"Facilities: All necessary facilities are available. Hygiene: Very clean, didn't find anything unclean. Environment: Great environment, a mall downstairs for dining, entertainment, and shopping. "We unfortunately only had one night before our flight to Puerto Princesa. We loved the hotel and really appreciated the top floor and view over the water. The bed was comfortable, loved HBO movies and amenities. I used the gym which was just adequate. Didn’t do breakfast as we needed to go to the airport. The also walked to the Santiago Fort and found a route to see the cross, churches, statues and even the really old wooden house. Only recommend if confident walking in cities. Lovely hotel and wish we could have stayed longer.  Also visited the Buddist temple and the mall."

"Great location and services from ground staff especially the bellhop and housekeeping. The only problem is the smell coming from the carpet. That’s the only issue we have during our stay that it triggers my asthma. But good job for quickly rectifying the issue, moving us to another room. Over all, I am a very satisfied guest. "We stayed at the Waterfront for one night to attend the Hillsong concert, and our experience was absolutely wonderful! The room was stunning—I fell in love with its charming vintage ambiance. It was impeccably clean, beautifully scented, and wonderfully soundproof. To our delight, we were upgraded from a standard room to a Superior—thank you, Waterfront! The staff truly made our stay exceptional, especially the front desk team. Check-in and check-out were effortless, smooth, and welcoming. Breakfasts were a delight, offering a fantastic start to our day. The Wi-Fi was a bit congested, likely due to the concert that evening, but thankfully we had our backup ready—no worries there! A special shoutout to the Christmas tree—it’s absolutely breathtaking and added such a magical touch to our stay. Overall, a memorable one-night stay, and we can’t wait to return!"

"Staff was very pleasant and polite. The room was a good size with good hot water pressure. Swimming pool was a good size with a nice view. Breakfast was a buffet and had a good selection of Filipino and western dishes along with good selection of baked goods. Only 1 juice available daily and limited variety of fruits. They offer free coffee service on the main reception floor from 6am until about 9 am. I only found out about this on my last day by another tourist in the elevator. We were looking for laundry service and staff did not advise that the hotel had self serve washing facility. We found out after lugging or laundry to a number of locations that were closed due to the holiday. We found out about hotel laundry only by Google. We were notified only on the last day of our stay about room cleaning service , it was difficult to get clean towels. When asked where we could have Christmas dinner, staff did not have recommendations. We found out an hour before the dinner that the hotel was hosting a grand Christmas buffet. By this time, we had made other plans. It was overpriced and unfortunately, they had limited guests. It would be helpful to have an information package in the room. Location was good with a grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants within the complex."
