The shuttle service wasn't great. I booked an airport pickup, but I missed the last one, meaning it's not 24-hour service. My overall experience was just okay. It's reasonably close to the airport line, and check-in was smooth enough. The room size was decent, and the minimalist facilities were acceptable. Overall, it's not a high-end place, but it's perfectly functional. They gave me two coupons, which I used for coffee in the mornings. You just need to pay 500 KRW if you want milk. Getting to Seoul was convenient enough, though it did take a while. However, it was nice to save on the Korean visa fee when returning from Canada. There's a Lotte Supermarket and Olive Young nearby for shopping.

Excellent! The room was very clean and tidy, and the bathroom was spacious. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so you don't have to worry about finding food. There's even an OY (shopping area/department store, assuming 'oy' is a typo for a local landmark or shopping area) nearby to explore. We were only there for a short time as we were attending concerts for two days, but we slept very well. There were 3 complimentary bottles of water in the fridge, so we didn't have to worry about being thirsty. If Inspire is still open next time, we'll definitely stay here again~

Just a 5-minute shuttle ride from the airport. It's new, very clean, and has that typical American hotel style at a reasonable price. I usually stay at Ibis when traveling to England and France, and their quality is always reliable. From now on, whenever I fly through Incheon, I'll be staying here.

Easy access from ICN T1: From Arrivals Hall (1st floor), exit via Gate 3, cross the pedestrian crosswalk directly outside, look for the bus stop labeled 3C on the left hand side, there is a Hyatt shuttle stop sign. The service is from 5:35am to 22:05pm, every 30 minutes. Hotel room is clean and spacious, 24 hour room service high quality & good variety meals which is to be ordered online (by scanning a barcode) at affordable prices. It was an enjoyable stay!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! It's right next to the ferry terminal that takes you to Incheon city. For just 3,500 won, you can be near Incheon Chinatown for sightseeing and dining in about ten minutes. My room had a sea view and a balcony; every morning I woke up, I felt like I was in Normandy. There are many seafood restaurants nearby, and a bike path along the beach. Running along the seaside promenade downstairs every day was pure bliss. This place will definitely be my base for exploring Incheon's islands. The front desk service was courteous and friendly; they even lent me a charging cable for free and gave me extra water. The price was fantastic! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room was a bit small, an apartment-style unit with a washing machine and microwave. It seems to be a partner hotel for many airlines. Now for the downsides: there was no hairdryer in the room. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone was dead – no dial tone. Also, the fridge was very close to the bed, and it would suddenly kick in with a loud noise at night, severely disturbing my sleep. On the plus side, OLIVIA YOUNG is nearby, and there's a night food street in the evenings.

The room was a bit small, and it had escape equipment installed. The shower was great, and the toiletries were high quality. Downstairs, there's a park and the harbor. All the shops there sell fried seafood! There's no shuttle, so it's a 20-minute taxi ride.

This is a great hotel! They offer a free shuttle service to the airport (unfortunately, no pick-up service, so you'll need to find your own way here. There's a bus from T1 terminal that drops you right near the hotel, and it's just a 3-minute walk from the stop). I've uploaded the airport shuttle schedule in the images. The mini-bar is complimentary and stocked with a few snacks and drinks. The staff are very friendly and the rooms, including the bathrooms, are quite spacious. Overall, it's a very decent hotel with excellent value for money.

Excellent hotel! It's quiet, clean, and the service is great. There's a casino next door and even a convenience store, which I didn't realize before. I even caught the last of the cherry blossoms this time, which was a pleasant surprise. Every stay here brings something new and enjoyable. I'm very happy and will definitely be staying here again!

The hotel's location is very close to the airport, and they have their own shuttle bus. If you miss it, you can also take the airport's circular shuttle, which makes it very convenient to get to T1 and T2. The room size is just right and it's also quiet. There's a small CU convenience store inside the hotel where you can grab some snacks. There are also a few small restaurants in a nearby building where you can get a proper meal. It's really suitable for an overnight layover.
