"Overall, our stay at Seda Ayala was mixed, and I would rate it 3 out of 5. The room itself was decent—clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, though nothing particularly memorable. Breakfast offered a wide selection of options, which was appreciated, but unfortunately the taste did not quite match the variety. What really affected our experience, however, was the service at the front desk during checkout. There were three counters open and only a short queue, yet the line barely moved and we ended up waiting for around 15 minutes. As we were in a rush to catch our flight, I approached a staff member named Stephan to ask if I could simply hand over the room keys to speed things up. Instead of assisting, he gave me a hostile look and curtly responded, “I have other customer,” in a tone that felt unnecessarily rude. This interaction overshadowed what was otherwise an average stay. With better service, especially at the front desk, the experience could have been much more pleasant."

"The hotel is about a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport, which is true and very convenient. You're greeted with live music at the entrance. Security is present: security checkpoints, baggage scanning, and guards with dogs. The hotel has its own beach and three entrances to the sea. The water is crystal clear, fish swim right off the shore, and life jackets are free. The hotel is very family-friendly. There are water slides, a kids' club, and a huge playroom. You can even leave your child with a nanny (for an additional fee). There are daily activities for both children and adults, including arcade machines, air hockey, and morning yoga. Breakfast is included, and it's excellent. There are two restaurants, a huge selection of food, and everything is delicious. Even ice cream is included. After breakfast, children are given marbles—a small change, but a nice touch. Lunch and dinner are extra. There are Italian and Cantonese restaurants, as well as various buffets. There are bars on the beach, by the pool, and in the lobby. Live music plays in the evening, creating a great atmosphere. The grounds are vast: golf, mini-golf, tennis, billiards, table tennis, and badminton. Wi-Fi works great throughout the property. The staff is very friendly. The main drawback is the renovations; they need a refresh. However, the service and infrastructure are still excellent."

"Very outstanding stay, can’t complain with all the services I received! The room is absolutely clean and spacious, with calm atmosphere and comfortable beds. The rooftop pool is great with wonderful food and beverages. We’re warm welcomed by all the hotel staff who are very kind and courteous. Special thanks to the housekeeping team member (Cherry, Sharmine, Melisa and Irene) their professionalism and the warm hand written card i received after their cleaning!!!! Also Kyle form the guest service team who helped us upgraded the room:)"

The omelette station deserves special mention: the chef was not only friendly and fast, but truly outstanding—hands down the best omelette experience I’ve had at any hotel. It sounds like a small detail, but it made mornings feel a little more special. We also tried the lunch and dinner buffets, and they were spectacular. The selection was generous, the presentation was inviting, and everything we tasted felt thoughtfully prepared. It’s the kind of buffet that actually feels like part of the vacation rather than just a convenient meal. What really stood out overall was how well the hotel works for both individuals and families. The atmosphere is relaxed and polished without being stiff, and our family enjoyed every bit of our time there. It felt easy to settle in, unwind, and just enjoy being together. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. The hotel is right next to SM Cebu City Mall—literally just across the road—which was incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and last-minute needs. We also found it easy to get to other major malls like Ayala Center Cebu and Robinsons Galleria, so getting around for errands or leisure was never a hassle. All in all, Radisson Blu Cebu delivered on service, food, comfort, and convenience. I’d highly recommend it—especially for families looking for a reliable, enjoyable stay in Cebu."

"I had a great stay! The service was really nice and staff were all friendly and accommodating. The facilities were impressive— especially the gym, which was amazingly clean and well-maintained. The food was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and definitely worth recommending!"

"I had a recent overnight stay at Fili Hotel Cebu with my wife and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and good facilities. Service was polite and efficient, though not particularly standout. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and good presentation, but the flavors were fairly average and leaned towards the safe side. Overall, a solid and comfortable stay, though it falls a bit short of being truly memorable."

"This was a wonderful vacation because I chose a hotel that was perfect for me. I booked an executive suite, and from the lounge, I could see the sea and the blue sky, enjoying the seamless view. The breakfast offered a wide variety of seafood and many local fruits. The bananas in the Philippines are incredibly rich and fragrant. Next time I visit, I'll definitely stay here again and enjoy the executive suite. In the evening, I wanted to try my luck at the casino, which was very convenient and safe. This was truly another fantastic trip for me."

"This stay truly exceeded my expectations. I stayed for three nights and didn't even leave the hotel once – I simply didn't want to! All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service that made my stay exceptionally comfortable. Housekeeping was super responsive; any request I had was handled very quickly. The restaurant service was even more meticulous. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the staff would proactively and kindly ask if I wanted coffee or other drinks, and often, the coffee was even complimentary – such a heartwarming detail. The mangosteens and mangoes at breakfast were unlimited, making it a true 'fruit paradise' – so satisfying! The breakfast selection on Saturday and Sunday was rich and delicious, while Monday's was slightly less impressive, but overall, it was still fantastic. The entire experience was exceptional; I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The hygiene, service, dining, and facilities were all great. Other than seeing the whale sharks and sardines in Cebu, I didn't eat out at all; I had all my meals at the hotel. The à la carte options were exquisite, and the New Year's Eve dinner buffet was also fantastic. If I had to pick a flaw, it's that compared to the bai and Holiday Inn hotels, the Marriott doesn't have a doorman. No one came forward to help with my luggage when I got out of the car. The biggest issue was the security check upon entry; I had to unload my luggage from the car and then lift it onto the X-ray machine, which was truly frustrating."

"The entire resort consists of 1-2 story buildings, giving it a real vacation vibe away from the bustling city. The staff were incredibly friendly throughout our stay. You do have to be patient with the slower service, like dishes being served, which is common in the Philippines, but then again, we were there to enjoy a 'slow-paced life.' If you want your room cleaned quickly, you'll need to call the front desk specifically, otherwise, it typically won't be done until after 3 PM."
