The shuttle bus was 15 minutes late arriving at the airport. And I have to pay for early admission to my room. But otherwise it is a good hotel, with residence rooms where you can cook your own food. The kitchen has a big fridge, a microwave, a cook top, pots and pans and cutlery. There is no salt or oil but there is a big supermarket just across the street. I need to cook my special meals due to medical issues and this hotel is perfect for me. There is also an Olive Young store right next to the hotel and a bigger Olive Young not far, where you can shop Korean skincare products. There are also a lot of restaurants outside and inside the hotel. The hotel owners are a couple, very nice and helpful, especially the lady. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is my second time in this hotel and this time super **** service! Check-in at 15:00. My flight arrived at 06:00 am, so is means that I already can't make check in from the previous day according the rules of hotel and still can't check in for new day! I call to reception and girl not speak English, she translate me in translaitor that I can check in earlier if I pay 11.000 won per hour ( available from 10:00 am , and till 15:00 it will cost 55.000 won!!! Extra money to that that I already paid for this day! ) OKAY I wait in GS25 store near by like homeless with all my baggage from 08:00 am to 15:00!!! And hotel not provide luggage storage. Even I was ready to pay just let it somewhere, but hotel not help with this. And this is hotel near airport! Where this kind of things must be more loyal.. So after 15 hours flight I wait check in outside in cold weather with bags in my hands for 7 hours, highly not recommend this place, I never will back to this place again

This place is just two subway stops from Incheon. It's about a five-minute walk to the subway station. It's like a small apartment, with everything you need, and the space is decent. I think it's great. A taxi from Incheon Airport around midnight cost me about 100 [currency, e.g., won/yuan].

The hotel's decor is simple yet elegant, the rooms are well-lit, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Service is prompt and responsive, making for a very comfortable stay. The environment is quiet and clean, the front desk service is attentive, and the facilities are complete. It's also conveniently located for getting around. Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend staying here!

The room was better than I expected! They were so nice and upgraded my room. I was really in a lot of pain so the sauna was very helpful. There were fresh towels wrapped in their logo. I thought it was the cutest thing and the fact that they even have a flat iron was amazing along with hairspray. I really enjoyed this hotel. It’s a cute boutique hotel and I highly recommend it’s about a 15 to 20 minute ride from the airport so catch a Uber or take the train there and they give you a free ride to the airport the next morning and their shuttle

The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was good. We were able to book a minibus to Incheon Airport T1 for our morning flight. For this price, it's a perfectly fine place to stay overnight during a layover. Just a heads-up: there's no airport pick-up service. For drop-off service, you need to book it upon check-in, and it's on a first-come, first-served basis.

I stayed here on my last day in Korea, and the location was excellent. It's just a short walk from the subway exit, and there are tons of restaurants nearby, making dining very convenient. If you're heading to Incheon Airport T1, the hotel even offers a shuttle service. The room had a TV and a computer, plus a simple breakfast was included. Everything else was fine, but the bathroom smelled terrible. It looked clean, but the drain kept emitting a foul odor that was truly nauseating and quite unbearable.

My stay at Paradise City was pretty average overall. The hotel positions itself as high-end, but personally, I didn't find the value for money particularly outstanding. It was surprising to find that some disposable toiletries incurred an extra charge, which is something I've never encountered in a hotel of this supposed caliber. The hotel's decor leans towards a European style, which is quite common among hotels of similar standing in China, and it wasn't as luxurious as I had imagined. However, the art pieces displayed throughout the hotel were quite unique and worth a look. The affiliated CIMER spa experience was just okay. It's open until 9 PM, but they start clearing out around 8:30 PM, which felt a bit rushed and wasn't particularly impressive. As an airport hotel, it's fairly convenient for a short overnight stopover to rest. However, the shuttle bus only runs once an hour, and the first bus isn't until 10 AM, making it largely useless for early morning flights. We ended up having the hotel arrange a taxi to the airport, which cost about 13,500 Korean Won, a price I found acceptable. In summary, it's a decent option if you just need to transition for one night near the airport. But if you're expecting a full-fledged resort experience with high expectations, you might be a little disappointed.

I stayed for a night and the receptionist was very kind. She assisted me with anything that I requested and she was even kind enough to help me find an ATM which was a struggle if you use Union Pay. The hotel is a 12 minutes drive from airport with no traffic and the area was cute and quiet

A good hotel if you have an early flight the next day or a long haul one. Eight minute walk from the Useo station, so got to airport terminal one fast - 2 stops on the train. The hotel room was very large, provided water and tea, and had television. The only downside was that my room was a bit dirty due to toothbrush in the toilet and blood on bedsheets. There was 7/11 opposite and a good korean bbq restaurant.
