"We really loved this hotel! The amenities are great, we loved the pool, beach and the arcade. The staff is really sweet and help you arrange everything. The food and coffee they serve are also great. Our room was super clean and the shower and bed were fantastic. The only downside is that the decor in the room was a little outdated, but that didn’t bother us."

"We love Nustar so much! This is probably our 5th time here! Stayed here from Nov 5 to 7 as it’s Mine and my bros bday and it was after Typhoon Tino. As always they are very accomodating, friendly and helpful and gave me a piece of cake and fruit bowl but this time I ask for a happy birthday note on the monitor for background pic for me & entire family as celebration but they keep telling me they will send someone up but no one really came from the IT department . I did expect a happy birthday greeting on the monitor it would have been very special, but I understand as maybe they are so busy and under staff because of the typhoon and instead of 2 pm check and we were able to check in very late like 5:30 pm because they’re probably under staffs but all of these did not ruin our overall stay as new star staffs are all very welcoming. We had birthday dinner in the good luck hotpot which is just inside Nustar as well. Thank you Nustar for being very welcoming , friendly and hand on chest when Greeting guest is such a Nustar trademark  please trade me a guest feel welcome and at home"

"Our stay at Bai Hotel Cebu was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm, attentive service that set the tone for a truly refined experience. "Hrmmm this one is a tricky one as we had a few unexplained situations. Firstly, the hotel itself was previously a Marriot 5-Star back in the day prior to be taken over in 2018 by the Seda Group. Secondly, there is so much ongoing renovation and construction that you need to be aware of; Noise coming from New Construction, the in hotel pool is unavailable from Feb-2025 and guests must walk across the street to another organisation's pool. Unfortunately this was a deal breaker for us. The food was average with cheaper and better tasting food located just minutes away by walking through the carpark. Overall the guest lounge (located on level 12) is a bonus but is super budget, not 4-Star Material. P.S. There is no rooftop bar, only a lounge overlooking a construction site. P.S.S The House of Lechon is 5 mins by Grab which is a plus."

"We stayed in a room with a kitchen for six nights as part of a parent-child study abroad program, with two adults and a six-year-old. There was a large supermarket in the basement and a convenience store and several restaurants open until late at night on the first floor. The room was very clean and we didn't encounter any bugs. All the necessary kitchen utensils were provided, and the staff washed the dishes when they cleaned the room. There was a one-gallon water bottle, which was very helpful. However, the bed was a double, so it was a bit cramped, with no space for an extra bed. However, they provide a baby cot and a sofa, so it's manageable. There was also a washing machine, which was convenient, but the drying function was weak, so you'd need to dry your clothes on hangers. There is no separate drying function. So, if you're staying for a long time, it would be useful to have hangers for drying clothes. I had the opportunity to stay in another maisonette-style room with a kitchen, and the bed was spacious and there was a bathtub, so I recommend it. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with a wide selection of breads, Filipino dishes, Western food, and porridge, so I never got bored of it. The pool also had a great atmosphere, and although the gym by the pool is really small, it was nice that I could just go back and forth to the pool. Alcohol is also available. However, since it's on the 9th floor, it was a bit windy and a bit chilly to go in in the evenings. The staff here were all very friendly, and I had a great experience."

"I enjoyed my stay in Crimson Resort, the room is big and spacious for families, the staff are friendly and well trained, the four pools are huge and fun and the daily breakfast is delicious. We especially enjoyed the foam party at adult pool and Crimzone pool, the playground in Crimsone, the seaweed collection activity, snorkeling and the complete amenities of the room. Cebu beach is so pretty. Big shout-out to Clint in breakfast for his very warm service to me and my daughter. Cons: - There was no housekeeping done on 2nd day of my stay which was not informed to me in advance, I think that was not professional. - They don’t allow food delivery in but the food in the resort is not that delicious to be had everyday (I tried sisig, inasal and pizza). - You need grab or taxi to go out to Cebu city (and face the jam) as the shuttle only runs 3x a day, so it’s not convenient if you want to explore Cebu."

"Stayed for 3 nights. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for a staycation type holiday! Best things about the hotel: Hands down the Staff (the Staff make this resort special), Private beach, Range of activities available (we really liked that you can rent all the gear at the resort for pretty cheap; they had nice fins!), We really enjoyed the dinner at one of the Peruvian restaurants in the resort. Things we didn't like: Not much at all! The location is a bit far from the main Mactan Newtown area, and need to catch a cab; however, that can be seen as a positive as well! Just a tip if you are expecting to be able to walk outside the resort; there's not much outside within walking distance. Highly recommended!"

"The room was fantastic—spacious, modern, and incredibly clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. The shower was also excellent, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water, which is always a plus after a long day. Breakfast at the hotel was also great. With big variety and good quality of the food. From fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes, everything was delicious and well-prepared. However, the check-in process was a bit slow. It seemed like the front desk was understaffed or perhaps dealing with a system issue, which caused some delays. Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that the swimming pool was under renovation during my stay. It would have been nice to know this in advance, as I was looking forward to using it after a long day in a car. Despite these minor inconveniences, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider returning."

"I had a great stay! The service was really nice and staff were all friendly and accommodating. The facilities were impressive— especially the gym, which was amazingly clean and well-maintained. The food was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and definitely worth recommending!"

"We had an amazing and memorable time in tambuli. First, the room is so cozy and clean The amenities i love the nature vibes of the entire resort they preserved the trees. Second, I love the pool area it was heated with a jacuzzi. I had an amazing time at the pool bar during the happy hour. Third, there's a trumpet performer at the lobby during the night it was so relaxing to end your day while having dinner. There's a restaurant beside the lobby. Lastly, the service was fantastic, very accommodating, and hospitable they're not intimidating they're so helpful to everyone."
