"Rai Leh Beach Hotel Family Trip Experience This hotel is right on Rai Leh Beach. After disembarking at the pier, it's about 60 meters to the left of the wooden boardwalk to reach the lobby, where check-in was very efficient. The hotel policy states check-in is after 2 PM, but if the room isn't ready, you can store your luggage in the lobby, allowing both adults and children to head to the pool or beach. We arrived around noon, and the waves were quite big at the time. There's a changing room next to the restroom, so after changing into our swimsuits, the kids played in the pool. Our room was ready shortly after, and we checked in smoothly. We were traveling as a family, and the hotel arranged two adjacent 'Sunrise' rooms for us. The connecting door in the middle could be opened, which was incredibly convenient, allowing the kids to move freely between the two rooms. Our rooms were on the first floor, with the balcony directly facing the pool. The hotel has three pools in total: the one next to the lobby has fewer people; the pool near Rai Leh Beach is right by the sand, next to the restaurant, making it very accessible; and another one is in the central part of the hotel, which our room was right next to. We could step straight out onto the pool area from our balcony. The ecological environment here is fantastic. From the balcony, we often saw monkeys rummaging through trash cans for food. We always observed them from a distance, careful not to get too close to avoid them snatching food. Occasionally, lizards would crawl out of the bushes, which we could also observe from afar. We even saw small squirrels, making the natural ambiance truly immersive. It's about a ten-minute walk from the hotel to Phra Nang Beach, one of Rai Leh's most beautiful beaches. Visiting in the afternoon was particularly pleasant. The sand on the beach is fine and gentle, and there aren't many tourists, so children can play in the sand safely. You can even catch small crabs in the seawater. We saw a father and son from China catching quite a few crabs there at the time. We spent a delightful time playing in the water and digging in the sand with our child. The hotel's breakfast offers a rich variety, and dinner can be enjoyed right by the sea, dining with the sea breeze – an excellent experience."

"A spacious room with a large corner balcony, offering views of the sea, the jungle and the city. The room is quiet; there is no noise from the road or neighbours. In the evening, music can be heard from the nearest bar. The hotel grounds feature a swimming pool (though it was undergoing renovation) and a restaurant with sea views. There is a small open car park in front of the entrance; we had no trouble finding a space for our motorbike. The room has a desk, a bedside table and sockets on either side of the bed. It’s also worth noting that we were able to check in a little earlier than scheduled, which was a real bonus as we were tired from the journey. We also liked the hotel’s location, with a 7-Eleven nearby, shops selling various goods, and bars and restaurants offering a variety of cuisines."

"I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Overall, most things were good for the price I paid. The room was comfortable with beautiful view andthe facilities were decent, so it offers reasonable value. Unfortunately had a disappointing experience with one staff member. I had to approach the same staff member three separate times for reasonable requests — a hairdryer (which was not in the room), swimming towels, and a room key issue. I was okay to go to the reception and ask for these, but by the third time i approached the staff she sighed when she saw me and seemed irritated. When I told her the key didn’t seem to work, she dismissed my concern, saying it was working. She then helped me open the door. The room door was unusual — I had to be shown that I needed to pull the knob before opening it, which was not intuitive at all but when I thanked her, she just walked away as if I should have known how to open it, which felt unprofessional and rude."

"The staff were so incredibly helpful. I left my luggage there and stayed elsewhere because the rooms were full, and the staff really looked after it. The breakfast was also good. Great value for money, definitely exceeded expectations!"

"Location: The hotel is right by Ao Nang Beach, but not directly on the main road. You'll need to walk about 200 meters from the longtail boat ticket office. Cleanliness: I personally found it good; the floors and corners were very clean. I saw two geckos in the room, but no mosquitoes. Service: I didn't encounter any staff who spoke Chinese, but everyone was very friendly. They emptied the trash and changed towels daily. Ambiance: Good greenery, right next to the beach with beautiful views. Facilities: Relatively old, but well-maintained and mostly sufficient. The shower water pressure was low and not very hot. The air conditioning was noisy. Breakfast: Average."

"As a family, this was our third time staying at B2 Premier Hotel Krabi, and so far our experience has been very good. The rooms are always clean, and one thing we particularly appreciate is that the hotel provides slippers/footwear inside the room, which is a must-have for us and adds to the overall comfort of our stay. The only downside is the bathroom door. I mentioned this in my first review as well, and unfortunately it still isn’t very convenient to close (I forgot to take a photo this time). I understand that changing it may not be easy, and it probably won’t happen, but I hope the hotel can find a way to improve it in the future. Other than that, we have no complaints. If not for the bathroom door, I would happily give this hotel a 10-star rating. We look forward to staying here again."

"My stay was excellent, and I had a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, with Ao Nang Beach just a 5–10 minute walk away. Essential amenities are also nearby, including a 7-Eleven and a 100 Baht Shop, both within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, and halal restaurants are easily accessible on foot. If you prefer to dine in, food delivery through the Grab app is also readily available. The service was truly top-notch. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary welcome drink upon check-in after our journey from the airport. It was a thoughtful gesture. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Krabi."
