straight to the second floor, where you’ll find the hotel reception desk. Conveniently, a Carrefour supermarket is literally a 2-minute walk from the hotel and open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM — perfect for picking up anything you need. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Check-in was smooth and fast, and I was able to get my room by 2:00 PM. They also gave me a map of Milan with all the main attractions marked and tips on how to reach them quickly. My room was very comfortable — equipped with a bed, wardrobe, hairdryer, safe, private toilet and shower, shampoo, soap, and air conditioning. I stayed on the 5th floor, and it was absolutely delightful to wake up in the morning, open the clear balcony doors, and enjoy the view. On the same floor, there was a restaurant where breakfast was served for €15. Convenient time 7:00-10:00. A huge thank you to all the hotel staff — such warm and helpful people. I would gladly stay here again."

"This is my second time staying at the Castle Hotel. It is located near Milan Cathedral and is quiet in the bustle. The breakfast is affordable and the room is clean and hygienic. During this period, Ctrip customer service perfectly solved the problem. Thumbs up to Ctrip customer service."
