Had a really enjoyable stay at Mulan Huayue Hotel during our visit to Zhouzhuang Ancient Town. The service was exceptional from start to finis. When we arrived, the staff came to pick us up from the admission gate and helped carry our luggage to the hotel, which was especially helpful since the old town streets can be a bit tricky with bags. We arrived before check-in time, and since the rooms were ready, the owner let us look at the available rooms and choose the one we preferred based on the view. It was a small gesture, but it made us feel very welcome. The location is also excellent. Since the hotel is located inside the ancient town itself, we could simply step outside and start exploring the canals, bridges, and old streets without needing any additional transport. It was especially nice to wander around early in the morning and at night when there were fewer crowds. The hotel also has two super cute cats that were always hanging around and made the place feel even more homely. We tried the hotel's restaurant and were impressed by the food. Our favorite dish was the 酸菜肉丝炒芦苇根, which was delicious and something we hadn't tried before. The food was slightly on the salty side for our taste, but overall we enjoyed everything we ordered. When it was time to head to our next hotel in Suzhou, the owner helped arrange a car for us (150 RMB). The driver was very knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting information along the way, which made the journey much more enjoyable. Another thing I appreciated was how attentive the owner was. When we ran out of drinking water, she personally brought three more bottles to our room without us having to ask multiple times. Overall, this was one of those places where you can really feel the warmth and hospitality of the owner. It made our stay in Zhouzhuang much more memorable, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This guesthouse is really great! It has its own unique charm, the surroundings are beautiful, and it's super clean and tidy. A shuttle picked us up right at the parking lot, and it's only about a hundred meters from the scenic area entrance, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The guesthouse also has its own restaurant, and the dishes are exquisitely prepared and taste amazing. Highly, highly recommend! 👍👍👍

Both receptionists were very friendly and offered tea during check-in. They also kindly asked if I wanted a room upgrade and breakfast. It was a pleasant stay.

The room had so much character, you could tell the owner put a lot of thought into every detail. The service was also incredibly attentive; the owner tried their best to accommodate all our requests. Highly recommend! And since it wasn't peak season, the room rate was quite reasonable too.

I stayed at the Shuxiang Fudi Hotel in Zhouzhuang, and overall, it was a great experience. What impressed me most was the service: as soon as we arrived at the parking lot, a staff member was already there to greet us. They then helped us get our entrance tickets and personally escorted us all the way to the hotel – it was incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast wasn't particularly elaborate, but it tasted good. At check-out, they even gave us a souvenir, which was a very nice touch. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Zhouzhuang.

The hotel environment is good, the stay is comfortable, there are many breakfast dishes, there is a gym on the third floor of the hotel, the service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, and the stay is very satisfactory! I will stay in the hotel again next time.

KunShan was my hometown. I walked by the hotel so many times in the past, the landmark hotel was the obvious choice when we opted to stay in a hotel this time around. The hotel is centrally located, the #11 subway train passes by the station across the courtyard and takes you directly to Shanghai as well as 金鸡湖 in Suzhou. The hotel was renovated recently. The rooms are clean and comfortable, supported by friendly front desk and other staffers. Our booking included breakfast, we were truly impressed by the qualities of food as well as the selections available. Thanks a lot for hosting and we’ll definitely come back again hopefully soon! The environment of this guesthouse is truly exceptional, nestled in a peaceful village. Stepping outside, you can immediately feel the simple and natural rural atmosphere. The village itself is perfect for a leisurely stroll, enjoying the scenery along the way and letting your mind relax. The guesthouse also features a swimming pool. Although it's not a heated pool and not currently in use, which is a bit of a shame, I can just imagine how wonderful it would be to swim and sunbathe here in the summer. Additionally, dining is incredibly convenient, with hotpot and Chinese restaurants nearby, offering delicious hot meals just a short walk away. The most pleasant surprise was being able to order takeout smoothly even in this rural location – a perfect blend of modern convenience and the tranquility of a traditional village. I had originally hoped to book a room for ***** New Year's Eve, but it was already fully booked, which is a real pity. The guesthouse manager mentioned that there will be many lively activities in the village during the Spring Festival that guests can participate in, which is very thoughtful. I guess I'll have to wait until summer to visit then!

Extremely close to the high-speed train station, just about a 3-minute walk. The room was spacious, and despite being so near the station, it wasn't noisy at all at night; it was very quiet. Breakfast was also plentiful, and it was easy to get a taxi in the morning.

My recent business trip to Kunshan led me to the Kunshan Zhongcheng Holiday Hotel, and my overall experience far exceeded expectations. It's an excellent choice for accommodation in Kunshan, perfectly suited for both business and leisure travelers, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Nestled within the Tianfu National Wetland Park, the hotel is a true natural oasis hidden in the city. The environment is serene and peaceful, far removed from the urban hustle and bustle. Opening the window reveals lush greenery and lake views; in the morning, you can watch the glistening lake, and in the evening, enjoy the stunning sunset glow. The ambiance is simply captivating, instantly melting away travel fatigue. The location is also very convenient, close to a subway station, with easy access for self-driving and thoughtful complimentary shuttle services, making getting around a breeze. The lake-view room I stayed in was spacious and airy, starting from 40 square meters, feeling expansive and unconfined with a well-organized and rational layout. The room's cleanliness was exceptionally meticulous; tabletops, floors, and bathroom corners were spotless. The dry-wet separated bathroom was neat and dry. The King Koil mattress was just the right firmness, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a supremely comfortable sleep. Thoughtful details stood out, like the dehumidifier, which is perfect for the plum rain season, and amenities such as a viewing balcony and bathrobes, all contributing to a high-quality living experience. The hotel breakfast was excellent, with fresh and abundant ingredients and a wide variety of options. There were freshly cooked noodles, warm porridges, exquisite pastries, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables, and local specialties. The flavors catered to a broad palate, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and a different selection each day, fully meeting diverse dining preferences. What truly impressed me was the hotel's service. The entire staff was warm, polite, and responsive. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient and quick, and the staff's attitude was patient and gentle, making the entire experience comfortable and pleasant. The overall hardware and software, environmental ambiance, and service details all far surpassed other hotels in the same price range, offering exceptional value for money. It has now been added to my go-to list for accommodation in Kunshan, and I will definitely choose it again for my next trip. I loved it!
